Hands down best I could ever ask for. She got myself, 4 in my bridal party, my mother, and grooms mother all done within the time limit we had! This was hair and makeup! She was ab...
solutely awesome...she was able to recreate what everyone was looking for and make up was flawless! We love her and so glad she was able to be a part of my wedding.
Corie did the makeup for my fam/friends/me at my September 2016 wedding in San Francisco. She understands that perfect balance of applying enough makeup for pics, but still keeping...
it natural. As someone who doesn't wear makeup in my daily routine, I was surprised by how beautiful I felt. I didn't think twice about it, and my groom didn't do a double take when he saw me. Her vibe is also one of extreme groundedness—just what you want on that potentially stressful day. Had I not already hired a hair lady, it would have been Corie for both.
Corie was recommended to me by my wedding planner and I was not disappointed!
When looking for wedding vendors, my mantra was to find people who were upbeat, flexible, and easy ...
to work with and Corie fit those descriptors exactly!
During my hair and make up trial, Corie happily worked through several versions of both my hair and make up, regularly asking my opinion and feedback. In the end, she helped me look like a polished, glamorous version of myself -- absolutely stunning but not too made-up or over-the-top looking. The whole process was a lot of fun and made me feel confident I would look gorgeous on my wedding day.
The day of the wedding, Corie and her fabulous assistant Catie were on hand for not only my hair and make up, but my 5 bridesmaids and 2 mother-in-laws. We had a packed scheduled starting at 9am in blazing 90 degree heat, but Corie and Catie were fun and relaxed. Each of my bridesmaids looked stunning, but also totally themselves as Corie and Catie took each of their requests and styles into account. The make up amazingly stayed put all day and evening long despite the heat.
All in all, I would recommend Corie again in a heart beat -- in fact, I would use her again myself if I ever had an event that needed professional hair and make up!
I got married this past Saturday, and I literally could not have asked for a better hair/make-up/all-around day-of experience. Corie was extremely prompt and professional, and was ...
able to work with the five ladies in our group, who all had very different looks in mind for the wedding. I couldn't stop raving about Corie all evening because I got so many compliments on my hair and make-up. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for a personable, friendly, and extremely talented hair and make-up artist for your wedding or special event, you need to look no further. You will be so happy with the results and leave feeling relaxed and ready for your big day!
Corie was very easy to work with, and created what I wanted. Was willing to change the style for me. She also did my makeup--I don't wear a lot of makeup normally and she did a nic...

Let me tell you something: Corie Crowley is an amazing hair stylist, makeup artist, and ninja. She's a triple threat! I had the privilege of working with Corie last year for my we...
dding in Calistoga. I wouldn't say that I was a Bridezilla, but I certainly knew what I wanted to happen for my hair (and makeup). Not only did Corie execute my perfect do during trail runs (yes, I am guilty for having more than one), she recreated the style even better for the day of! To top it off, Corie took really good care of my ladies. Great hair. Great makeup. Corie really can do it all! And now, I've got life-long-lasting pictures that I can look at every day and think, "Man, I looked gooood."
