Jordan went above and beyond for our wedding! My partner and I don't drink but we love a fancy NA cocktail, so Jordan made a custom menu for us that highlighted our favorite flavors. We offered our guests four choices: a raspberry espresso martini, Old Fashioned, blueberry caipirinha, and spritz. We also offered NA beer and wine and regular beer and wine for our drinking crowd. Everything was so delicious and our guests raved about it. Jordan and her partner are super professional and sweet. They cared about every detail and made our wedding so smooth. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!! If you're on the fence, just do it!! They will make your lives easier and provide you with amazing cocktails!!
I hosted an event last fall and used Cordial Cowboy to bartend. Jordan is a dream to work with. Leading up to the event she was eager to work with me to create a custom menu for our event. Every step of the way she was open to making sure I was 100% happy. The day of the event Jordan and Alex were there to bartend. The drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were great and the vibes were 10/10. I’ll absolutely hire again in the future and would recommend her to anyone hosting an event.

Hi! I’m Jordan, owner of Cordial Cowboy.
As a seasoned beverage professional with years of behind-the-bar experience, I founded Cordial Cowboy in 2024 after rethinking my own relationship with alcohol and noticing a gap in how non-alcoholic options were treated on menus; often lacking depth and feeling like an afterthought. Over the past two years, I’ve operated this business as an award-winning mobile pop-up bar specializing in high-end zero-proof cocktails.
My true passion is the ritual of a celebratory drink, and I don’t believe that should be dictated by whether or not there is alcohol in the glass. It is my ethos that everyone deserves a nice cocktail, and all of my offerings receive the same level of care, balance, and attention to detail.
In the wedding space, my goal is to bring this same level of dedication to a thoughtfully curated bar experience. One that feels elevated, intentional, and seamless. From classic cocktails and custom creations to refined zero-proof options, each menu is designed to enhance the celebration and reflect the couple’s vision with sophistication and care.
