From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands with Donnamarie. I originally reached out after reading review after review about CoraMarie Events, and they were all incredible. She responded almost immediately, was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt an instant connection with her. As a mom herself, she just got it and that connection only grew throughout the entire planning process. I went into wedding planning thinking I was a pretty organized person… and then I met Donnamarie. 😂 Her level of organization, attention to detail, follow through, vendor connections, and ability to think of things I never would have considered absolutely blew me away. She follows up, she asks the right questions, she pushes when something needs pushed, and most importantly, she handles things. I never had to wonder whether something was being taken care of. Was the investment worth it? 1000%. If I could go back and change one thing, I would have booked her highest-level package from the beginning. Having someone like Donnamarie in your corner is invaluable, especially when the wedding day actually arrives. She didn’t just help us plan our wedding.. she showed up for us. One moment in particular will always stick with me. Our toddler daughter was absolutely DONE with pictures that day. She wanted no part of them, and as any toddler parent knows, there is only so much you can do. When we got to the beach, Donnamarie gently encouraged us to give it one more try. She never pressured us or made the moment stressful. She simply knew when to steer us in the right direction. We tried again, and those ended up being some of the most beautiful and meaningful photos from our entire wedding. I’m so grateful she encouraged us in that moment because we will have those pictures forever. Every vendor she recommended was truly the best of the best, and everything came together flawlessly. But beyond how talented and professional she is, Donnamarie is just a genuinely sweet human being who will bend over backwards for her couples. You can tell that she truly cares about the people she works with, not just the event she’s planning. She exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you are considering hiring CoraMarie Events, do it and if your budget allows, book the bigger package. You will not regret having more of Donnamarie. We cannot recommend her enough. ❤️

We hired DonnaMarie at CoraMarie Events for partial planning for our reception at The Regent, about 140 guests. She was responsive from day one — always quick to reply, and nothing ever slipped through the cracks. She's incredibly organized, which took a huge weight off us. One of the biggest things she did for us was help us find our venue. We needed a space that allowed outside catering, and that turned out to be much harder to find on our own than we expected. DonnaMarie walked us through several options before we landed on The Regent — she knew where to look and got it sorted. Ours was a Vietnamese-American wedding, and she adapted to our cultural traditions seamlessly. Just as importantly, she understood what our parents and older relatives needed to see on the day and made sure it happened, without us having to explain or advocate for any of it. That kind of experience is genuinely hard to find, and I'd especially recommend her to other Vietnamese-American couples. On the day itself, DonnaMarie and her team handled all the coordination and went above and beyond. We got to actually enjoy our wedding, which is all you can really ask for.
