The Cool Springs House is the perfect place for a small, intimate indoor wedding, or a large outdoor wedding. When you book your weekend wedding with us, you have access to the house and surrounding grounds from 9:00am till 11:00pm. This makes it a quiet, relaxing place for the bride to get ready for her big day in the upstairs portion of the house!

as perfect for our small, 50-person wedding. Just know that the fee only includes the venue and tables/chairs. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they are, in my opinion, excessive with additional charges for items that aren't placed back exactly the way they were found. For example, they will charge you per piece of furniture that is out of place. I completely understand charging for destruction, but not if a chair is on the opposite side of the same room it was found in. Overall, very pretty venue and it was very easy to get ahold of someone if I had questions/concerns about anything. I would recommend, just be sure to read the contract and delegate several people for cleaning and replacing items after the wedding!

The venue is stunning, it's unique and spacious and feels so personal and the staff are exactly as helpful as you need them to be!! I am someone who prefers to have folks out of my hair who just let me goooooo. And they really were that. The venue was also more affordable for the whole weekend than the other places I looked at for 6hrs. Which made the entire difference to me.

my husband proposed to me in a park. Why not “ seal the deal” at the beautiful Crockett Park? The location was convenient to all our friends in a nice location and affordable. We are still getting comments about how the venue was so beautiful. Truthfully, not much decor is needed. The bridal suite upstairs was cozy, and a spacious place to be with my bridesmaids and relax. The natural lighting coming through the windows was perfect for my makeup artist!
As far as working out the logistics and setting expectations, Abby Cox was absolutely wonderful to work with. I appreciated the respect of the historical property and how preserving the house was important during the rental. It made me feel confident that the house would be ready for us when we arrived, looking beautiful, with no surprises.
We hope to reserve the House again on a future anniversary!

The venue was beautiful and we used it for both the ceremony and reception. We got our damage deposit back in full. It is an AMAZING value for what you get!
