e. It didn't seem like they have researched exactly how to get in and out of where the church was located prior to the event. Several of my guests commented on the detour they took on the way to the wedding which was less than ideal. For how much they charge, I would have thought they would have vetted the route so there were no issues the day of. Other than that, I had no problem with them as they were on-time for pick-ups and did get us to and from the church and reception without too much delay.
