and what to include. We can’t say enough good things about the planning process with them. They clearly have done this a ton and had great suggestions and did a wonderful job of listening to our wants while helping us fill in the blanks. The day of truly went off without a single problem. The food was delicious, the dessert was so good, and the service was beyond amazing! We really felt like guests at our own wedding which was such a gift. We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here! It felt so special and was incredibly easy working with them!

ery step. Given it's a restaurant, you might hope the food is good. Well not only did we design our own menu from start to finish, they also made amazing dishes. Every guest commented on their favorites and how full they were. Some guests went so far to say that they were surprised by which items were their favorites. The process was simple and easy both prior to the event and day of. Communication was smooth. We used the entire restaurant instead of just the smaller more private space which worked great to give us a small secluded space prior to the ceremony beginning. Plus, there's a bartender in there prior to the ceremony, so you can get some bubbly before you walk down the aisle. Talking about the space, we basically customized our own table layouts based on the number of guests we invited. They were very accommodating and helped us to figure out what would work best based on our inputs. Overall, great option for ceremony, reception, happy hour, etc. A whole wedding boxed in 1 place. Only challenge is parking. You're in uptown, likely on a weekend, with only a small shared parking lot across the street that will not be enough for you and your wedding party/family. I recommend giving guests a heads up about a high likelihood of needing to find street parking.

s. Our guests said “it was the best wedding food they’ve ever enjoyed” and it was all served in an extremely smooth and timely manner. The package included all drinks, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, cake, cupcakes, and pizza during the dance… and it was all a fraction of the cost of most other venues. The staff cleared the tables quickly for the dance, and the staff was noticeably happy and engaged to the end. We invited them to the dance floor for the last dance, and it was the perfect finale to our dream wedding!! I could not have been happier.

diming upgrades. The space itself is gorgeous and was perfect for our 75 guests. It doesn't need a ton of decoration which is an added bonus. We loved creating the menu and had rave reviews on the food. They also allowed us to create our own signature drinks which was a great touch. As we planned our wedding to be in 2020, due to COVID it was pushed out to 2021. Marisa and the team were amazing. I never felt like we were going to be screwed over or were in competition with other couples to secure other dates. The entire staff was beyond wonderful on the day - Marisa is the best at what she does and TCH is so lucky to have her. She always got back to me, always had a positive attitude, and treated us SO WELL! I can't rave about it enough!

We had a unique idea about what to do with our wedding cake and they were open to working with our idea to make it happen! During the tasting at Copper Hen we were allowed to try multiple different flavors and had champagne as well! Marisa was fun to work with and very helpful!

I think the best part was that we had several guests with gluten allergies, and we had a whole cake in the gluten free chocolate flavor. This cake was seriously amazing. All of the gluten-free folks were over the moon that they could eat cake that tasted so amazing, especially one of my young cousins with an allergy who came back for 5 pieces and said it was the best cake she’d ever eaten :) I definitely recommend them for wedding cakes, you won’t be disappointed!

and amazing buttercream frosting. The tasting and ordering process was very smooth. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the pick up of our cake. It was a little bit of a hassle being they were hosting a wedding the day we needed to pick up and we did not receive communication on what to do when we arrived, and their sign said the were closed. We called a few times and no one answered. We managed to figure it out eventually. I would suggest having them deliver id your venue is close. Just a very minor setback- but the cake was delicious and gorgeous!

Our guests raved about how beautiful the space was and how it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Wonderful all around!

Overall, getting our wedding cake through the Copper Hen wedding met our dessert needs perfectly. I’m thankful we had some left over because it is seriously heavenly!

Everyone that had a piece of the cake couldn't stop talking about how tasty it was. I would recommend Copper Hen to anyone!

Danielle was very easy to work with and was even nice enough to suggest just getting a regular cake instead of a wedding cake since we were having a small wedding and also serving some pies. We chose a simple round farmer's butter vanilla cake and it looked amazing, beautifully frosted, and tasted even more amazing. We could not have been happier with our choice. Thanks Copper Hen!!

commodating to every idea. Her cakes are out of this world delicious, and so beautiful. She made me a 3 tiered white polka dot cake with raspberry vanilla and carrot cake layers that were to die for. We probably could have ordered 750 full size cupcakes and not had enough for our 250 person wedding. One of our guests actually told us they ate 7. and yes, they are THAT good. Not only is this place one of my favorite restaurants, but now will also be at the top of my list for recommendations for future friends' weddings! BEST EVER.
