The BEST Venue!!! We could not have been happier with our wedding day! From our first venue tour with Keri to our wedding day and everything in between, everything was perfect! We worked with wedding coordinator Mary - she is the absolute BEST! Mary communicated with us every step of the way, replied very quickly to every email, made sure everything was taken care of before and during not only our wedding day but set up for our rehearsal dinner and set up for the wedding. We could not have asked for anyone better to help us with our wedding day! If you are looking for the perfect wedding coordinator, Mary is it! Cork Factory is the perfect place to get married, everything was taken care of for us and not once did we stress or worry that something wouldn't get done. Could not recommend this venue more! THE BEST!

It was the most beautiful venue with every accommodation we would ever need!! Our coordinator, Scout Will, was absolutely amazing, even after having to take us on, after our old coordinator left, about 7-8 months beforehand. They were incredible and the food was absolutely phenomenal!

The Cork Factory was a dream venue for us. The ballroom is so beautiful and we had so much fun having our guests stay onsite. People are still raving about the food! Jen was an incredible coordinator—taking care of the things we hadn't even thought of and building in tiny moments where we could be together and take time to slow down and enjoy the day. If we could do it all over again we wouldn't change a single thing!

The Cork Factory was the best place for us to have our wedding. From the first meeting with Kerri to having Jen as our wedding plan everything was perfect! The binder that they provide is a great way to stay organized and ensured that nothing is missed. Jen ran the rehearsal fabulously and made the day of the wedding seamless. Everything was set up perfect by Jen and her team to make the day beautiful! I would definitely recommend having your wedding at the Cork Factory. I would also recommend renting out of the bridal and groom suites, it is the perfect place to get ready.

We are very happy with how our Warehouse wedding of 75 guests turned out. Many of our family and friends complimented us on how great the day turned out and how seamlessly it went off. We chose the venue originally because we were looking for a smaller space, which we found in the Warehouse space. The Cork Factory Hotel is a very professional wedding venue with lots of experience helping you have the perfect wedding day. We chose to have a plated meal to save time. Our Day Of Coordinator, Mandy was extremely helpful and help ease the stress of wedding planning. She was very responsive to our needs and accommodating. She had the necessary experience and attention to detail to help out day run smoothly. Thanks again, Mandy!

If you're looking for a vendor that will lower your overall stress level with wedding planning, this is it. The fact that the pricing is so transparent, and that the per person cost includes bar, dinner, cocktail hour, cake, and champagne toast was hugely helpful in cutting down on hiring extra vendors. But by far, the most amazing aspect of our planning experience was working with our wedding coordinator Mary. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help. A true professional. On the day of the wedding, she worked behind the scenes to make sure all the vendors were on the same page, and the reception went seamlessly. We did not realize how hugely helpful a built-in wedding coordinator would be; I don't know what we would have done without her. Our guests really enjoyed both the cocktail hour food and reception food, and all the staff were wonderful. The standard bar package was also more than adequate. Overall, the space is lovely, and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend.

Stress-free usually isn't a word you hear connected with a wedding, but the amenities Cork Factory Weddings offers provides just that - an experience where the couple can truly concentrate on their special day and the confidence and peace of mind everything is taken care of. We received so many compliments about the venue, level of service and food from our guests! The entire team at Cork Factory Weddings is a pleasure to work with. From booking the venue to the smallest details, their communication is knowledgeable and prompt. Our wedding coordinator, Mary, is outstanding! She genuinely cares about each couple and did an amazing job making sure our wedding was exactly what we envisioned. Every email we sent her was answered promptly and clearly. I always felt comfortable asking her questions. She pays great attention to detail and worked with all of our vendors to ensure a seamless set-up. At the end of the night, she even made sure some of our appetizers and cake were sent to our room! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We loved having our wedding for 50 people in the Warehouse! The space is beautiful and everyone commented on how nice it was to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in one place! We first met Keri who gave us a tour and explained everything about the venue. She was so responsive and professional and we were confident that we found the right venue! Next, we were assigned to our wedding coordinator Scout. We cannot say enough good things about her commitment to details! She walked us through everything and made our day worry free! The food, the drinks, the cake were all delicious! The Cork Factory is a great value!

The Cork Factory is an amazing venue and the staff was outstanding. We had our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and wedding at the Cork. It was all amazing- from the food, to the bartenders ( Steven was fantastic!), to the ambiance... Our wedding coordinator was Jen and she helped make our wedding dream come true. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls to help plan our special day. Jen was there every step of the way form planning, to creating the timeline for the wedding, and making sure we stuck to the timeline. We could not be happier with our wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel. Highly highly recommend!!!

We knew from the walk through that Cork Factory was the perfect venue for us. A month after our wedding and we are still hearing from our guests about how it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! As the Bride and Groom, there's just no better compliment--and it's all because of Cork Factory and their staff. The restaurant space on site was perfect for our rehearsal dinner. The restaurant also made room for hotel guests for Friday dinner who weren't part of the rehearsal dinner so they didn't have to go find a place. The food was SO good which got everyone super excited for the next day. Wedding day itself, in a word: flawless. Our coordinator, Mary, took every single detail of our numerous emails and made our vision come to life. She had all the vendor set up and clean up already arranged so I was able to sip champagne and soak in the day. We also hosted a breakfast in the Baker's Table which was such a hit! There was no pressure to say goodbye at the end of the wedding because we knew we could do that over eggs and bacon in the morning. They also put my wedding flowers in the breakfast room so guests could enjoy them again in the daylight! The hotel was great as well with each room unique and the staff helped cater to our guests with special mobility needs. We had the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and send off breakfast at Cork Factory. This allowed us to maximize our time with guests and keep a relaxed timeline with our wedding party--and did I mention that the food at EVERY meal was phenomenal!? I can't recommend Cork Factory enough. Your friends and family will thank you!

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Cork Factory. A hidden gem of a venue located in the heart of Lancaster City. The venue itself is stunning and allows for you to make it into your very own reflection. The Cork has everything you can ask for, all in one place! Throughout our wedding planning and big day we had the pleasure of working with coordinator Scout Will for our wedding, and we can't express enough how incredible the experience was. From the very first meeting, Scout exuded warmth, kindness, and a genuine passion for making our special day perfect. Scout was always available to answer our questions, no matter how trivial they seemed, and handled every detail with the utmost care and attention. Her ability to keep us calm and reassured through the entire planning process was remarkable. She listened to our vision and turned it into reality, adding personal touches that truly made the day uniquely ours. On the day of the wedding, Scout was an absolute rock star. She managed everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without worrying about logistics. Her organization, professionalism, and calm demeanor made our day as effortless as our love. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated, thoughtful, and sweet coordinator. My Wedding Coordinator Mandy was amazing! She was on top of everything and I barely ever had to remind her of something or ask for help! This is truly your “one stop shop “ wedding! They bake a beautiful cake, have amazing food and drinks, linens, tables etc, and a wonderful coordinator to help you through it all! I received so many compliments about the venue and staff! It truly all was a fairytale and I’m blessed to have worked with them! :)

The Cork Factory Hotel was the most amazing place to get married! The venue is beautiful, inside and out, and I could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere else! There are so many picturesque aspects of this venue to make it all the more memorable. From the very beginning of our wedding planning stages, the Cork Factory stole our hearts. Communication from the staff was amazing start to finish. Our coordinator, Mary, was so pleasant to work with and always answered our questions in a timely manner. She is so knowledgeable of the space and helped make the planning process go as smoothly as possible. It was so wonderful to get married at a venue where your hotel was right there. We also had our rehearsal dinner here too, in their Bakers Table room, and that was also amazing! Mary was there when we arrived the day before the wedding and made sure we were all set for the wedding and our rehearsal dinner (also at the Cork Factory). Her attention to detail is unmatched. The wedding day started in the beautiful getting ready rooms, finished in the ballroom and went off without a hitch! I cannot recommend Mary and the Cork Factory enough!

Our experience at the Cork Factory Hotel was everything we had dreamed of! Our coordinator, Mary, guided us seamlessly through the entire process with her extensive knowledge of the venue and wedding day process. We loved working with such an experienced venue who was able to connect us with incredible vendors all of whom knew the space and had experience working with one another. We had multiple guests telling us how incredible the space and food were on wedding day! Some of our favorite perks of the space was having all food and drink provided, day of getting ready suites for the bridal party, access to our day of coordinator throughout the planning process, and heading to Quips Pub across the street for an after party! Every staff member we interacted with throughout the process was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We are so grateful we made the decision to have our wedding day here!!! Could not recommend it more!

Cork Factory Hotel was the perfect venue for our March wedding! The cork, brick, and cozy vibes throughout the hotel are so unique and make for a welcoming, romantic ambiance. The ballroom looked absolutely incredible, especially with the addition of the drapes and twinkle lights from Baker Event Co. Our guests appreciated how convenient it was to have everything in one location, including rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Our coordinator, Jen, was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire planning process and on the day of. Everything went flawlessly and it was all due to her endless efforts and attention to detail. We also loved having the after party conveniently across the street at Quip's Pub. Everyone had a blast! I truly can't recommend Cork enough!

The Cork Factory was everything we dreamed of and more! The food was fantastic and the staff were extremely professional. Our coordinator, Mandy, was beyond helpful throughout the entire wedding process. She was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful! We had wind and rain on our wedding day, however, this did not impede one bit! We were able to sneak outside for some pictures and take pictures inside! Guests all loved their rooms and how convenient it was to get to the ballroom. Bonus points for being able to stop by Quips Pub after for a night cap! We can’t say enough wonderful things about the Cork Factory!

Our wedding day was our favorite day ever! Everything from the “getting ready rooms” to the reception was better than we ever thought possible. Everything flowed so smoothly and our coordinator Jen helped that happen each moment of the day. We couldn’t be any happier with how our wedding went and if we were ever going to marry eachother again we would do it at the cork factory! 😂

We had our wedding at the Cork Factory and we truly could not recommend it more!! Mary, our coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was so kind, attentive, reassuring, and detail oriented. She made what is normally a stressful time planning, so easy and enjoyable. During the wedding day she was on site and running the show for the full 12 hours. She made sure our day was absolutely perfect. Aside from Mary being the absolute best, I have never been to a wedding before where the bartenders and servers are so attentive. Stephen, our bartender, read our minds. He would have a drink already ready for us as we walked up to the bar. He was a saint! If you made eye contact with a server they would gratefully have the hors d’oeuvres in front of you in a matter of seconds! The food was incredible as well. Every time we speak to someone about our wedding they cannot stop raving about the seafood bar during cocktail hour and the entrees. If we could give the Cork Factory and Mary 10 stars we would not hesitant for a second. Had the night of our lives and wish we could go back!!! Thank you all so much!

We were married at the Cork Factory Feb. 2024 and it was a wonderful venue! The Cork Factory Ballroom is absolutely beautiful space and the catering/service was phenomenal. Our coordinator, Mary Reachard was huge help both leading up to the day and day of. She was incredibly organized, accommodating, and thoughtful. She even set up decorations and flowers for us on the day and helped wrangle family members at the rehearsal. Many of our guests commented on how smoothly the whole day ran and that was entirely thanks to Mary!

Our wedding at Cork Factory in February 2024 was wonderful! Cork is a beautiful venue, but what made our experience unforgettable was our talented wedding coordinator, Mary Reachard. Mary helped us plan a wedding in five months! Pretty quick now-a-days. She was extremely detailed oriented, asked difficult questions, and was very confident in her decision making throughout the process - especially the day of! I’ve been to a bunch of weddings and Mary was the most professional coordinator I’ve witnessed. Anytime we had a question about the Cork Factory or anything wedding related she found the answer. It was a pleasure working with Mary and we were very happy with the Cork as well overall! The food and staff were very enthusiastic and engaging.

Although I cannot say enough great things about the Cork Factory as a whole, I want to specifically talk about the incredible way Mary, our wedding coordinator, went out of her way to ensure our day was everything we have ever dreamed of. From the first planning meeting to the final song of the night- Mary made sure that every moment was perfect from start to finish. The care and thoughtfulness she put into our day would have made you think the wedding was her own. Our decision to have our wedding at the Cork Factory came down to the incredible accommodations available for our guests but I cannot imagine having selected another venue and not going through this process with someone as knowledgeable and kind as Mary. Our day truly would not have been as magical without her and no words I can write in this review could ever fully capture the gratitude I have for her and the entire Cork Factory team.

Mary Reachard and The Cork Factory Hotel helped make the wedding of our dreams a reality! From the moment Mary became our wedding coordinator, the stress of planning an event like this drastically diminished. Mary was there to answer every question, no matter how small or obvious, every step of the way with kindness. She listened to how we envisioned our big day would be and helped to make it happen, down to the smallest detail. Every time we had an idea, no matter how silly or nerdy it was, Mary listened to us and helped make it happen. Our opinions about how we wanted our day to be always came at the forefront. We wanted our wedding to be fun and personalized to us, so that our guests would get to see the story of our love reflected back at them. There were a ton of moving parts, too: we had custom centerpieces, signage for the bar, little place card settings, a trellis for our party favors, an After the Tone phone, photo frames and more. Mary made sure everything was in its correct spot—we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Multiple times during the night and for weeks afterward, we had guests come up to us and tell us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. That wouldn’t have happened without all of Mary’s help! We’d highly recommend The Cork Factory Hotel as a wedding venue. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful. We had a lot of guests and everyone was treated well. Not to mention, the food was delicious and the rooms and event spaces were gorgeous! It made for a beautiful night and beautiful photos. Above all, we’d recommend Mary. You won’t find a better wedding coordinator anywhere else!

The Cork Factory was the absolute perfect wedding venue for us! The ability to have everything together - the ceremony, reception, and accommodations - was exactly what we were looking for. Beyond this, the planning process was so easy and streamlined. Mary, our coordinator through the Cork Factory, was incredible with organizing every detail of planning from the day we chose the venue through the end of our reception. We completed the entirety of our planning from a few states away, so her knowledge and help was absolutely invaluable. Additionally, every vendor used (all from their recommended vendors list) knew the location so well and worked in it perfectly. We were so happy with the entire experience with the Cork Factory and couldn't have asked for a better venue! Highly recommend!!

We got engaged in November of 2021. Once the Holiday season was over, we started to look into venues. We knew we would have around 100-125 guests and we wanted a September 2023 wedding in the Tri State area. After marking out our top 10 venues, we started with the location that was furthest from our home in South Jersey. We were sure that we would see this venue and get turned off because of the distance… We walked into The Cork Factory Hotel and were blown away. It wasn’t your typical ballroom, it wasn’t an outdoor venue where you worry about the unpredictable weather, it was an EXPERIENCE! My now husband didn’t even make it past the lobby and we knew this was the one for us! Our sales POC, Keri, was nothing but professional, detail orientated and helpful. About 1 year out, we were paired with our Venue Coordinator, Jen. I can’t express my sisterly love for Jen other than, she just GOT ME. Jen was patient, understanding and took my vision of 2 years and made it a reality. She truly was the key to making our day the best day ever. If you’re looking for a destination wedding without getting on a plane (for you local Tri Staters), this is the one for you! Free parking, a gorgeous and quaint hotel, fair prices for ALL services, a vibe that is timeless, a place for rehearsal dinner, a golf simulator across the street, bridal and groom suites, a place for every photo you’ll ever need, your ceremony, your cocktail hour, your reception AND your after bar at Quips down the street… what more could you ask for?! We are now 4 months married. We have family and friends that say this was the best wedding they have ever been to. That wouldn’t be possible without the ease of parking, a fair priced hotel, an all in one wedding venue (let’s be real, nobody wants to travel to and from a hotel), a different vibe than your typical ballroom, strong drinks, TO DIE FOR food and desserts and professionalism. The Cork Factory Hotel provided me with the Wedding of my dreams. As an OCD bride, I can not recommend this venue ENOUGH!

Can not say enough good things about having our wedding here. We planned our wedding from out of state and did not see the venue until 4 days before our wedding. It was 100% everything we could hope for. Mary made planning so easy for us. All vendors raved about one another. Multiple of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. GET MARRIED AT CORK FACTORY! We had the most stunning wedding on NYE at Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA! It was truly a night for the books and it’s all thanks to Mary Reachard 🤍 she planned it effortlessly from start to finish! The whole process at Cork is seamless, you have the different options for catering, menus, vendors etc! They give it all to you in a booklet which made it so much easier to follow long as the date got closer! They offer a tasting for couples getting married at Cork so that you are able to taste the food that will be served on your big day! The day of, Mary dropped off the flowers, made sure all the vendors knew where to be and everything ran so smoothly! If you can pick your wedding coordinator, pick Mary Reachard she is an absolute blast to be with and a joy to plan with 🤍🫶🏻🥹 Mary goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and I am happy to now call her a very close friend!

We had our wedding at The Cork Factory this past December and it was the most special day. Our coordinator Mary, was responsive and accommodating with not only myself, but my fiancé and my mother who were all apart of the planning process. She gave insight into aspects of the wedding that I hadn’t even thought about and was so grateful for in hind sight. Our day was what we hoped for from start to finish! We can’t thank Mary and the staff enough for all of the work that went into making our day everything that we could have hoped for.

I just had my wedding on 12/3/23 at the Cork Factory Hotel and it was amazing! The venue is BEAUTIFUL. If you love a more rustic dark wood and red brick aesthetic like I do then this is your place. One of my good friends had a summer wedding that I attended at this venue which was beautiful and that is how I heard of the cork factory. I always wanted a wintery/Christmas vibe wedding and the venue is beautiful around Christmas time! They assign you a coordinator early on to help with planning and answer questions. I had Mary and she was incredible. I was anxious and had no idea how to plan a wedding or what I needed to do and she made everything so easy and nice. The venue takes care of food and the wedding cake which is amazing. They can do a great open bar and you choose your package based on alcohol preference and they made our signature drinks so well! The team also flips the ballroom where you have the ceremony during cocktail our to be perfectly set up for the reception. Overall I made the absolute right choice with the venue and thanks again to Mary! Besides helping with all the planning she made the actually wedding day smooth and easy which was a god send! Highly recommend cork factory as they do weddings every weekend and really know what they are doing!

Our wedding was in July of 2023. When we were looking for venues, we wanted something that was beautiful and convenient. The Cork Factory is both! The ballroom is gorgeous and there are so many beautiful areas on the property for your photos to be taken. Our coordinator Mary made the planning process so easy for us too! We loved the convenience of the amazing food, bar, cake being included in the package and the provided list of recommended vendors for anything else we needed. It was one of the best days and I am still hearing from family and friends what an amazing time that they had!

I was looking for a venue that would take care of everything for me and wouldn’t have me or my friends and family running around and setting things up and tearing things down on my wedding day. The coordinators and staff took care of everything day off and the list of preferred vendors they provided was so helpful in selecting quality florist, musicians and DJ. So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful and best food at any wedding they’ve been to ! Cost was a little high but worth every penny.

From the moment we found Cork Factory online to the day after the wedding every single detail was perfect! The food, venues, staff, accommodations.. all of it was amazing and made the whole process of planning a wedding so stress free! Jen was our coordinator and she knew all our vendors and was somehow there every time we needed a hand. If I was going to get married again tomorrow I would do everything the same way and recommend the Cork Factory to everyone I know! The costs are the same if you went somewhere less inclusive, but being able to know all our details were taken care of was worth every penny. And taking most of the decisions off our plate, since we didn't need to shop around for catering or transportation or place settings really took a load off of our mental plate while we planned the rest. The whole process was smooth, streamlined, and our guests were gushing about Cork Factory so it wasn't just the bride and groom that they treated well. The staff are all professionals and the service was impeccable. 10 out of 5 stars!

She was extremely responsive with all communication especially with being an out of state couple. The entire team went above and beyond and we could not have asked for anything better. Not just the aesthetic it added to our Til Death theme, but also the hotel, the food, the area, EVERYTHING was done exceptionally. From start to finish, Cork makes wedding planning easy including an epic tasting event for you and your family, rehearsal dinner spaces, and top of the line coordinators who make sure you are 100% covered from the moment you check in to the follow up after the wedding is over. Jen was a CHAMPION. My wedding had many intricate details, special requests, and things I wanted done a very specific way, and she executed flawlessly with a calming disposition that made me feel at ease during the craziness. We are so grateful for our CF team and if we had to do it all over again, we’d choose them every single time.

We had the absolute best day at the Cork Factory Hotel! As we all know, planning a wedding can be quite stressful. Our coordinator, Abby, made the process so easy and kept us on track with our timeline throughout the event. Our guests loved the venue (especially the food) and said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I originally only wanted our fall wedding to be outside, but I wouldn't change a thing about having our ceremony and reception at the Cork Factory. It is such a unique, rustic, and warm space - it fit our aesthetic perfectly. Not to mention having all of our guest staying conveniently down the hall from the ballroom was so easy. I highly recommend renting the bridal and billiard suites as well for getting ready in. I know our hair and makeup team was happy about it because they have the room and set up to pamper us all morning. You are absolutely making the best decision by having your wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel!

TLDR: Wouldn’t have changed a thing My husband and I were married at The Cork Factory in October and had an incredible experience with our coordinator Mary and the staff. We arrived on Friday before the wedding where Mary led our Ceremony Rehearsal before our Rehearsal Dinner which took place in The Baker’s Table. The Rehearsal was quick and informative and I felt so confident in our practice that we were done within minutes. During our Rehearsal Dinner we had the Crab Cakes & Rosemary Chicken and booked a two hour open bar. Having the dinner onsite made it so convenient for our family and friends because after checking into their hotel room, all they had to do was walk across the parking lot! The service was so great and we loved having a special place for our pre-wedding event. Saturday morning, our bridal party and family members met us in the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite. The Bridal Suite has a huge counter with a large mirror and the best selfie lighting. We fit 10 of us in the suite easily with all of our stuff and food. Looking back on our photos from the day, the suite was a perfect location for my getting ready photos as well! The Groom’s Suite had a pool table, comfy couches, and a TV. We had at least 14 people in and out of the suite while getting ready and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the morning. We were blessed with rain on our wedding day and we were able to use the awning attached to the building for our First Look and Bridal Party photos. The ceremony and reception were so well done that I can’t even think of a hiccup to write about. Mary and the team were so accommodating with our decor and non-traditional requests. The food was delicious and we had the London Broil and Tuscan Chicken. Also our guests that chose the Vegan Meatloaf were raving about its flavor. We were able to add a second bar to the terrace for Beer and Wine to help guests enjoy the evening and we think that was a great addition. For dessert, we had the incredible cake by TCF (chocolate/vanilla & raspberry/lemon layers) and the buffet of chocolate chip cookies, whoopie pies, and oatmeal cream pies. To say these were a hit would be an understatement, the trays were completely clear by the end of the night and I still have family asking if we have extra for them. At the end of the event, Mary and the staff packed all of our decor into one concise pile and we were able to load it into our car Sunday morning. TCF works so well with other vendors (specifically 3West and Petals by Style) that our dance floor was full before dinner was done and centerpieces looked so elegant. In regards to planning, I was completely impressed with the information we received from the team. We were able to attend the original tour, an open house with our family, and the Tasting Event where we got to enjoy the feeling of our wedding by sitting at the reception tables, listening to music, and trying all the food. It was the most well designed tasting experience I’ve seen. Mary had multiple Zoom calls with us to ensure all our questions were answered and that we were aware of the decisions we needed to make (est guest count, food selection, cake design etc). I know that our guests had an incredible time and I wouldn’t change a single thing from the event. If you are looking for a high quality, and efficiently run business, don’t hesitate with The Cork Factory because they will be booked up!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Cork Factory Hotel on 9/8/23. It was an incredible day. We booked the venue a year and a half in advance with Keri, who was so amazing in explaining all the details and working with us to have our wedding vision come true. Our wedding coordinator Jen was incredible. She made sure everything was perfect leading up to the day and went above and beyond the day of. From making sure we ate, to leaving us dessert in our room and just being so prompt and officiant. The team set up the venue perfectly with our decor and was extremely professional. The food was absolutely incredible, especially the mashed potatoes! We upgraded cocktail hour with a taco bar and Mac and cheese bar - so worth it! It was a hit. Our guests still rave about the unique venue and amazing food. Plus, having everyone’s hotel rooms within walking distance was soo convenient. We cannot thank Jen and the team enough for all their hard work! We’d recommend the Cork Factory to anyone looking for a unique all-inclusive venue,

The reason why I booked the Cork Factory Hotel for my wedding largely was due to all of the amenities it came with. I didn’t have to worry about a different place for food and dessert vendors. I could stay on sight in the Hotel the night before and after. Everything about the venue just felt right. When I met my Wedding Coordinator- Mary Reachard- I was so very impressed with the attention to detail and her overall calm “I got this” attitude. She made the planning process so fun! I felt beyond taken care of months before and the day of my Wedding. I had my wedding on October 13th, 2023 and the whole day just felt perfect. I stayed in the bridal suite the night before and I rented both the Wedding Suite and The Billiards Suite for the bridal party to get ready in the morning of the wedding… talk about feeling like Royalty! If you have a large bridal party I would absolutely book the get ready suites for the space alone. Be prepared for some wonderful customer service! I do not say that lightly! The week of my wedding I was in a total of 3 weddings and a MOH in one. My wedding went off so smoothly because I felt like I had a team following the timeline that Mary put forth. My friends who had their weddings at other locations did not have a team like me and they didn’t have a coordinator who communicated with them like mine and it showed. -During my one friend’s wedding her ceremony room wasn’t set up they way she had requested and she did not have anyone their to follow a timeline to make sure dances, speeches, etc. started at the right time so guests ending up waiting forever to eat. My bride friend’s stress level was way different compared to mine on my wedding day. - I attest my wonderful experience to Mary and the team at Cork Factory Hotel for listening and following through. You get what you pay for and they are worth every single penny! I also want to give a huge shout out to Erin who takes care of the save the dates and invitations… she is so creative and made the picking and choosing process fun! Great Job Cork Factory Hotel Team! I had so many high points of my experience with Cork Factory Hotel. First, when looking at different venues, Cork Factory Hotel stands out from the crowd. Kerri was a fantastic tour guide for the gorgeous venue and the photos speak for themselves. The wedding guides they provide make it really easy to run comparisons and figure out your estimated cost/budget right from the start, with clear prices per head and all taxes and fees included in those prices. We loved how beautiful the whole place was, and how everyone could stay right on-site in lovely rooms that were reasonably priced- with a free parking lot on site making that part a breeze for guests staying overnight and guests coming only for the wedding. I was assigned Jennifer Noel as my coordinator and she could not have been nicer or more helpful through the whole process. I sent emails to Jenn the whole year leading up to the wedding and I have no idea how she kept up with all the weddings happening that week and month and then mine that was far off in the distance but she maintained incredible files, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what was going on with my wedding all along. We held a meeting maybe 6 months pre-wedding where Jenn got a lot of information from us and let us know exactly what decisions were left to be made. We held our rehearsal there too and Jenn was there to make sure everyone knew what to do for that night and for the wedding and keep it all running smoothly. Jenn made what would have otherwise been a lot of stress for me to gather all of our decorations and everything so easy. She got the welcome bags and a huge box with all my decorations and I just needed to show up to the rehearsal and wedding and see everything looking incredible. The morning after, it was all in boxes ready for me to just carry it out. The wedding day itself could not have run more smoothly. Jenn had us running exactly on time and I never had to worry. We took so many pictures during cocktail hour but returned to find Jenn there waiting for us with a huge plate of our hors d'oeuvres for the two of us to get a couple of each one. She had all the answers all the way through so we could relax and enjoy as much as you can during the rush of a wedding day! Honestly could not recommend Cork Factory Hotel and Jenn more.. it is a stunning place with absolute professionals who have everything under control, treat you so kindly and like you matter, and pull off the most beautiful and fun events. Thanks again Jenn, Kerri, and the rest of Cork Factory Hotel. Hope you pick this place – you will not regret it! The food was so good and the wedding cake was beautiful We arrived to our room after the wedding and after party to find extra cake to enjoy as well as the tier boxed up for our first anniversary. They really made everything SO awesome and easy. A lot of the little things are totally covered. They're ready to help with everything. The linens are all included, I used their table numbers, and I had a really cool cork box that I used as the guestbook, having guests sign a cork and throw it in the corkbox. I bought sharpies but didn't even think about needing a bowl or something to hold the corks and the markers. Jenn had an ACTUAL CORK MATERIAL little pencil holder and bowl that we put the sharpies and corks in... seriously. So amazing.

This was the venue of my dreams and Abby made it such a seamless and easy experience to plan! She was very responsive to all of my questions and never made me feel bad for asking a ton of them. We chose to do our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks here too which was the best because it made everything super easy for our guests, most of whom stayed at the hotel. The venue being a hotel was a major plus for us too since 99% of our guests were traveling from out of town and would need accommodation. We loved that there was no penalty for unused rooms in our block. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and I have to agree. The food was also phenomenal and it was nice that it was all in-house because we didn't need to go through finding an outside caterer and figuring out all of those details. I would recommend CFH to anyone who is getting married and is looking in Lancaster, it was amazing!!

Keri and her team did a phenomenal job for our reception dinner. Keri made sure that all the details were perfect and the staff was courteous and kind the entire night. The space is immaculate and it was decorated exactly how I pictured it. The food was outstanding! Not only was it presented beautifully, but it tasted AMAZING! I cannot sing the praises of this venue enough! It made my wedding truly unforgettable and hassle free.

My now wife and I had the time of our lives last weekend! Cork Factory is clearly a space designed to celebrate love and Lancaster City has the kind of charm and history that serves as the perfect backdrop to a day of pure magic. The brick aesthetic also makes for incredible pictures. Our coordinator, Jen, was like a conductor. We never once had to worry with her supporting us, from setup and room flip, to ceremony direction and guest supervision. At one point I lost my phone and when I asked her about it, she simply opened a drawer and said "here it is," as if appearing on command. Just a small example of her wedding wizardry. Jen, if you're reading this, I just want to put it simply: you crushed it. Also, it's worth mentioning that the bride and groom suites are far superior than other suites we toured. The groomsmen suite where I got ready had a pool table that received quite a lot of use. There are a ton of 5-star reviews on here for a reason. Trust them. This place delivers.

I couldn’t have better things to say about the Cork Factory Hotel. I am SO glad me and my husband chose this venue to get married at. The big reasons we chose the cork was its a one stop shop, they have the hotel aspect so guests can opt to stay, and it’s weather proof. From the early stages of planning to the day of, the cork has been so helpful, professional, and wonderful in the wedding planning process. We had our ceremony and reception in the ballroom; and had a ton of guest stay at the hotel, which was so convenient to have everything right there. The food and service day of was amazing. Our wedding coordinator Jen was SO fun to work with; she made our day go by flawlessly. I can’t recommend the Cork enough. It goes by very quick, so enjoy every moment!

The most beautiful rustic and elegant venue in Lancaster, especially if barns are not your thing! Abby Forney was amazing to work with. She always communicated with us and responded quickly, even when she was on vacation! I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her, or a coordinator at all. She kept everyone in line and knew the timeline of the night. She even knew where and how I wanted certain decorations and made sure it happened. Cork is an all inclusive venue so they handle everything from food, alcohol, service staff, cake, set up and cleanup. They make it extremely easy for everyone to just show up and enjoy themselves. Everything went smoothly and we will cherish the memories forever! Also the bride and groom suites are amazing!

I am SO glad I had my wedding reception at the Cork Factory Hotel. The entire process was seamless from touring the venue, getting detailed information about the venue, booking a date, reminders about upcoming payments, and especially working with the staff. I am so lucky that I got to work with Abby as my day-of coordinator, she was calm, detailed, and very flexible with everything from moving tables around to making meetings work around my busy schedule. The day of, everything ran without any problems and we had the absolute best time! I highly recommend the Cork Factory and Abby!!

Cork factory hotel is THE place to get married!! From our first yes on the venue to the I do’s on our big day, our coordinator Jen, took care of everything!! It was such a flawless planning process I felt at ease for our entire engagement. Jen answered every tedious email, and ensured all of our needs were met. She truly brought every vision to life. We are still getting compliments on the stunning venue as well as the food/cake. Couldn’t recommend the cork factory and Jen enough!!

We were THRILLED with our wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel on May 28, 2023. Everyone at the Cork Factory are absolute pro's at wedding planning, and it shows. From our first tour to the sweet message our coordinator sent us the week after our wedding, every interaction exceeded expectations and every detail was thought of. Our biggest priority for our wedding was being able to enjoy the day of totally without stress or, really, anything to do beyond getting married, and being at the Cork Factory (and having the world's best coordinator, Jennifer Noel) meant that was exactly what I could do. In the lead-up to the wedding, the Cork Factory does a great job of staying in touch. Their list of recommended vendors is comprehensive - we picked almost all of our vendors from their recommended list (and they were all so wonderful to work with). Especially since we were planning from Washington, DC, knowing that my vendors came pre-screened from a venue we trusted meant a lot. The team provides a general timeline, as well, and we had so much fun at the tasting event. We really wanted an inclusive wedding venue, and the Cork Factory's package included it all. The house linens are beautiful, the chairs included are wonderful (Chivari!!), and the food!! In addition to being delicious, there was lots of food at the cocktail hours (from stations to passed apps, the Cork Factory does a wonderful job with staging it around the cocktail hour to avoid serious lines), and the dinner for almost 150 people was served extremely quickly to all. The in house cake is included, as well, and delicious! The cocktail hour space is where the bar is during the dinner, and it ended up being wonderful to still have that space for some of our guests who wanted to socialize more than dance once the dance floor opened up.  The space is stunning - they've done a wonderful job incorporating their history in a beautiful, modern hotel. I highly advise booking the wedding and the billiards suites - they are beautiful, spacious, and the perfect getting ready space. We had our rehearsal dinner and brunch on site, as well, and it was so relaxing to be able to host everything at one venue but in three different spaces. By far, the best thing that working with the Cork Factory got us was our coordinator, Jennifer Noel, who was an absolute lifesaver. She answered all of our (many!!) questions quickly and thoroughly in the lead-up to the event. She coordinated with our vendors for set up, she reserved a plate of passed appetizers from the cocktail hour for us to eat at dinner, she dealt with clean-up, she made sure our belongings were where we could easily find them the next day - from big to litte, everything was so well-handled by her. I miss working with her now that our wedding is over - which is a very high compliment considering how stressful wedding planning is! All in all, I strongly, strongly recommend the Cork Factory Hotel. People always say "something goes wrong at every wedding," but that was not true at our wedding! It was absolutely perfect, and so much of that is thanks to having it at the Cork Factory Hotel.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Cork Factory Hotel! It was hot and humid on our wedding day July 1st, so having all events indoors in a BEAUTIFUL setting was so nice for us and our guests. We had a large guest list and The Cork Factory Hotel was able to comfortably accommodate everyone. Mary made wedding planning SO enjoyable and was helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I was able to give her all of my supplies for the wedding the day before, and she coordinated the rooms and the décor PERFECTLY on the wedding day. She frequently checked on us on wedding day and made the whole day stress-free! Our guests were amazed at the food, drinks, cocktail hour, and elegance of the wedding, and also enjoyed the convenience of staying right on site. The bridal suite is a dream and got so many compliments from my hair and makeup artists, and the billiards suite was a great place for the groom/groomsmen to hangout and play pool while getting ready. All of our guests said that this was one of the best weddings that they have been to and we are hoping to have the opportunity to come back in the future!

The Cork Factory Hotel provided the absolute perfect experience for our special day! Everything about our wedding was easy and stunning! The Cork Factory Hotel provided the perfect atmosphere for our wedding in February of 2023. The entire day felt like a dream. Keri, Mary, and the rest of the Cork Factory staff were extremely kind, professional, helpful, and caring. We fell in love with the ballroom space during our tour. The fireplace and exposed brick provided such a cozy yet elegant backdrop. The Cork Factory Hotel provides so much comfort and convenience. The Cork Factory Hotel truly has it all. The entire wedding day occurred without stress about transportation. They have beautiful rooms for the bridal party to get ready. The ballroom is quickly and beautifully transformed between the ceremony and the reception. The guests can book hotel rooms and easily walk to their room after the reception. All our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have attended. Thank you Cork Factory Hotel and Staff for helping to provide our dream wedding. We are already looking forward to coming back for a stay at the hotel over our anniversary!

We cannot say enough about how great this venue is - from the beautiful space to an amazing coordinator to the best food, the Cork Factory is a 10 out of 10! We never thought we would need a "day of" coordinator but Mary made the day go so smoothly, I don't know how we would have done it without her. All of the guests have raved about the food - several people said it was the best Chicken and Short ribs they have ever had. The rehearsal dinner was also amazing at the Cork & Cap. The fact that we could have everything in one place and not have to drive all over town, and then just walk down the hall to our room, was perfect. We will tell all of our friends - you cannot go wrong with Cork Factory.

My husband and I really wanted a small intimate wedding. We also wanted a venue where guest could stay the evening and make a weekend out of our celebration. We were so happy to hear that the CF could accommodate a smaller wedding in their warehouse (55 guests). We were able to enjoy the beautiful hotel, gorgeous venue , and get ready suites but on a smaller scale. Despite being a smaller wedding party , we never felt “less” ! The coordinators (Jennifer & Keri ) were amazing and so patient with alllll of my questions! We made the best choice selecting this venue and have no regrets !

We recently got married at the Cork Factory Hotel and loved our experience! Mary was a huge help throughout the entire process. Mary and the team have a great process in place that makes it easy for the bride and groom to lock in all the details for the big day. Mary was extremely responsive in answering questions and they were very flexible with last minute changes. The Cork Factory was an absolute dream! Mary and the rest of the CFH team made the whole process seamless. We had such a blast all weekend and a large part of that was because of the CFH staff!! We had both our ceremony and reception in the ballroom and it made everything so easy. We got so many compliments from all of our guests about how great the food was, how pretty the venue was, how nice the hotel was, how nice the front desk staff was, how nice the wait staff was, how organized the weekend was, how delicious the cake was, how fast the bartenders were (I could keep going but I think you get the point)!! The Cork Factory venue and team are incredible. My now husband and I planned our dream wedding in Pennsylvania while living in Idaho. The Cork Factory has an amazing team that helped make the process seamless, helped us have personal touches, and made sure the day was beautiful. We are so blessed to have had our reception at Cork Factory. Our guests said the dinner was amazing, everyone loved the open bar and our signature cocktails, and the amenities are fantastic. We initially met with Keri to get our wedding planning process started and then we were able to work with Jen as our wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough good things. 10/10 recommend for a great experience. :D

Going with the Cork Factory was *the* best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Our day was PERFECT. We had the mantra "chill is the vibe" for our wedding, and I don't think any other venue could have facilitated that. What we loved most about having our wedding here was that everything was just taken care of. They handled the cake. They did the set up and tear down. They provide a wedding coordinator. They do the food. The hotel is right on site so nobody has to worry about driving or ubering. The ability to just not worry about anything was worth every single penny. Additionally, the space is just stunning. We got married in the ballroom, and we saved so much money but keeping decorations minimal. You can definitely go all out, but you really don't need to! The food was delicious. The drinks were fantastic. The staff are so kind and skilled. And I absolutely LOVED our coordinator, Jen. She is thoughtful, sweet, and has great attention to detail. She was able to match our vibe and take care of so much. Every time I think about our wedding, I'll remember how wonderful she was and how she really made it what it is. I can't thank her or the staff at the Cork Factory enough. If you want a wedding that is as easy as a wedding can be- if you want to really ENJOY your day instead of feeling like you're playing host to a bunch of people, you absolutely need to consider the Cork Factory.

We booked CFH after researching and touring multiple venues in search of a perfect spot to host the winter wedding of my dreams. Immediately after touring we knew CF was the perfect fit - at first visit the staff was incredible, the space gorgeous, and when we stayed after our tour to have dinner and Cork and Cap we were sent glasses of champagne (we had not booked yet).
