Cookies Sable Bakery and Catering provide us the cakes and several types of cookies for most of our social and special events and they never fail to impress. CSBC has been our go-to bakery for years and we would not trust anyone else to cater our desert menu. Their items are always fresh and the icing is not overly sweet , its simply perfect. Maryse, always take the time to sit down with us and plan out our cake design and the desert spread . Her deserts are considered a piece of art they do not only look good but they taste absolutely delicious , very flavorful, elegant and perfectly executed. Our guests could not rave enough about our deserts and we would highly recommend CSBC to anyone who wants to dazzle!

From the moment I laid my eyes on the pastries and the wedding cake, I fell in love. First, with the elegant designs and decorations and then with the taste. The flavors blend together so well and the cake's texture is baked to perfection. The care and professionalism from the owner is what topped everything off. I definitely highly recommend!!
