Let me tell you - CSH was EXACTLY what I was looking for on my big day. It is a beautiful blank canvas for any brides who have a specific vision (um, hi. im the problem its me). The venue is stunning, it's unique and spacious and feels so personal and the staff are exactly as helpful as you need them to be!! I am someone who prefers to have folks out of my hair who just let me goooooo. And they really were that. The venue was also more affordable for the whole weekend than the other places I looked at for 6hrs. Which made the entire difference to me.

We had a group of 5 girls graduation party at The Cool Springs House. It was perfect and they were so wonderful to work with. Just so relaxing to set up in the morning and come back to celebrate the girls. Beautiful Grounds and plenty of tables (all sizes) and chairs to use.

The Cool Springs House is the perfect place for a small, intimate indoor wedding, or a large outdoor wedding. When you book your weekend wedding with us, you have access to the house and surrounding grounds from 9:00am till 11:00pm. This makes it a quiet, relaxing place for the bride to get ready for her big day in the upstairs portion of the house! Kesha’s love for the event world, her positive outlook, and anything that can be planned, shines in her personality. When Kesha is not managing the City of Brentwood’s event venues, she loves being with her husband Dean, being outdoors; whether it is camping, hiking or fishing. But her favorite pastime is spending time with her two daughters Ella & Piper!

h had been scheduled almost a year in advance. With this being an outdoor wedding and the outdoor grounds is a part of the venue you would assume the grass would be well kept before an event occurs, especially somebody’s wedding. With what I paid for this venue, I would’ve expected the grass to be cut at minimum, we were satisfied with everything else.

as perfect for our small, 50-person wedding. Just know that the fee only includes the venue and tables/chairs. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are, in my opinion, excessive with additional charges for items that aren't placed back exactly the way they were found. For example, they will charge you per piece of furniture that is out of place. I completely understand charging for destruction, but not if a chair is on the opposite side of the same room it was found in. Overall, very pretty venue and it was very easy to get ahold of someone if I had questions/concerns about anything. I would recommend, just be sure to read the contract and delegate several people for cleaning and replacing items after the wedding!

ons we had and allowed us to see the property whenever we needed for planning. The house is gorgeous inside and out. We had an early afternoon wedding and were surprised with house gorgeous the trees and landscaper were during the golden hour. There is also so much landscape within the whole park that are a short walk away. This vintage home is just what we wanted. PLUS the bridal sweet was PERFECT for us.

my husband proposed to me in a park. Why not “ seal the deal” at the beautiful Crockett Park? The location was convenient to all our friends in a nice location and affordable. We are still getting comments about how the venue was so beautiful. Truthfully, not much decor is needed. The bridal suite upstairs was cozy, and a spacious place to be with my bridesmaids and relax. The natural lighting coming through the windows was perfect for my makeup artist! As far as working out the logistics and setting expectations, Abby Cox was absolutely wonderful to work with. I appreciated the respect of the historical property and how preserving the house was important during the rental. It made me feel confident that the house would be ready for us when we arrived, looking beautiful, with no surprises. We hope to reserve the House again on a future anniversary!

the caterer can prepare and set up food. There is enough room for a tent on the lawn and the front porch is awesome for photos. We loved the historic aspect of the location, it is absolutely beautiful. Also, the watercolor painting we received was gorgeous.

e not as involved as you might get from other venues they were there to answer all questions and were overall very helpful. We dealt mostly with Amy. The venue was beautiful and we used it for both the ceremony and reception. We got our damage deposit back in full. It is an AMAZING value for what you get! I have recommended it to any brides-to-be that I come across!!
