The Cool Springs House is the perfect place for a small, intimate indoor wedding, or a large outdoor wedding. When you book your weekend wedding with us, you have access to the house and surrounding grounds from 9:00am till 11:00pm. This makes it a quiet, relaxing place for the bride to get ready for her big day in the upstairs portion of the house! Let me tell you - CSH was EXACTLY what I was looking for on my big day. It is a beautiful blank canvas for any brides who have a specific vision (um, hi. im the problem its me). The venue is stunning, it's unique and spacious and feels so personal and the staff are exactly as helpful as you need them to be!! I am someone who prefers to have folks out of my hair who just let me goooooo. And they really were that. The venue was also more affordable for the whole weekend than the other places I looked at for 6hrs. Which made the entire difference to me.

We had a group of 5 girls graduation party at The Cool Springs House. It was perfect and they were so wonderful to work with. Just so relaxing to set up in the morning and come back to celebrate the girls. Beautiful Grounds and plenty of tables (all sizes) and chairs to use.

This house was perfect for our little pandemic wedding. We brought everything together about 2 months before our big day and it turned out wonderful. Abby helped us with any questions we had and allowed us to see the property whenever we needed for planning. The house is gorgeous inside and out. We had an early afternoon wedding and were surprised with house gorgeous the trees and landscaper were during the golden hour. There is also so much landscape within the whole park that are a short walk away. This vintage home is just what we wanted. PLUS the bridal sweet was PERFECT for us.

This venue is absolutely incredible! Not only is it simply gorgeous, but Abby is a dream to work with. The bridal suite is beautiful and the grounds are so dreamy and offer space to let your creatively soar when it comes to planning a dream wedding. I would host my wedding here 100 times over.

My husband and I were looking for a special place to have our wedding that represented us. The beauty of the House and the grounds were perfect. We love spending time at parks and my husband proposed to me in a park. Why not “ seal the deal” at the beautiful Crockett Park? The location was convenient to all our friends in a nice location and affordable. We are still getting comments about how the venue was so beautiful. Truthfully, not much decor is needed. The bridal suite upstairs was cozy, and a spacious place to be with my bridesmaids and relax. The natural lighting coming through the windows was perfect for my makeup artist! As far as working out the logistics and setting expectations, Abby Cox was absolutely wonderful to work with. I appreciated the respect of the historical property and how preserving the house was important during the rental. It made me feel confident that the house would be ready for us when we arrived, looking beautiful, with no surprises. We hope to reserve the House again on a future anniversary!

We are so thankful that we found The Cool Springs House! It was the perfect outdoor and indoor location for our wedding ceremony and reception! This house has a large kitchen where the caterer can prepare and set up food. There is enough room for a tent on the lawn and the front porch is awesome for photos. We loved the historic aspect of the location, it is absolutely beautiful. Also, the watercolor painting we received was gorgeous.

We loved using this space for both our ceremony and reception! The price was budget friendly and there was plenty of room for the wedding party to spread out in the house while getting ready on the day of!

We used the Cool Springs house to get ready the day of our wedding and we had our wedding in front of the barn. It was the best place to have a wedding. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for in a ceremony site.

My husband discovered the Cool Springs House after A LOT of searching for a reasonably priced venue. The staff of the City of Brentwood were very, very nice and even though they are not as involved as you might get from other venues they were there to answer all questions and were overall very helpful. We dealt mostly with Amy. The venue was beautiful and we used it for both the ceremony and reception. We got our damage deposit back in full. It is an AMAZING value for what you get! I have recommended it to any brides-to-be that I come across!!

i was dissapointed with the chairs and tables. the lady lied and said these tables where large ans they were like patio tables.

Nice for an outdoor wedding with the house as a backup in case of bad weather. They have a really bad habit of keeping your security deposit for trivial reasons not listed on your contract.

Although this wasn't my first choice, it ended up being more than I could have dreamed of. We used the site for the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception, which made it convenient for all of the out of town guests. We did an indoor/outdoor reception, and since the weather was perfect, the day was magical. Peggy at the City of Brentwood was a gem, and I can't imagine working with anyone else to iron out the details.

for as much as they cost, they were a fantastic venue. A great place for a backyard wedding or Garden party. plenty of parking in the back and a cute little house if you need to excape from the elements. Everything inside is antique, so they have strict requirements for the inside of the house... but as for the outside, as long as you don't leave holes everywhere you're fine!
