Everything about this venue is flawless. Carrie and John are great to work with. Anything we wanted, they’d either done before or were willing to go above and beyond to figure out how to do it. Always willing to meet with us anytime we needed to go over things. Everything about our day was perfect and I attribute it to them and their professionalism!

I am so thrilled my husband and I chose to have our wedding reception at the Corinthian! The Corinthian offered a unique, vintage charm that the other venues we visited lacked. The ballroom was beautiful with the high ceilings, the bar had the most amazing woodwork, and the fireplace room was the prettiest backdrop for cocktail hour. Carrie was wonderful at ensuring we could have a dream reception and was willing to give her expertise where needed. The food was also amazing and priced very reasonably.
The lack of reviews made me a bit nervous at first but I am so glad I didn't let the lack of content deter me from the Corinthian. It truly was the perfect setting for our reception!

What a fantastic venue! All couples will love the elegant aesthetics that this venue provides, it was the perfect setting to celebrate our special day with our friends and family. Additionally, the staff at the Corinthian are SO nice, attentive, and truly caring. Many emails were exchanged between us and them trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and they were always so helpful and kind. We could not be more happy or thankful that we decided to host our reception here. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect.

The Corinthian was an incredible location for our wedding. From the planning stages to day-of coordination, all of the staff were very kind and helpful throughout. They made sure everything was how we envisioned and ran smoothly. The building itself is gorgeous and a number of guests commented on how impressed they were with the venue. Also, the food was delicious and the all around service was excellent so our wedding day was essentially stress-free. It was simply a perfect setting and would definitiely recommend!

After researching and visiting a handful of venues, my husband and I selected the Corinthian for our wedding reception. We could not be more pleased. It exceeded my expectations in so many ways. While I grew up in the Sharon area, I currently live about 5 hours away, so I had to do a lot of the wedding planning over the phone. In my experience, the Corinthian excels in the following areas: Customer Service, Food, Decor.
Customer Service: The staff (Carrie, Gina, and Annie) were so helpful and kind the during the whole planning process. They are genuinely nice people. We had a couple unique requests (i.e. a friend's band playing in the fireplace room during appetizers) and they were more than happy to accommodate. They also let us set up for the reception decorations two days prior because they didn't have anything else booked the day before. This was SO HELPFUL. Annie and Carrie worked during our reception and made sure every went smoothly. Carrie even supplied the bar with my favorite apple ale since we didn't select it as an option on-tap. From my perspective, everything at the reception went off without a hitch, and that's largely due to the great staff and their customer service.
Food: We selected a basic appetizer of cheese, crackers, fruit, and veggies. It was great. The best part, though, was the main meal. We selected the duo plate of half chicken, half steak, grilled veggies, and mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delicious and the portions were VERY generous. We received so many compliments on the food from guests, even weeks after the wedding. Also, the price was reasonable, especially for how much food every had on their plates. I've attended other wedding receptions and events at the Corinthian and I've never had a bad meal. But I highly recommend the duo (chicken and steak) plate. In addition to being delicious, it also simplified RSVPs because everyone gets the same meal. (Guests with dietary restrictions can get separate meals though, and the staff is very accommodating with that.)
Decor: The inside of the Corinthian is so beautiful. While we did supply some of our own decorations, you really wouldn't need to bring any decorations and it would still be breathtaking. Everything (from the beautiful bar to the fireplace room to the ballroom to the bathrooms), is decorated with Victorian/antique/ classic finishes. The Corinthian is absolutely gorgeous and not your cookie cutter reception hall. We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful and unique it was. If you've never been inside, make sure you set up a time to visit. Having the bar and appetizer area (fireplace room) outside of the main ballroom also gives folks the option of moving around throughout the evening, which is great, especially for any non-dancers in the crowd. Also, having the option to use the balcony is nice if you have 200+ guests. And you really can't beat being introduced as husband and wife as you walk down the huge staircase into the ballroom.
I can't recommend the Corinthian more highly. You will be so glad you had your reception there!

The Corinthian was the perfect place for our wedding 11/21/15. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside its a gorgeous victorian previous masonic lodge. We had a very large wedding (305) and we were looking for a venue that was large enough to hold our guests but had the vintage character and the Corinthian was perfect. Carrie and Gina were wonderful to work with and made every idea we had come to life! All of our dreams came true and it couldn't have happened without the Corinthian and their staff. Two days before the wedding the linen vendor sent a fabric we ordered and it did not match. Gina was able to get the right color by Friday in time to decorate with no cost to us! We had 16 people in our bridal party and they were able to let us hang out in a business next door during cocktail hour before we were introduced and took our drink orders right there and brought us appetizers. They served our signature drinks with rock candy to guests and we had a popcorn bar in the cocktail hour room. Not to mention my guests are still raving about the delicious food we served. It was truly perfect. Please don't hesitate, The Corinthian is a unique and amazing venue! :)

The place is beautiful. Stick to what's in the contract and you'll be fine. Samantha makes promises she can't keep and the owners don't back her up on what she's told the customer. The food was excellent. There were some twinkle lights missing from the gift table and the cookie table was too spread out and looked bare. They did not provide enough fruit and things to dip into the chocolate fountain. Also, one guest arrived to the buffet late and they had already cleaned up the buffet and gave my guest a cold plate of food. We were told we would receive the leftovers that had been paid for and did not receive. Dad paid for 15 people extra to have enough food and we did not see any of that in leftovers. Also, did not receive any leftovers for the people who did not show up as promised.

The Corinthian is a beautiful building with amazing woodwork, fireplaces, balconies, and authentic bar. There is free parking in their parking garage for guests and a security guard was present to help guests to their cars. Service leading up to the day of the wedding was great - the only downside is that a server or our host was tough to find during the reception itself to answer questions or bring us a few needed items. Overall it was a fabulous venue and we received a ton of compliments on it.

The Corinthian is a hidden treasure! Although it does not look like much from the outside, the inside is absolutely gorgeous. It has such an intimate feel with the many chandeliers and dimmed lighting. The hardwood floors and giant wooden bar make The Corinthian unique. I got so many compliments throughout my reception on the venue. Anna and Samantha are very accommodating and were wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process!

The Corinthian is absolutley loved this hall. It doesnt look like much from the outside but once you see the inside you are floored. Yes it does have two levels but it is actually pretty cool! Samantha and Anna are amazing at what they do. They are extremely helpful and I fully recommend having your event at The Corinthian. Also the food was excellent!!!

The Corinthian is located downtown Sharon, PA and does not look like much from the outside. However, after walking through the front doors and going up the elevator, you are in for a pleasant surprise! It is BEAUTIFUL, and all of my guests agreed. The ballroom has hard wood floor, cathedral ceilings, and chandeliers. The staff at the Corinthian went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. The service was amazing and the food was excellent. I do not have a single complaint!
