and my mother while we were talking. Cleanliness was also an issue. We were told everything would be cleaned by 3pm (the reception was to start at 5pm). At 4:30pm, people were still vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom. I already had guest arrived by then and one of them have a woman vacuuming in a picture they took!! If you can handle the manager, then this is an acceptable venue. I will not be using this venue again.

ch we wanted so we could decorate however we wanted. CRGC may not be as structured or professional as some other venues, but they were so flexible. Kevin responded to my emails very quickly. There were very little limitations for my decorations and also CRGC allowed us to work on set up the entire week before the wedding because they didn't have any other events. On top of that, the price was the most reasonable we could find and I don't know how many people have told me that was the best food they had at a wedding! Overall great experience, just ask for what you want/need and CRGC seemed to be open to requests
I had an appointment with Kevin to look at the reception space at 12:00pm. When I arrived a young woman said he went to the bank and informed me he should be back in 10-15 minutes....
20 minutes went by and he was still a no show so I left. I would've liked to have seen the reception space but I shouldn't have had to wait for him. If the appointment is at 12:00pm then do other errands afterwards. Very disappointed.

ok pictures, which turned out beautiful. I would have gave Copper Ridge a perfect score if it wasn't for their management. Kevin, the banquet coordinator, missed our first meeting because he forgot to write down the appointment. Then, a week before the wedding we were suppose to meet to go over the final details and he never showed. The employees acted like this was typical from him. At the reception we upgraded and paid for the expensive liquor. When finally we had a chance to go up to the bar we realized they were serving the cheap liquor. They offered us a refund, and with numerous phone calls with Kevin, we still have not received a check. It's sad because besides management everything was perfect.
