s, we picked our linens, menu, and time schedule. Rosa made the rest happen. When we got there, everything was decorated just as we visioned, they even cleaned up and kept us on our time schedule. I shopped hotel venues and came out better here. There are so many hidden perks to this place

eel that just really enhanced the overall experience of our wedding. We appreciated having the option of holding both our ceremony and reception there. Amazing how the ballroom could be turned around so smoothly and still beautifully. The food was delicious from the appetizers and dinner entrees--yummy chicken! It has a full bar that was to my guests liking. Boy was the bar busy throughout the evening. :) Overall, I would recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for a classic/romantic/ballroom style/indoor hall for their wedding. Event coordinators Jennifer and Rosa are both very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer helped us put together wonderfully from beginning to end. Hope this helps!

oked stunning! Now here were my issues: First, I had to tell my coordinator to serve the cake. Once the cake was served the waiters just placed the plates on the tables even though most tables were empty. So needless to say most of the cake went to waste! Second: Some of our guests were told that there was no more food. We had about five people that did not show up and there was no more food? I honestly think the staff took the food home. Third: We handed our ipod to a staff member to play during cocktail hour and never got it back. The day after the wedding I informed our coordinator that our ipod was still there. She then said no one ever turned it in to her and she was not aware that we had even brought one. (Even though we told her we were bringing one and it was in our final outline.) We then go to the venue and she says that she does not have it and I can look around for it. She was very defensive about it when all I as trying to do was get some answers. She emailed me later that day and said the bartender handed it back to our groomsmen, which he said is not true. So who do we believe our friend of 10 years or a bartender? Hmmmm,,,,,I left a message for the manager the next day and never got a call back. So basically once you pay them their money they treat you like crap! If you plan to have your even here just make sure you take all your belongings with you and make sure everyone gets fed!

With the high ceilings that shelter the ceremony/reception area and large red curtain wall that backdrops the stage, reminds you of old hollywood with a hint of gothic romanatic flare. Dim lit and accented with uplights, highlights the detailed walls. This place is gorgeous! They offer packages that include all the vendors you need and the flexibility to do as you please. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your day. My husband and I had the most memorable wedding.

was great from beginning to end. It was easy to meet with her anytime and she always gave us her complete attention. As for the venue itself, the Corinthian Grand Ballroom is a beautiful place. Its 1920's decor and quirky palm trees give the place a lot of character. They recently re-did the carpets and the bar flooring before our reception, so the place looked even more amazing. We had our first dance on the balcony with a spotlight on us and got so many compliments from our guests on how romantic it looked. If you're thinking about having a live band (we did), this place has a stage and setup for them. Truly a one-of-a-kind place and all within our budget! The venue's staff and service during our reception was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. We also received many compliments from our guests about how great the service was. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the venue and how everything turned out on our wedding day. Everything was perfect!

her tardy replies with being busy with other brides since my wedding was still a few months away. This would have been fine if she simply acknowledged the receipt of my email and told me she would reply as soon as she could instead of ignoring it all together. She is not detail oriented either. I would caution everyone working with her to make sure you go through the contract and your specific needs for the wedding a few times in advance. I did this and still had day of "surprises." Rosa is great at promising more than she can deliver. She described the layout of the appetizer buffet and cocktail room and when it came to the day of and I asked her if it would look like the way we talked about, she claimed that was an extra charge! As a result of Rosa's poor communication, attention to detail, and apparent lack of caring we decided to hire a day of coordinator. We had one last meeting with Rosa before the wedding in which the coordinator attended and Rosa was visibly pissed. We assume it was due to the coordinator but cannot be totally sure. Either way, Rosa was completely unprofessional and clearly preoccupied with anger to have an effective final planning meeting. During this meeting, which I had to take initiative to schedule with her, she also told me they switched vendors for chair sashes and could no longer get my color. She just realized this during our meeting that occurred 4 days before the wedding, a meeting that would never have happened had I not asked to meet with her. She tried to work with the vendor and find the right color but to no one's surprise, she failed. The food was quite good, however, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous! I chose this venue because of the building but working with Rosa was very unpleasant. If you decide to use the Corinthian be sure to ask for Jennifer, the other event coordinator. Honestly, other than Rosa, the venue was wonderful but Rosa made it very difficult to enjoy the beauty of the Corinthian.
