lt entirely from scratch on my parents' ranch in Arizona. Every detail had to be brought in, from infrastructure and rentals to catering and décor. On top of that, our wedding day included multiple locations for getting ready, our church ceremony, portraits, and finally the reception, creating an incredibly complex logistical puzzle.
Originally, I hired a luxury wedding planner, but as time went on, I realized I was being treated more like a cookie-cutter client than a bride with a unique vision. The attention to detail simply wasn't there, and I found myself worrying about things that should have been handled by my planning team. Four months before my wedding, I made the difficult decision to part ways and hired Copper Blossom Events — and it was one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process.
From day one, Abby stepped in with confidence, organization, and genuine care. She immediately helped me secure and finalize key vendors, including our florist and caterer, organized the dozens of vendors already involved, and helped refine countless details that were important to me personally. What stood out most was that she truly listened. She didn't try to fit my wedding into a template—she worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life while offering thoughtful guidance and creative solutions along the way.
Then, the week before the wedding, we were faced with what seemed like an impossible challenge. Rain was suddenly forecasted for our wedding day. While Arizona rain in April seemed unlikely when we originally planned, it became a very real possibility. Abby immediately sprang into action and helped source an incredible tent solution on extremely short notice. This wasn't as simple as renting any tent—we needed something large enough to accommodate over 200 guests while preserving the design, layout, and atmosphere I had spent more than two years carefully planning. Somehow, Abby found a solution that protected our guests while still honoring the aesthetic and experience we had worked so hard to create.
Throughout the entire process, Abby remained calm, responsive, detail-oriented, and endlessly supportive. She handled challenges before they became problems, advocated for us with vendors, and allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding weekend instead of managing logistics.
My wedding was not an easy event to execute, and I genuinely don't know how we would have pulled it off without her. If you're looking for a planner who cares deeply, thinks several steps ahead, and treats your wedding as if it were her own, Abby is the person you want by your side.

Abby set up an initial call to learn about my vision, then set off to find the best venue and vendors within budget and make my dreams come true. I requested many changes along the way and Abby was quick to find new options for me that I loved. Her communication style is unmatched. Emails, text, and calls were responded to immediately. She stayed on top of every detail and gave me nudges whenever I needed to make a decision, submit payments etc. This was so helpful for me as my work schedule took over my life. Her ability to handle unforeseen circumstances, build relationships with our family and other guests, and become a trusted partner with our other vendors allowed us to fully enjoy the best day of our lives. For example, she learned of, and got prompt medical care, for my mother who tripped and broke her ankle before we had even learned it had happened. It’s like she was everywhere, all at once. This is why we have told all of our friends who are engaged to give her a call. Even now, almost two months later my parents cannot stop singing her praises. was a godsend for us. First off, for all you soon to be newlyweds, planning a wedding is STRESS, hell i think it even gave me gray hairs! With Abby's help, they certainly didn't come in earnest, as she was instrumental in coordinating all the minutia with planning a wedding, especially with the intricacies of renting a venue for said wedding. I’m a pretty detailed person, but there are so many details and things to keep track of, while websites are helpful there’s nothing more amazing than a physical person to connect with! Abby made sure I always felt like a priority, she set up check ins and helped follow up on tasks, connected with the wedding party and helped lessen any stress that as a bride to be may have overwhelmed me. She gave me advice on what is needed and not needed and worked within my budget! She truly helped my vision come to life.
To say 2022 was a challenging year for me is an understatement, we grieved the loss of my FIL, moved homes, jet setted, recovered from Covid and planned a wedding.
