When Tom and I decided to have a destination wedding, we knew we'd need quite a bit of guidance throughout the whole process, particularly as we weren't going to be visiting our options. Once I connected with Briana, it was so unbelievably obvious that she truly wanted to understand Tom's and my individual must-haves and must-not-haves. With this information, she was able to make very specific recommendations that would equally meet both of our hopes for this special time. There is nothing more that I love and look for than honesty and guidance, especially during a process such as this one! Briana completely understood and empathized with what we were looking for and, with that, we chose Secrets Maroma for our destination wedding venue. Briana and Craig made this process unbelievably simple and top-notch for us as well as our guests, from day 1 of planning until the last day of our wedding-stay. After 11 months, we had the most incredible week of our lives, far surpassing what we or anyone could've ever expected. Secrets Maroma put Tom and I on cloud 9, as well as every single one of our 60 guests. The food, service/treatment, beach, and aesthetic were unreal. Our wedding week could not have possibly worked out as well as it did without all of the guidance and assistance that the Coral team provided throughout the entire process.

Briana and Craig from Coral Destination Wedding Travel were an absolute delight to work with for our destination wedding in November of 2024.
From our first meeting, Briana helped give advice about resorts & locations and is clearly very knowledgeable resorts and the destination wedding process.
Once we finalized our resort and confirmed our date, Brianna and Craig hit the ground running. They coordinated and collected deposits from our attendees. They communicated with us often with updated guest lists and helped coordinate between the resort planner and myself.
With a month to go they also helped coordinated transportation for all our attendees from the airport to the resort and then back!
All in all, I would highly recommend using coral destination wedding if you’re choosing to do a destination wedding. We got so much more perks and great pricing, which ended up saving us money as well as our guests!
Our wedding day and honeymoon were perfect and were so thankful to Briana and Craig for all the support and assistance along the way!

Briana with Coral Destination Wedding Travel was absolutely amazing to work with and our DREAM destination wedding wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for meeting her! My now husband Matt and I started pretty much from scratch when we first started looking into destination weddings. It was overwhelming, stressful and frustrating until I found Briana. Unlike other travel agents, she wanted to meet over a Zoom call and she immediately set my mind at ease. She wanted to get to know us to find out exactly what we wanted in a destination wedding and what we knew we didn't want. Through her guidance and recommendations, we ended up choosing Secrets Vallarta Bay in Puerto Vallarta and it was hands down, one of the best decisions we could have made! Her team helped make sure all 59 of our guests got to Puerto Vallarta safely, had the room of their choice and even helped coordinate transportation for us and some of our guests. She was so professional while handling every detail of the wedding, took everything seriously and was there for me to figure out a plan B when a couple of wedding guests couldn't make it to the wedding unexpectedly. The quality of service she provided was also incredible! She made sure we got every single perk that came with our wedding package and was so diligent about sending out updated lists as our guests started booking. Her communication was the best too! Even when I was busy tied up with work, she was always following up and making sure I was looped in with everything. She made SURE this wedding was exactly what we wanted and it was! Best decision ever to have a toes-in-the-sand destination wedding in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! 2nd best decision was hiring Briana with Coral Destination Wedding Travel to help make it all happen! We've already asked for her help coordinating our one year anniversary trip back to the same resort! Thank YOU Briana and team!

My husband and I decided to have a destination wedding but we did not know where to begin. Briana and Coral Destination Weddings were completely amazing at every step of the way. Briana was so patient and answered all of our questions. She was extremely willing to go out of her way to make sure that Kevin and I got all of the information that we needed to make the best decision for our special day. Once we sent out all of our invites, our guests were very impressed with Briana and her team with their willingness to work with them to ensure the best experience. Our entire process from planning to the actual day was stress free!

Briana and Craig were amazing to work with! My 85 guests had nothing but great things to say about their experience too. I was grateful for their guidance throughout the process because I always felt like I had someone to go to. From the first recommendations of resorts to help arranging blocks of rooms for our family and friends. Our wedding in Cancun was the experience of a lifetime and there is no way I could have pulled it all off without them!

First of all, we would like to thank Briana and Craig for their outstanding support from beginning to end. Knowing that we could trust them to manage all aspects of booking gave us peace of mind. Briana was always professional and most importantly very patient with all of our questions and concerns. It was through her recommendation that we picked The Fives Beach resort as our venue. The resort itself was beautiful and our wedding day was exactly what we hoped for and more. The wedding department is friendly and always willing to help which made our day go by smoothly. We loved everything about it and had an amazing time. Food was important for us and I have to say the resort did not disappoint. Our guests had a wonderful time and even talked about going back in the future.

Kieran and I went to a wedding in Cancun 3 years before we got married and we absolutely loved everything, we later found out that Briana and Coral Destination Weddings had helped organize it. When we got engaged and we decided to have a destination wedding in Cancun my friend recommended that I talk to Briana, and from the moment we first spoke on the phone I knew I had to go with Coral Destination Weddings, Briana gave me some peace of mind that no one had. Briana was always very professional, honest, she really cared about what we wanted and what we were looking for and was never pushy (which I really liked!). She helped us find the best resort for our group (Dreams Riviera Cancun) and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to get married and all that thanks to her. Our guests loved working with Briana and Craig too, they were so professional, patient and caring with everyone and we had a big wedding, 135 guests and every single one of them had the best experience and said this was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. It was magical, the food, service, music, decor, everything was just like we wanted or even better, we can’t wait to go back to celebrate our 1st anniversary there (and our guests can’t wait either!). We couldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams if it wasn’t for Briana, Craig, and the entire Coral team.

Briana and Craig did a great job organizing our wedding room block for 30 guests, as well as transports! They were very quick to respond to all emails and got us amazing room rates at a 5 star all inclusive resort. Would highly recommend and use for my peak future travel!

Thank you for helping us plan the best day of our lives! We both are grateful that we found Coral Destination Weddings for our travel agency as the whole thing was a breeze to plan. The resort was perfect and we are looking forward to going back for our anniversary. Our guests had nothing but amazing reviews, many who say it was the best wedding they've ever been to! We were completely surprised to get a reimbursement through our room block. This was based on a promotion that Briana secured for us over a year and a half ago. She definitely went the extra mile for us and made this a day we will never forget.

We had a great experience working with Coral Tide. Briana was our main point of contact and Craig worked a lot with our guests. There was always someone there to answer our questions. We already had our resort picked out when we first contacted the company, but the resort had recommended we reserve rooms with a travel agency. We were unsure of how this would work, but I'm relieved we did. We were stunned when we got our refund back for the group booking to the tune of just over $3,500 and it pretty much covered our trip. To think we probably wouldn't have gotten anything back if we booked without a travel agency and they made everything a lot easier. Thank you for everything.

Just got back from our wedding in Punta Cana and it's been such an emotional experience! Because the majority of my husbands family is from a different state than mine, we decided that a destination wedding would bring everyone together - and it did! My now husband and I are so thankful to have found Coral Tide travel agents. When we first started working with them, we were considering a few resorts, but reading reviews on Tripadvisor didn't tell the whole story about weddings at the resorts and we felt like it was a bit hard to find all the right information. Briana was patient with explaining everything to us both and also working with our guests. A bunch of our friends had never been to an all-inclusive, so I was worried how that would play out. Minus a few hiccups with guests dropping out last minute, everything was smooth and I was happy how it all came together.

I’m not sure where to begin with reviewing our planner, Briana because she did so much more than simply take our group's booking. She has been a companion since day one, from helping us to narrow down the resort to helping with our guest list and all their questions. I have never used a travel agency before and I really didn’t know what they would offer. Looking back, I am not sure how I would have organized everyone’s rooms and got them to book. Our wedding was everything I could have asked for and more and I cannot imagine having planned the whole thing without them!
