We used Conundrum Catering for the dinner at our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the food. It was super tasty and they were able to accommodate my mom's food allergies for the entire menu! My mom's allergies are soy, dairy, and egg so it's normally very difficult to find stuff she can eat. We served the fajita bar with halibut ceviche, drunken Mexican shrimp, rice, beans, guac, etc. The tortillas were freshly made too. They sent multiple menu options and were very easy to contact. Would highly recommend their services!
