Copa did an amazing job at our daughter wedding this past weekend. They were professional and on top of everything. Our goal was to not have a line of any kind for the bar and that was achieved. We had two bars (1 outside with 2 bartenders and 1 inside with 1 bartender). They learned people's names and drink of choice making it feel so personal. I signed up for their concierge service as well just to make sure we never run out. What a great add-on and I have told everyone about it. Thank you for everything!

I had my wedding on June 1st 2024 and we had bar tenders Sarah and Joe. Going through Copa was the best decision. They answered all my questions and helped me make sure I had enough drinks for my guests! Sarah and Joe were absolutely amazing to have serve at the wedding. These guys were absolutely amazing! I smashed my finger in a bifold door at my wedding and they helped out a ton with it, and were constantly being nice and checking in the entire night!

I used COPA to serve the alcohol at my wedding and i’m so happy with how everything turned out they are great! They have amazing options to choose from and and very responsive and helpful to anything you need they also had great options for my guests who were non alcohol drinkers. We hired Copa to bartend our wedding at the end of September and they were a dream to work with! Their whole team was professional and very responsive. They were there along the way to help answer any of our needs - you can tell from our interactions they have quite a lot of events under their belt. We loved the different packages and mobile bars they offered to help keep within budget and help provide a little personality to your day. We opted for the beer, wine and two signature drink package which seemed to fit most of our guest needs. Sydney reached out ahead to ensure everything was planned and sorted ahead of the big day. On the two bartenders assigned to our wedding were amazing! They kept the line moving to ensure no one was waiting too long. Their cocktails were well mixed and quite tasty! For anyone looking for bartending for any event would highly recommend Copa for all your needs!

Everything turned out amazing for our wedding with copa and I was extremely happy with the way the bar turned out and where it was set up. I especially want to give a big thanks to Dylan, he really did a phenomenal job the entire night and when I would come check on the two to see if they were doing okay, he reassured me that everything was going great the entire evening. Copa Bar Service is unbeatable! We hired Copa for our wedding on 10/22/2022, and they were incredible. From the beginning proposal phase with Sydney, to our pre-event phone call with Mark, to the day-of with our bartenders Cole and Chasik, every step was met with professionalism, charisma, and expertise. We only had about 45 drinking guests out of 110 total guests, but ALL of our guests told us how amazing Cole and Chasik were. They did an amazing job of making all our guests feel included, whether they drink or not (I HIGHLY recommend the hydration station add-on, it's great for non-drinkers and makes for a nice presentation). I also highly recommend the champagne toast; Chasik and Cole were flawless and efficient in getting glasses of champagne or sparkling apple cider delivered to all of our guests. I will absolutely be using Copa for any future events. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

Fantastic, wonderful, patient, awesome - pick the adjective and it works. Mark and his crew were so great to work with! They were very patient as it got closer and I started to change everything up. Everyone is still talking about how great the drinks were and the under 21 and non drinking crowd loved the dirty soda bar! The whole process was super easy and they got all the beverages and at a great price, everything was very fair. I don't live in Utah anymore but would hire them again in a second if I had another event - highly recommended

We hired COPA Bar Service for our wedding in July. From the first conversations I had with Mark - he was helpful, informative, and insightful along the entire process. Mark was quick to respond, even when I panic emailed him due to COVID changes with our venue. He gave us multiple contract options to choose from to best fit our needs. After we chose the best contract, Mark sent us taste profiles to each fill out so he could best supply our drinks. He was knowledgeable of different taste profiles and gave us multiple options of alcohol to purchase and signature cocktails. He also let us help design our bar menu signage. The day of the wedding, Jeff and Dylan were our bartenders and they were incredible. We had so much fun chatting with them and they, too, were insightful on mixed drinks options. They were a lot of fun and really quick also. We are so happy with the service that they provided and all in all with Copa Bar!

We recently had Mark Miller of Copa Bar Service provide the bar service for our daughter's engagement party. He arrived promptly, set up in time, and was friendly and courteous. It was a huge help to turn over procurement of the alcohol to him and his selections were perfect. We especially loved the champagne he chose for our toast and he made sure all of our guests had glasses when the time came, including a non-alcoholic option. The dirty soda bar options were delicious as well. We will definitely choose Copa Bar again.

Mark is a true profession. From our initial contact to final few days leading up to our cocktail party, expanding to almost a year, Mark has made our corresponding pleasurable with quick replies and answered to all our questions. Since we’ve decided to do the decoration and food ourselves, he had helped take away one more thing we have to worry about. We’ve just showed him our beverage inventory and he went to work right away! We’ve gotten nothing but praise about his ability to serve with a smile, courteous, and in a timely manner.

Their cocktails were amazing! They worked with us to craft several options based off our taste preferences, and made both cocktail and mocktail versions so all of our guests could enjoy them. We decided on a blackberry and mint vodka based drink, a fizzy rosemary gin drink and an Old Fashion. We got a TON of compliments from guests (their Old Fashion may have been the best I have ever had). They also personally worked so hard to make sure the bar was running smoothly, and even went out of their way to make sure I personally was never in need of a cocktail. They were really really amazing. Plus, the owners are adorable.

I want to get married again just to have Copa Crew come back for a second bar service! Seriously, these guys are the best, and they took such incredible care of our guests. My husband and I aren't the biggest drinkers, but we wanted to make sure our guests had a great evening. Mark walked me through the most extensive tasting in order to learn about how he makes his drinks and what would make a well-balanced menu. I'm convinced that mixology is truly and art, and Copa Crew has mastered it. They brought the fun to our wedding evening, and we simply can't recommend them highly enough!! I cannot recommend Copa Crew enough! The entire process of meeting with Mark initially, to reminiscing about the bar at my wedding has been seamless and wonderful. Mark is easy to talk to and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. He came to our home to prepare us cocktails, so that we could pick our favorites for our wedding. And then day of, EVERYONE loved Mark and his team. Not only were the cocktails incredibly good (think galaxies better than a gin and tonic or rum and coke) people enjoyed their service. Weeks later, I am still getting compliments about Copa Crew. Maybe I'll throw another party soon just to have an excuse to hire them again. :)

Mark and his guys were great! Extremely communicative, accommodating (even to a last minute change to add an extra server), professional, affordable, and made amazing drinks. We hired them for our rehearsal and wedding dinners and they nailed both. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely LOVED Mark!! Don't vet any other vendors -- just hire Mark. He and Brad made our wedding so incredibly special!! Mark was so well organized and insightful during our initial consultation. It was clear very early that he was going to be the perfect vendor, from his kind personality, sharp insight on good selections and quantity (he's bartended for years!), and awesome communication throughout the whole planning. He also had options laid out so it was easy to decide on the small details like cup type, if we needed his transportable bar, signage, etc. We selected to do a taste testing also, which was so fun!! They got to know us quickly, made awesome suggestions for some signature cocktails that reflected our personalities, and tweaked them with us until they were perfected! Not to mention, Mark makes all of his own mixers/syrups and squeezes his own juices from locally bought produce which made for some really quality cocktails!! Mark also went above and beyond for us. We fell in love with some vintage/wide mouthed champagne stems but they were discontinued at our Ikea store. Mark scoured the valley until he found a restaurant supply store that sold them!! He gave us the option to buy them ourselves or he was happy to buy them and rent them to us for the same price as the traditional champagne flutes he has on hand. I was elated!!! He made sure our wants were met every step of the way and at every turn he was communicative and on the ball -- we never stressed about this aspect of our wedding because Mark was so reliable. On our wedding day, they stayed true to their character -- they were prompt, well organized and had a nice clean bar layout (and looked super handsome to boot!). Our guests couldn't get enough of the cocktails and enjoyed chatting them up (I think they made off really well in tips!!). I can't say enough about Mark -- he's far more than a bartender. His entrepreneurial fire turned would-be drinks into an experience in-and-of themselves, which brought our wedding to a whole new level. Did I mention he was also super reasonably priced?! ---- TLDR; 10/10, more than just drinks, unique/individually crafted cocktails, local ingredients, great pricing, stress free, did I say 10/10!

Mark is one of the best bartenders out there. He’s honestly the reason my wedding was so fun. It’s hard to find a good bartender in Utah that actually understands weddings, and he’s the real deal. He can work with anyone, is incredibly flexible and creative, and affordable.

The first vendor I booked for our wedding was our bartender and we definitely made the right choice! Mark was amazing to work with. I want to plan another wedding just so we can work with him again! He was flexible when we had to make adjustments to our menu but from day one he has been great. He was quick to respond and so easy to work with. Our guests loved him just as much as we did.
