We host a variety of functions such as weddings, corporate events, year-end celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions. Beautiful and serene, you will fall in love with the amazing views of the river and the surrounding mountains.
About the Location
We are located in Emmett, Idaho, just a short drive from Boise, and sit on 31 gorgeous acres with several different properties on-site. There's a path along the river that also connects the main event center and the other properties. This is a special place, and we want others to have a wonderful experience that is memorable and unique. We also have an Airbnb on the property for out-of-town guests, family getaways, retreats, or family reunions. We call it the Tudor House.

Hi, we are Randy and Teri Hallman from Eagle, Idaho. The second they set foot on the Cool Water property, they knew it was too beautiful to develop and ruin. The Hallman family purchased it in 2022. They had the vision to share this beautiful spot with others. Cool Water Lane property was a dairy farm over 100 years ago. More recently the property was a boys’ school before the Hallmans purchased the property.
