So I have never been huge on reviewing services. But after my experience hiring Cora as our wedding photographer- I felt like it would be an injustice to her if I didn't tell the world how exquisite her services are! From our engagement session Fall of 2018 to our wedding, she was outstanding. From my own personal standpoint, planning weddings is stressful. Cora made it as smooth as possible in the coordination of photos. Also can I mention that she is a serious steal when it comes to pricing!! I know that in wedding budgets- photography can get overlooked because it doesn't seem a necessity, but IT IS! So just do yourself a favor and hire Cora for all of your photography needs. She really made our day...we cannot say enough great things about her!!!

When we first met Cora to talk about the possibility of her shooting our wedding, we automatically knew she would be photographing our big day. She is organized, detail oriented, kind, and warm spirited. And these are just a few of the things that are so appealing to us. We are not from the Black Hills area so when we traveled there for a long weekend and an engagement shoot, we were blown away by her dedication of finding the perfect location. For my husband and I, it felt like one of our friends was taking our pictures. So relaxing and easy!! We had so much fun and we laughed, A LOT. Cora was so sweet throughout the whole thing, from guiding us to complimenting how cute we were! We were (and still are) absolutely blown away with her talent to capture our emotions and personality so well. She got up close and it paid off. Cora caters to each individual couple by asking them questions about what they want out of their pictures. She even created a Pinterest board for our wedding and added me so that I could send her ideas! Talk about serious commitment- she really does care for her clients. In early May, Cora shot our entire wedding day. Leading up to that day we were in constant communication about scheduling, etc. She was incredible at figuring out details and timing out the day, literally a minute by minute schedule. The whole day she was so calm, but took charge to keep things moving (which is what you need, gals). Just like our engagement session, we had so much fun! The day went so smoothly, and that has a lot to do with her and her amazing skills. She is such a well rounded photographer. I mean, she is INCREDIBLE at photography, but she also built a relationship with us. I truly consider Cora a friend. She knew exactly what we wanted and it shows in our photos. Cora is photographer that you can count on, and trust me, she will capture your day PERFECTLY. We are forever grateful for her and have already told her she will be capturing all of our major life events from now on! Can I give her 50 stars!?!?

Cora Carroll Photography was THE BEST decision we made regarding our wedding! Seriously, not only is Cora's work well worth her price, but she is so entertaining to work with. From our engagement session to our wedding day, Cora made us feel instantly as ease in front of the camera and trust me when I say my husband and I are not the most photogenic people. Not only did we get AMAZING photos of getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception, but Cora has the best personality and great tips for a nervous bride to be. I am still posting photos on my instagram and am reliving the best day of my life. Just HIRE Cora Already!!!!!

Cora and her assistant managed to be there to capture EVERY best moment of my wedding. She was a pleasure to work with. Weddings are chaotic, but Cora was clam, cool, and collected from my dress malfunctioning to a change of location plans. The pictures are full of emotion and truly encompass the whole ambiance of the wedding day. I cried when I first saw my preview, I was speechless. Highly Recommend!!

Cora photographed our wedding a couple of weekends ago and the pictures turned out awesome. her attention to detail is great and she really does a great job of making you feel comfortable. We got tons of pictures...turn around time was really fast and most of all she is a very talented young lady! 100% recommend! We had unexpected rain but she was awesome in helping us deal with it and still get some great pictures.

I can't even begin to express how much we love Cora and the incredible job she did capturing our wedding! We found her portfolio randomly online and fell in love. From the first phone call through receiving our pictures, she put us completely at ease and was such a pleasure to work with! All of our family and friends raved about her after the big day. Cora was an absolute dream to work with! She literally hiked up a mountain for us, and for that we will always be incredibly thankful for!! She was so kind, to not only us as a couple, but to both our families on our special day! Her wonderful personality and skill only heightened our already perfect day!

Honestly I am at a loss of words for our wedding photos....they are gorgeous. Cora did such an amazing job and is so caring. My hairstylist ended up not doing what I wanted, on the brink of a bridal meltdown, Cora stepped in to help, all while being cool and collected. She managed to capture everything I wanted and more ( in my opinion ). I recommend her for everything, she now officially my photographer for everything.
