From day one, Maria and her team at CopperTop were amazing. Starting with the food tasting, they were extremely generous with their portions, as well as being very open and amicable to any adjustments we wanted to the menu. Maria was very communicative through the entire process, and made sure that every detail was perfect.
On the day of her team, including Head Chef Joe, were phenomenal. They thought of things that we couldn't have, and all of our food from the first appetizer to the last bite of dessert was more than excellent. The service was immaculate, and we couldn't have asked for a better caterer on our day. We'd go with CopperTop 10 times out of 10 if we had to do it again.
The team at CopperTop Catering exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning the level of professionalism was evident. CopperTop was very responsive over email and were more than willing to clarify any questions we had. Food was delicious and plentiful. No guest left hungry. Their food options especially for plated meals had something for everyone. Their staff on the day of the event worked like a well oiled machine.
