edibly helpful with the weeks leading up to the event - coordinating the vendors, addressing the fine details, and keeping regular syncs with us. The day of the event, there is no way we could have pulled off such an amazing evening without her. All of our guests commented on how everything looked so elegant and flowed so nicely. e knows what she's doing, and she is great at what she does. If you need a day of coordinator, Meagan is the way to go - I promise you that you won't regret it. I interviewed several planners - for the value of what you pay and for what you get -- she really is the best. She went out of her way to create place cards for us and reserved seating signs for the ceremony -- all of which turned out perfect. She goes above and beyond. Thank you so much, Meagan!!

eeting with an agenda. That level of organization continued throughout the planning process. She fully planned our wedding and we honestly cannot imagine what a nightmare it would’ve been without her guidance. Meagan kept us on track with vendor bookings, helped us make creative decisions, and handled a major curveball with total calm and professionalism (our original venue double booked us and she managed the switch to a new venue just 6 months out). She was always accessible, so much so that we sometimes worried we were bothering her, though she never made us feel that way. Instead, she was consistently supportive, kind, and reassuring, which made such a difference during a very stressful time. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Meagan!

Through the chaos that is wedding culture, Meagan is calm and action-oriented—she is the person you need if you want a wedding that people just rave about, and a wedding planning process that is actually fun!
