We had Copper & Crystal as our bartenders for our farewell brunch the morning after our wedding. The whole team was easy to work with and made sure our mimosa bar stayed full! Overall, a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding weekend!

Not only was he professional and organized, but he also had a great sense of humor that added a delightful touch to the evening. He made sure that everyone was taken care of and even stayed a little longer to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. Pouring wine during dinner was a wonderful touch that our guests loved. We used Copper & Crystal as our wedding bartending service for our wedding on 10/01/2022, and wow did they knock it out of the park! CJ and Jack were super easy to communicate with and made our day that much more special. Any time we had questions, both CJ and Jack responded quickly. CJ and her team are without a doubt the best bar service around. As a venue owner, I have the pleasure working alongside many different bar staff, and when it came to choosing vendors for my own wedding, hiring CJ was our easiest decision and first phone call. With Copper and Crystal you get a professional and friendly staff - the service is impeccable. For our wedding, we asked for some not-so-common ‘his & hers’ cocktails, and CJ & Rob concocted the absolute best drinks I’ve ever had. They go above and beyond in their craft. Our wedding wouldn’t be as perfect as it was, without the help of C&C. We can't thank CJ & Rob enough!!

Great bartending service! From the moment we entered into contract, the communication with them was great. We appreciated the fact that we could buy and provide our own alcohol to Copper & Crystal. They gave us a great spreadsheet to gauge how much booze was needed for the day based on our guests headcount and the type of party we wanted to have. It gave us a chance to bring in wine and spirits that we liked and wanted to share with friends. We were on a ranch in the summer so it was helpful to know about the ice situation in advance and that we could have ice delivery and storage as part of our service with Copper & Crystal. Our guests had a great time and there never seemed to be a long line at the bar. At the end of the night, it was great to have everything extra packaged up and ready for pick-up the next day. Copper & Crystal had a great staff and did excellent work. Would recommend for any couple getting married in the central coast of California. Thank you!

We hired Copper and Crystal for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and they were fantastic. CJ was awesome to work with and provided a complete alcohol shopping guide for both events based on number of attendees. The service was great! Her staff went above and beyond! CJ is one of the most consummate professionals I've gotten a chance to work with - she's always on time, is super detail oriented and has overflowing passion for the world of great drinks and hospitality. I have had the ultimate pleasure of working with CJ from Copper & Crystal on numerous weddings and events hosted at the Flying Caballos Ranch. In addition to being the Venue Manager, I have also served as the Wedding Coordinator for majority of these events. CJ has conducted site visits at the ranch with and without clients to confirm everything they would need for the bar area. Leading up to the wedding day, CJ is not only easy to communicate with, but is prompt in replies, asks questions, and is very detailed in the planning. As a Coordinator, I very much appreciate the attention to detail and desire to make this an unforgettable experience for all of the guests in addition to the couple getting married! From the moment Copper & Crystal arrives on the wedding day until departure, the entire team is professional, courteous, responsive, and attentive. I booked Copper and Crystal for my wedding, which they provided bar services that included pouring and mixing of beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. One signature drink was a recommended drink off of their menu which was modified per my request and the other was a basic Jack and Coke. While correspondence and emails leading up to the wedding was with the owner, the night of my wedding was two separate bartenders working. The correspondence with CJ was explained in detail and very straightforward, response times were quick and had zero issues there. She provided me with a shopping list for all the alcohol per my guest count and even though I modified it based on what I felt was right, it was a great starting point. Without that list, I would have been lost. The two bartenders the night of my wedding were absolutely wonderful. Being the bride, I didn’t spend much time interacting with them, however, the little interaction I did have with them was great. In addition, I have had several guests tell me how awesome my bar service was! I had the option to book a bar service with my caterer, and save a little bit of money; however, the vibe of copper and crystal was much more of what I was looking for.
