so disappointed! I felt like they didn’t listen to me or reference the photos I provided. The staff was very friendly. Just make sure you explain exactly what you want of choosing this florist. I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 because they did reach out to me to apologize and try to make things right which is appreciated.

at I was at a loss. Michael took his time showing me different ideas and then gave us several options to determine our budget. The day of the wedding, everything was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We got so many compliments on the florals, from the bouquets to the centerpieces. I wish I could attach pictures to this so you could see how stunning everything was that day. Highly, highly, recommend Cook's!

Add to that, my complete and whole-hearted delight to what Cook’s envisioned and composed for the most important day of my life - my wedding! As can be expected, I was naturally nervous, but when I saw all of the beautiful arrangements that were prepared, all of my worries left me in an instant. Working with a very basic color scheme and a general idea of what I was looking for, Michael blew me away with how magnificent all of the arrangements turned out to be! I feel truly blessed to have been able to connect with him . . . and, as I stated above, Cook’s will be my florist for life!

accommodating when it came to what we wanted. First off, my husband wanted something other than a simple flower arrangement (tall vases with flowers under water and a candle floating on top) for the centerpieces and they were able to make it for no extra charge outside of the package. For my bouquet, we showed him a photo of my prom bouquet from high school and asked if he could recreate it. The end result was spectacular! It looked exactly like my prom bouquet with just a small flower swap in order to match the shade of purple my bridesmaids were wearing. Michael also let me give him a small butterfly decoration from my original bouquet to put in there. Michael was very patient with us and worked with us through the whole process. He showed us pictures of flowers when we did not know the type he was talking about. Each time I went to Cook's I had a pleasant experience with one of their employees. I would highly recommend using Cook's for any of your wedding flower needs!!

I am so grateful to everyone there who helped put together arrangements for our wedding. It was absolutely incredible, beyond beautiful, and I still get compliments even now from family members about how beautiful the centerpieces and the bouquets were!!

Sue did an amazing job with looking the my example pictures I brought and listening to what look I was going for and then putting together the perfect arrangement of flowers to fit what I was looking for. nd their designer made beautiful arrangements. I'm a bit picky about flowers because I don't like the traditional rose/lily/carnation wedding arrangements. I gave him my colors and told him a little bit about my taste and the types of things I disliked and the arrangements he made could not have been more perfect than if I had plucked them right out of my wedding dreams!! The centerpieces were beautiful and everyone complimented the girls' bouquets all night. So happy with them!! Highly recommend!!

my colors and told him I liked simple, clean lines, and he knew just what type of flowers and bouquets to recommend. I had a few questions and changes throughout the way, and they were very helpful and accommodating. You never know what to expect before seeing everything come together, but when it did, I was blown away. The bouquets arrived on time and they were beautiful. The display flowers were stunning when I finally got the chance to admire them at the end of the night! Michael and his staff went above and beyond to ensure our flowers were exactly the way we envisioned them. They were professional and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend Cook's for your wedding day floral needs.
