service was hit or miss, depending on the consultant. Some were fantastic and super helpful in accomodating my tight timeline. However, many of them do not speak English, which made my appointments tricky. We were never offered champagne (or even water!) or cute robes during my initial appointment. I was never called to be informed that my dress had arrived in store. Overall, I am thankful for my dream dress and the talented seamstress who made it perfect. Just wish all of the consultants were able to match the level of service of their product.

She helped me with the alterations, and since I got married in the midst of the pandemic she helped me get my wedding mask done with the scraps of my wedding dress. The dress selection is beautiful and I had so much fun trying on their dresses. While I wasn't going for a ball gown look, I noticed that they had a GREAT selection if that's what you're looking for. Ultimately, I decided on a dress elsewhere, but I wanted to leave a review and thank Mabel and Coral Gables Bridal for giving us a really lovely experience. The dress I initially liked online was not the winner, but another one from that line was and it was cheaper. They were all stunning. I didn’t feel as though they were trying to be pushy salespeople as some of the other shops I visited were. I enjoyed the relaxed environment. The store is fairly small, but the private rooms are very spacious with great mirrors. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying the dress over the phone, but went back for 2 fittings. Vanessa who assisted me with trying on dresses saw me, gave me a hug and even remembered my name. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered me, and by name! I work a sales role in my career as well, and it’s incredible how far remembering a name will go. Thank you, this meant so much to me! Mabel is wonderful as well, and she assisted me with the fittings. I didn’t require much, but she was the expert and knew better than I did what was needed for my dress to fit like a glove. The seamstress was lovely as well. She spoke little English, but Mabel was there to translate as needed. They ended up including a Double Dior veil for me, which really blew me away. I highly suggest using the seamstress at this location, it made the process quick and easy, and was one less thing I had to research or worry about. I don’t recall her name, but she did a fantastic job. I live in Miami, however my wedding was out of town. I was worried at first that I didn’t have enough time for the dress at all given my wedding day was July 19, just six months after I had gone dress shopping. Everyone at this location was confident it will be in with plenty of time for alterations, and they were correct. It’s always good to trust the experts, and they kept me at ease throughout this process. Given my wedding was in a different state, they were even able to ship it to my parent’s house in New York so it was waiting for me when I arrived. This was great as it allowed my mom some time to steam the dress and have it ready for my big day. I cannot thank each and every representative at Coral Gables Bridal for doing such a fantastic job. They are extremely knowledgeable and know their products/selection, have the timeline down, have a fantastic seamstress, and kept communication throughout. I can’t thank you all enough for making me feel so comfortable and looking so amazing on my wedding day! This dress is absolutely stunning and elegant, it was more beautiful than I could have ever expected. Thank you all SO much for all of your help! e once my dress was delivered to just try it on, and make sure it fit even before my actual fitting. And the seamstress is phenomenal, she did an amazing job hemming my dress. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Would 100% recommend.

She is truly the best. Everyone complimented me on the dress and how great it fit. They had TONS of dresses for me to choose from and in 10 minutes, my maid of honor and I had already picked out 12 dresses for me to try. The wonderful girl who helped us, Vanessa, did an excellent job. She actually ended up picking out the dress I ultimately chose to be my wedding dress. The fitting rooms were great, the employees were super nice, and the bridal boutique itself was luxurious but still fairly priced. I would 100% recommend them!

ss I ultimately purchased. Mabel & Cary made my mom & I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I decided to get married in two months (call me crazy) & was worried I would have to settle for a dress. Once they saw on my face I was in love (before I knew) they called to make sure I could get it in time so when I asked they already had the answer. Cary is the most skilled seamstress. I am 4'11" & very petite but curvy. She made my dress fit like a glove. If you are dress shopping, I highly recommend coming to their shop. I went one place prior & I'm so happy I came to this store. Mabel went above and beyond & I will forever appreciate her for her personal attention to everything. I will forever be grateful to the staff for helping me find the dress of my dreams & I can't wait to put it on for my big day (7/7/18). Take any negative reviews & throw them the away. the back as she had no professionalism. I chose this store specifically to try on my dream dress by a designer this store exclusively carried. The woman "helping" me pulled that dress along with several others. Despite filling out paperwork stating my style and budget and discussing the size I needed when I checked in, she pulled several other dresses double my price point and several sizes too small. She literally HANDED me the first dress, my dream dress, and didn't bother to help me into in. My Maid of Honor had to help me dress. This was the dress I had waited years to try on! After that, because the dresses she pulled were too small, she HELD THE DRESSES UP TO ME! This boutique claimed to have a variety of sizes and styles for reasonable boutique prices. When I told her again what size I needed she said "Oh, you need a BIG dress." That's EXACTLY what she said. I am not a big girl, but I am also not a size four. I was mortified. I dressed and left the appointment in tears. Thanks to her cruel words and the way I was treated, my experience at the next salon was ruined. All I could think about was my size and that I looked big in every dress and ended that appointment in the bathroom crying. This was my first time trying on dresses after 10 years with my fiance and it was completely ruined by one careless and cruel shop.

shy. They asked me to look around and pick any dress that called my attention so they would have an idea of what I liked and based on my picks they got a couple of more for me to try. This was only my second store, I had only tried 3 dresses by the time I walked into Coral Gables Bridal and here I tried about 6-7 more but by the 3rd I knew I had found the one. Honestly I had not even looked at the prices but their dresses are very reasonably priced. They placed me back on my favorite dress and put a veil on my head and the rest is fairy tales. However, the attention did not end there, they kept me updated on when my dress was arriving and called me to make all appointments for alteration. Every time I walked in for alteration (3x plus going to pick it up) I was treated like family. Elsa was my seamstress and could not have done a better job, my dresses fit so well it looked custom made. Thank you Maxine, Mabel and Elsa you made my dreams come true with the most beautiful dress a girl can dream of. Lianne & Kevin

We I nstantly wanted to leave and after trying on two dresses I felt so uncomfortable we left.

Even though they warned me my dress Was it ... true enough... tried it on and it was beautiful, fit perfect, and was just like I remembered it!! There were few changes that I wanted to make to the dress. So, the designer of the dress was called and was inform of the changes. The order was place. Once the dress arrives I was called and I scheduled for my first fitting. Going forward, I had Mabel and Cary who were so sweet, funny, caring, friendly, patient and extremely careful to details. I had three fitting per contract, but end up with a fourth. All the staff was professional and friendly but Maxine, Mabel and Cary was very warm, caring, friendly, so sweet and extremely patient. They made sure I had my dress fitting me like a glove! THANK YOU, to these ladies who made my dress looking like a custom made and breathtaking!

I worked with Diana, and she understood my frustration and very quickly found a dress that I loved. I did my dress shopping alone (after failed attempts with friends) and the staff was incredibly friendly. When I later brought my Mom and one of my best friends to the shop, they loved it too. Everyone who saw my dress agreed that it was so unique and so me. Not only do they have a great selection, but their service is excellent. I had my alterations done there, and their seamstress was very skilled - my dress fit me like a glove! Everyone who saw me in my dress assumed it was custom made specifically for me by a designer. I saw the exact dress that I had always envisioned on the mannequin, they took it off for me to try on, and it ended up being the dress that I bought. They ordered it from Spain, it arrived very early, and I had 3 fittings before the final one. Each fitting was a pleasant experience as well. They were open to all of my ideas for certain adjustments to the dress, as well as giving their own, and it came out to perfection. Needless to say, the customer service was excellent- just like the shop owner, Dulcita. This sweet and humble woman who owns my favorite bridal shop in all of Miami deserves the utmost recognition for her success in making brides feel special and beautiful not only on their wedding day, but during the entire process of wedding dress shopping. My mother and I, as well as my bridesmaids, always had good times at Coral Gables Bridals, creating unforgettable memories in my year of engagement. I would definitely recommend this shop for any bride looking not only for a beautiful dress, but a beautiful experience.

They have a large variety of designers and styles to choose from. I researched before calling and making an appointment. They won the Knot 2014-2015-2016-2017! m all the information they asked for and asked if they had a specific Pronovias dress I was looking for. They gave me a nasty attitude and said no they did not have it and just because they carry the brand doesn't mean they have every single dress- ok that's fine. The attitude was completely unnecessary. I was paired with a bridal stylist who could have been my great grandmother. Every time I asked for a different dress she looked annoyed. They put the bridal gowns in plastic bags and literally drag them across the store. I left without finding anything I liked. They didn't even offer me or my bridal party a glass of water. Everyone in this store looks MISERABLE. A few weeks later this lady calls me and asks if I am coming back to purchase the dress I tried on and i said no thank you, as I was about to say I had found a dress somewhere else, she had already hung up on me. Classy. As you can see, customer service is not a very high priority here, but wait there is more. I vowed never to walk into this place again, but a friend of mine is getting married and they had a dress she wanted to try on. So unfortunately I was there again yesterday, January 2017. Everyone has the same terrible attitude, as if they are doing you a favor by offering wedding gowns. My friend comes out and I went to take a picture of her in the dress, in case she liked it and wanted to remember what it looked like on. They immediately stopped me and said no pictures. I explained the reasoning of the pictures and they were again very rude, NO PICTURES. If she wants to see the dress again we can give her the model number. GREAT she can totally remember what she looks like in a dress when someone else is wearing it. Again, they didn't offer any water, and looked annoyed we were there in the first place. When asked about a specific dress they pretended they didn't have it, even went as far as to say that the dress was outside her price range. Then suddenly after 40 min of asking for the same dress, it suddenly appeared. 4 different version of it. $500 under her price range too. What a miracle... I left with an even more sour taste in my mouth than when I had gone for my appointment. HORRIBLE bridal salon. Go ANYWHERE else. Honestly, I don't even know they have so many great reviews on here. They're terrible.
