My husband and I aren't big cake people, so the idea of a traditional wedding cake didn't appeal to us, especially at ridiculous cost. We approached Franny because we love her cookies and knew she'd be up for the challenge of making an alterna...tive wedding cake that was perfect for us. She did not disappoint!
We had a brownie cake layered with sweet caramel and coated in a cream cheese based frosting that was amazing! She layered it into two large tiers for us so it looked like a traditional wedding cake, but tasted WAY better! To top it off, we also got a few of her cookies and served it all as a dessert bar.
Franny was a joy to work with during the whole process and even made us a mini cake to taste test beforehand. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Thanks Franny!!!
