e to any adjustments we wanted to the menu. Maria was very communicative through the entire process, and made sure that every detail was perfect. On the day of her team, including Head Chef Joe, were phenomenal. They thought of things that we couldn't have, and all of our food from the first appetizer to the last bite of dessert was more than excellent. The service was immaculate, and we couldn't have asked for a better caterer on our day. We'd go with CopperTop 10 times out of 10 if we had to do it again.

My daughter’s bridal shower was absolutely perfect in every way! The space was great, the patio is perfect, the food was amazing!! Offering to go boxes for everyone from the buffet...
was wonderful too. The staff was so accommodating and just wonderful to work with. It’s a day I won’t forget for a long time!

ppertop! Maria came to the venue before the wedding and worked out every single detail. On the wedding day the Coppertop truck arrived and the team worked their magic. Everything ran like clockwork and there was not a single issue the entire day with the food or service. Each and every Coppertop staff member looked professional and was so courteous and attentive to our guests. And the food was amazing! We received so many compliments about the food from our guests. Maria is so good at her job. She had everything under control from our first phone call to our goodbyes at the end of the wedding. If you need a caterer call Maria! You will be so happy you did! Thank you so much Maria! You and your staff made the wedding so wonderful.

old us they reached out prior about gluten free options and Coppertop went above and beyond to make sure she had gluten-free food to eat. Would definitely recommend.
