You and I share happy tears that a year's worth of planning has finally arrived and your shining moment is here. I get goosebumps down my arms which usually makes both of us laugh allowing you to relax a bit more before you make your way to your Love. Weddings are part of my soul! If we ever had a question, Donnamarie was quick to respond and provide a solution (at all times of the day and week). Donnamarie went above and beyond whether it be through offering items for us to use from her inventory, helping to transport items to/from the wedding the day before and day of the wedding, being flexible with her time on numerous occasions, and providing alternative solutions when unforeseen circumstances or changes arose. We cannot recommend Donnamarie with Cora Marie Events enough! Our wedding journey was anything but straightforward, with not one but two hurricanes leading to changes to dates, venues, guest lists, and more. Through every twist and turn, Donnamarie was able to offer creative solutions and ensure that every detail was covered. From the very beginning, she made it clear that their priority was our happiness. She worked tirelessly to re-coordinate with vendors, update timelines, and communicate with everyone involved. Despite the stress of all the changes, Donnamarie remained organized, professional, and supportive. Its been about 2 weeks now since our amazing wedding in Siesta Key! Im still dreaming about that beautiful day. Donnamarie was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. With this being a destination wedding for us, we wanted someone who knew the area well and the best vendors to work with. If you are planning an event, and you will be center stage of the event, you need an event planner. From initial to final meeting/interaction Cora Marie Events was professional, pleasant, resourceful, and knowledgeable. My planner (Donna Marie) was always responsive and helped me explore every interest and option. Wow - we do not even know where to begin! We absolutely ADORE Donna and cannot thank her enough for everything she helped us with during the wedding planning process! We seriously thanked her probably 1000 times on our wedding day because of how amazing we felt she had been to us throughout the whole process. We should've known how incredible Donna would be right away from how organized and detailed her proposal was when we inquired about her planning services. The first day we met her over Zoom, we knew she would be a perfect fit. Planning a destination wedding can be hard, but Donna made it sooo easy! We asked her a million questions and a million times she would answer quick and would give us good recommendations on what to do! The timeline that Donna built for our wedding day was also incredibly detailed which ensured every vendor was on the same page. As if she wasn't amazing enough during the planning process, Donna and her assistant, Caeli, knocked it out of the park on our wedding day! They ensured our vision came to life and everything they set up looked absolutely incredible! Not to mention how smoothly they handled any problems during our wedding day. One of our vendors tried charging us a lot more money and Donna helped us handle the situation quickly and effectively! In addition, my dress bustle fell off within a few minutes of dancing and Donna quickly called me over and safety pinned my dress up. That probably was not even a part of her job description, so that should tell you how caring and attentive Donna is! If something else went wrong during our wedding day, we had no idea! We were impressed at how present Donna and Caeli were throughout the whole wedding and they did phenomenal at keeping everything running smoothly. One last thing that impressed us about Donna and Caeli was how they maintained such a calm presence during the planning and the actual wedding day! CoraMarie Events was, hands down, the best vendor we hired - we would chose Donna and her team again in a heart beat!

When I first met with vendors I was struggling to find the perfect fit, until I met with DonnaMarie. When we initially started talking it felt like she knew exactly what I was looking for and her personality just fits right in. Her spunky and charismatic personality made me feel like choosing her would be a great fit. DonnaMarie and her team were worth every penny we paid and then some. We opted to do month of services and boy was it well worth it, the month of relaxation is exactly as she put it. Once I told her what all we expected and our ideas for the perfect day she took the reins and handled everything with ease. She is very organized and keeps you updated with what to expect, what to do, and anything in between. I absolutely loved that she kept me on top of the things that I needed to get done. When it came down to the final stretch for our wedding, she helped keep me calm and took over communication with the vendors. I loved that I didn’t have to do much towards the end, her and her team had made sure everyone knew what to do, where to set up, and where to be on time. During the day of, she made sure to have texts set up throughout the day to remind everyone of certain tasks to be done. Our day was perfect and she definitely made sure our vision for the wedding set up came to life and made our day or and work leading to such a breeze! I’ve had other friends who have cut their budget on coordinators for their weddings and they got exactly what they paid for…. 100% recommend to spend the money for DonnaMarie and her team as she will make sure your wedding dreams come true and stay sane in the process.

I would recommend CoraMarie Events over and over and over again! DonnaMarie was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning journey. She's very kind, caring, very responsive and has such a calming aura about her. Anytime I had a wedding question, which I had a lot, she always gave me options to help me decide. She was always on top of our wedding planning tasks each month to keep me on track. Where she really shines is the month of and day of wedding. The timeline/itinerary she creates was beyond helpful. I had the hurdle of finding a venue with a date my husband and I were okay with. Along the journey, I researched and met with several wedding planners. Once I was able to secure a venue and wedding date, I recapped the wedding planners I met with and met with Donnamarie again in hopes she was available for my wedding date. And she was! I chose CoraMarie events because of the connection I had over the phone with the owner, Donnamarie. She is focused, calm, thorough, light-hearted, and sincere. Another important factor for me was that her team focuses only on ONE wedding a weekend. I knew I would feel more supported this way. My planning service with CoraMarie events was worth the investment and thankful to have had a wedding planner for 6 months to prepare for our special day. Working with Donnamarie in preparation was well organized. As the date got closer, I would have weekly meetings to review my checklist to keep me ahead of things so I could relax the few days before the wedding. She was thorough in helping me think about logistical things I wouldn’t know as a 1st-time bride and helped me understand my vision. I valued my weekly sessions with Donnamarie and she became my wedding bestie! This showed me she was invested in ensuring my wedding planning and wedding day were a memorable and enjoyable experience. Where do I even begin! CoraMarie Events came to the complete rescue for my wedding day! I had basically planned the entirety of our wedding but the days were numbered and the to-do list just kept growing! I was referred by both a good friend and photographer (Jillian Margaret Photography) to reach out to CoraMarie Events to see if they would be available to take on the task of CHAOS COORDINATOR! Donnamarie (Owner) responded to my plea within 5 minutes, she was available for our date and she made the last two months of planning a dream! The wedding day wouldn't have been the same without this wonderful coordinator! CoraMarie Events blew my expectations out of the water! I would highly recommend CoraMarie Events! Donnamarie was great throughout our entire process. Our original date was canceled due to COVID-19, and they quickly and efficiently worked with all of our vendors to solidify a new date. I was amazed at how well and quickly they learned our decision-making styles. We absolutely loved working with Donnamarie and her CoraMarie events team for our Siesta Key beach wedding in October 2021! Their full planning service was worth every penny, especially as I live in Chicago and was nervous about planning a destination wedding. We interviewed several planners in January 2021 and Donnamarie stood out right away as being very calm, comforting and confident. She really listened to us and what we wanted for our vibe and vision. She knew all the local Tampa/Sarasota vendors and the venue particulars. I was particularly impressed with how responsive she was throughout the entire year, answering all of my emails and texts extremely quickly! No detail was too small or unimportant. I think we can sum up our experience with Dona with one story. We were engaged in 2018 and met Donna shortly after at a wedding expo. Her positivity, creativity, and all around infectious light made us feel so comfortable trusting and working with her on the most important day of our lives. We planned to be married in May of 2020. However, due to COVID, we had to push our wedding back to February 2021. 10 days before our wedding our photographer, who has been working with us since 2018, felt uncomfortable with COVID, and we felt it was best to go into a different direction We totally understood and just wanted to make sure that everything was handled in the proper way. Donna and our photographer were nothing but professional, and within a day, the contract was changed and our money was sent back to us. By the next morning donna already had 3 new photographers set up for us to interview that night, and we actually ended up picking the new one that night. The day of the wedding no one could even tell there was a change. That who Donna is. She is a BOSS. She is SUPER organized and is thinking 2 steps ahead of everything. Her ability to adapt and adjust in these crazy times are incredible. The day of the wedding, she was like Tom Brady throwing touchdown passes and controlling the offense. IF there was an issues, we had no idea about it, because donna would address the issue, and solve the problem before we even had a chance to realize it. If you’re looking for a wedding planner/coordinator go no further! When we had to change our plans due to covid we knew knew it was time to bring in a wedding coordinator. Our ceremony would stay on the beach, but our reception was no longer at a venue and now in my mother’s backyard. There was no way we could put the stress of the day on her. When looking for a planner I had to make sure that they would gel with not just me but my mom as well, and after speaking with several people I knew Donna would be a great fit. I didn’t want my mom to stress the day of and worry about her home being ready, and thanks to Donna and her team my mom was able to have an enjoyable day/evening. Donna did an amazing job coordinating EVERYTHING with our vendors and the timeline was perfect. Multiple locations, no problem. She managed it with ease. I had zero stress on my wedding day and any stress I had leading up to the wedding Donna was there with a listening ear. I highly recommend Donna and her team, I know you won’t be disappointed :)

Donnamarie was such a pleasure to work with. She kept us organized, on track, and I really appreciated how she kept us on budget. She listened to our ideas and helped find multiple options/vendors that made them all a reality. She was so easy to talk to and was always understanding and so helpful. The day of the event she took care of everything, including working with our of our guests and vendors on COVID safety measures, which allowed me and my wife to enjoy our wedding day. I highly recommend Donnamarie, she is wonderful.

All I can say is “WOW”! Donna & her staff delivered us a perfect day. Things got very stressful with family and deadlines, but having Donna there made me able to enjoy my day with no worries that things were not going to be perfect. Both of us agree that purchasing her services was our best first decision we made during the planning process.

Donnamarie was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. My fiance and I live out of town and Donnamarie and her team were able to help us organize everything remotely. She worked with our crazy family and gave lots of tactful guidance to help us with the wedding planning process. Her recommended vendors were fantastic to work with - professional and kind. Though our ceremony has been postponed due to the virus, I cannot say enough to recommend Kiss of Perfection.
