Copper Pony is a new vintage mobile bar that exudes rustic charm and elegance. It is crafted from a converted horse trailer and nestled in the heart of Chester County, PA. We cater to weddings and special events in and around Southeastern, PA. Our vintage mobile bar is a lovely addition to any celebration. We are two good friends on a journey to help you celebrate the meaningful things in life with an extra zest and twist added to it. We value family, friendship and love and want to be part of your special occasion to help you create memories for a lifetime. Having raised 5 sons between the two of us, makes us ready for anything! Copper Pony is a dry hire bar, which means you provide the alcohol while we serve it. We will help you decide how much alcohol is necessary and will also assist in creating a cocktail or mocktail menu. Copper Pony offers the perfect opportunity for you to provide a special, unique and upscale bar experience for you and your guests without having to do it alone. Two professional, certified bartenders will always serve on your special day and we would love to be part of it. We'd are happy to discuss your ideas, so please contact us directly about your vision or wishes for your special event.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the Copper Pony team, and I can’t recommend them enough! What sets Copper Pony apart is their unique service offerings. I saw the Copper Pony at the West Chester Food Festival, and there was always a line of people eager to experience the excitement. Their beautifully converted horse trailer is a stunning mobile bar, featuring a gorgeous copper ceiling and meticulous attention to detail in its design. It’s a unique way to entertain guests and elevate any gathering. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to add fun and elegance to their backyard party or corporate event and hope to use them myself for my next large gathering.

First saw the Copper Pony at the West Chester Food Truck Festival and it is so cute!!! Perfect little addition to a backyard party, wedding festivities or corporate events. Carolyn & Joann were super friendly and I am a fan of their offerings! Super clean, trendy and professional. I love it!!!

The Copper Pony was the main attraction at our recent Overbrook Golf club event and it did not disappoint our 80+ attendees. It is stunning and charming and it attracts the crowd with its fun, cozy and unique vibe! The owners are a dynamic duo who are easy to work with and the ultimate professionals. I highly recommend booking The Copper Pony. It is CHEERSWORTHY and a guaranteed GREAT TIME!

The Copper Pony was a spectacular addition to Thorncroft Equestrian Center's 5K after-party! From start to finish, their communication and professionalism were unparalleled and guests were blown away by this added feature! Their mobile bar is stunning and the added personal touches, along with fantastic service, were such a hit. We look forward to hiring them for in 2025! Thank you, Carolyn and Copper Pony!
