There is also a traveling day-of coordination option for couples who are based out of the Sunshine State.
My name is Iman Cook. As the owner of Cook Event Planning, I have made it my mission to ensure a couples' vision for their wedding comes true. We strive to incorporate any unique wishes a couple may have so they don't get forgotten or left out because it isn't the norm. After getting married underwater myself and completing my Masters degree in Hospitality Management, I left the restaurant/hotel industry with over 10 years of upper management experience to create a affordable quality service for couples no matter their budget.

Iman went ABOVE & BEYOND in her role as our event planner- she kept us(me) grounded and realistic with expectations for how our weekend would flow. Not only did she takeover when I went into decision fatigue & messaged me with options for tables/aisle decor- but she had even better ideas than I could have asked for! I would not have been able to pull this off without her- she made our weekend a true success and we had SO much fun! ded every meeting we had with vendors and asked the questions we wouldn't even think of asking. She made suggestions and gave referrals, which were incredibly helpful for a bride who had no idea what she was doing. She worked her butt off the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly and looked perfect. I could go on and on about how she made our wedding perfect, and it still wouldn't hold a candle to the gratitude I have for Iman.
Through everything, she was professional, courteous, kind, and I truly felt like I had a friend in our corner working for our best interests. She made the best day of our lives truly the BEST day of our lives.

were happening, and helped with just every aspect. Then, the day of she hustled from 8:30am until the day was over, and that was much later than the guests were there so she could inspect vendor clean-up. She personally made sure every detail was perfect, checking and double-checking lists, taking care of last minute oopsies and just incredibly THERE, immersed in the day. I can't say enough about how much we valued and appreciated her services and expertise. She is a gem, please reach out and see if you don't love her as much as we did. Thank you Iman!

ed her for month of coordination, since we were planning from out of state, Iman went out of her way to meet us for our tasting to gain further clarity on our vision for our big day.
She was always available to answer any questions, make recommendations, and even helped us clear up an issue with our DJ that arose under the 2 month mark. Iman took so much stress off my plate the day of - creating a timeline that ran smoothly and incorporated things we really wanted that may not be the "norm". Everything was set up when we arrived at the venue, while she was also running between the bride and groom getting ready spots to ensure everyone was taken care of there.
I could go on and on about Iman and her services! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Iman. We are so thankful to have found you as a planner, and now a lifelong friend!
