Coosh's Bayou Rouge

Coosh’s Bayou Rouge is a catering company based in Tallahassee, FL. This business creates bold dishes inspired by the flavors of Louisiana’s cuisine that are sure to delight guests. In establishing his company, owner Durand “Coosh” Willis sought to bring authentic Cajun food to the Tallahassee area. Coosh and his wife Margaret, who co-owns the restaurant, both grew up in Louisiana. Coosh is from Gonzales, the Jambalaya Capital of the World, while Margaret was raised in Baton Rouge. He achieved his dream of opening Coosh’s Bayou Rouge in 2001 after working in several local restaurants. This catering company creates both Cajun and traditional American cuisine. Couples can design their own event menu of dishes including crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, and red beans and rice. The company also caters to guests with dietary restrictions and offers a selection of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian dishes. Additionally, they provide delivery, setup, servers, and cleanup for the newlyweds’ convenience.
