This place is beautiful, spacious, clean and classy. There is no end to the decorating possibilities. Staff are very attentive and accommodating and pricing is reasonable.

uestions promptly, Joyce gave us a few tours of the building and answered our questions. However, the day of the wedding, it turns out we were given false information. We paid to use their tablecloths, and Jackie insisted they were not on our contract, and we were not allowed to use them. After asking her to check our contract, she finally saw we did pay for them. When we got them, they were wrinkled, stained, and had holes in them. We were also told by Joyce that the conference room was included in our contract, and when we got there, Jackie said it was not included. She said she would not charge us to use it, but when we got our deposit back, they did charge us. I requested that we not have to pay for the tablecloths since they were such a mess, but they would not accommodate my request. The day of, Jackie left the building unattended and unlocked, which Lori had reassured me would not happen. IT WAS INCREDIBLY STRESSFUL! Save yourself the stress and fork out a little extra cash to book a venue with real professionals, not this place.
The place was great, with a beautiful back yard/patio area. We had a few minor issues, mostly miss communication.
It was very spacious and the staff was helpful. Just make sure you get a direct phone number, otherwise you will have to leave messages on 3 different lines.

e needed. They allowed us to bring in our own caterer and cake. They require a deposit, but were very prompt in returning the deposit to us after the event. We enjoyed using the Coon Rapids Civic Center and would recommend it to others!

g starting at 5, this added lots of extra stress. If beer was served, you had to pay for a police officer hourly until every last person was out of the building. Because of this expense, our wedding was very short.
Great spot - exactly what we wanted. Very flexible and casual. Great price. Friendly staff - easy to work with and customize to what I wanted.
more dancing space, big enough to fit all our guest. enough bathrooms which the most important thing and they were clean. garden outside the backyard, and bbq stuff;its the best
