and not only provided amazing service to all our guests, but they also prepared a beautiful grazing table with a tropical feel based on the sea themed Christmas party that was planned months ago for my spouse’s employees.
Food included halibut ceviche, beer-battered halibut, beef crostini, salmon and crab dips, yummy tropical fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses, and a blue and white macaron tower from Sweet Caribou. Drinks were developed by Carissa Pearce from The Culinary Mixer. She did an amazing job!
Thank you to Chef Stef, Carissa, Mark and Gemina for making this night so special for our guests!
Can’t wait to see what you are all going to cook up for us next Christmas!

ous service, savory and tasty dishes. Her summary of costs and the way she preppared our quote, modified it as she received feedback, and made paying easy worked out perfect. Great service with adding a bartender (Indiana was awesome!). She also kindly did a small "try it" before our wedding day and came to our home to give us samples and cook many items fresh. Chef Steph is a delight to work with, accommodating to our dietary needs, kind and very organized!
