Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Cooper’s Hawk in Arlington Heights was a fantastic host for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Their venue space was beautiful and picturesque, the food was spectacular (so much so that our guests were talking about it well after the meal), and the service was wonderful as well. We were very impressed with their professionalism, their support, and their overall communication with us. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them for other events! Thank you, CH!

This venue is a 10....(The Cellar Room) We had our wedding here September 2022, and from the first communication with the event staff to the final ones they were awesome. Rachel and Mariah were so hands on and so easy. The wait staff, event staff and Bartenders were top notch and handled the whole wedding like professionals, and more like family. The food was amazing, and most of our guests have commented that it's the best wedding food and venue ever.

We held our wedding (ceremony and reception) in the Cellar Room and it was absolutely fantastic! The room itself is absolutely gorgeous; it's warm, intimate, romantic, and upscale which is exactly the type of environment we were envisioning for our wedding. We had about 90 guests and there was more than enough room for everyone to comfortably mingle and break off into smaller groups after the dinner was finished. The food and drink were spectacular and delicious, exactly how they tasted when we went there previous times to taste their menu (great consistency). We had the eggrolls and bruschetta as our appetizers, both were light and extremely flavorful. Everyone is still talking about the eggrolls even a month later! We chose the caesar salad which was phenomenal and a perfect starter before the entrees. For entrees we chose the salmon and the filet mignon, both were exceptional. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the filet was a perfect medium like we requested, and the sides were complimentary to the entree we chose. No complaints! For dessert we chose the s'more budino, it came with a chocolate strawberry and a slice of our wedding cake all on the same plate, absolutely delicious and a gorgeous presentation. Guests were greeted with sparkling wine which was a nice, classy touch. The open bar was fabulous and had plenty of selection for everyone to enjoy! Including kiddy cocktails for the kids. I have to mention Roxanne who is the event coordinator. She went above and beyond in making sure we were completely happy. She was quick to respond whenever we had questions and we never felt like a burden to her despite contacting her very frequently. At one point during the night, a glass broke and Roxanne was there herself cleaning it up! She is incredible and extremely efficient at doing her job. She always had a smile on her face and a warm presence, I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and getting to know her. There is an elevator to get downstairs which was very important to us as we have a niece who is wheelchair bound. It made her and her family feel assured knowing she had a way to get around freely and comfortably. Overall, I would recommend the Cellar Room at coopershawk for any wedding or event being planned. It was the perfect location for our dream wedding and I have zero regrets about choosing it. Thank you Roxanne and the rest of the staff who were so attentive and present during our wedding. We are so appreciative and thankful!

Cooper’s Hawk in Arlington Heights was absolutely amazing in every way. We held our wedding reception in the Cellar Room. We had about 110 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone to comfortably circulate for cocktail hour, be seated for dinner and dance the night away! The event coordination team went above and beyond to make sure our evening was perfect. Communication was unparalleled. Not to mention the food was so incredibly delicious and the bar selection was superb. I would literally change nothing about our event and would recommend Cooper’s Hawk in a heart beat to anyone hosting an event, big or small, casual or fancy!! We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding celebration the best ever.
