She handled every request with professionalism and made our vision come true, we could not have done it without her! Our guests could not get over the delicious food at cocktail hour and dinner, and the cake was a huge hit! Our goal was to make our entire weekend convenient for our guests, and hosting at Cork Factory was absolutely the best venue we could have chosen. Having all of our guests stay at the hotel with us was amazing. We could not possibly recommend the venue and Scout enough!

The venue itself is beautiful and almost everything is all inclusive. We loved our experience and had a perfect day thanks to all the staff at the Cork Factory. ont desk staff at the hotel. All of our guests noticed and mentioned this to us, and we noticed as well. The hotel rooms were clean and beautiful. We stayed in a king suite in the annex building and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate our friends who stopped by. The wedding itself was truly a dream. We worked with Scout for our entire planning process and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was so easy to work with and always answered our emails or texts right away. We didn’t have much “vision” for how we wanted the space decorated. We gave her very little decor (just candles, greenery, and some pics) and very little guidance. She took what we gave her and added her own touch to create an absolutely beautiful space for us. She was also instrumental at making sure our wedding stayed on schedule. Our ceremony ran a bit long (our fault, not the venue’s) and she got us right back on track to make sure that we were able to dance the whole night away. We cannot recommend the cork factory, especially Scout, enough. We’d give this place 100 stars if we could

She was with us through every step, answering every question and making sure our vision came to life. She truly felt like we have known her for forever and we will never be able to thank her enough! Jen, you are incredible! One thing that truly sets this venue apart is the 'wedding binder' the wonderful women at the Cork Factory provide. It was a total lifesaver and kept us organized from day one. As someone with a dairy allergy, I was a bit nervous about the menu, but the team was beyond helpful and accommodating. They even made a dairy-free version of our wedding cake that was, hands down, the best cake I have ever tasted! Our guests are still raving about the food and how stunning the venue was. If you want a gorgeous, historic location with a team that treats you like family and pays attention to every detail, look no further than the Cork Factory!

y provides you with everything you need for your wedding - A place for your guests to stay, getting ready suites, all food/beverage needs (including your cake), a coordinator you work one on one with to plan your day, and even rehearsal dinner options (we chose the Baker’s Table and highly recommend). We did not have a wedding planner, so I loved the all-inclusiveness of the Cork Factory as it was important to us to minimize the number of vendors we were working with to minimize stress. The information you receive prior to booking covers all bases and we truly appreciated the straightforward pricing with no surprise fees. Scout was our rock during the months leading to the wedding as she answered countless questions and I felt extremely comfortable putting my trust in her and the rest of the Cork Factory team to bring my visions to life on our big day. She truly delivered and I was absolutely blown away by the time I saw the ceremony, cocktail hour, and ballroom space. We have had so many friends and family tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they have been to, especially complimenting the venue space and the food. I cannot recommend the Cork Factory Hotel enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Lancaster!!

d as soon as we stepped into the ballroom, we were sold. If your looking for a breath taking venue, caterer, open bar, cake and coordinator all for one price I couldn't recommend CFH anymore. Our assigned coordinator was Erica and she was such a pleasure to work with, very detailed oriented and responsive. We (meaning I) got to the end of the planning process and had told Erica "I don't care, I am done making decisions". Erica knew me well enough and my vision she knew exactly what to do. The day of my wedding the venue was gorgeous and I would not have changed a thing. Our guests are still raving about the venue and food. I would recommend this venue over and over again!

y realized how amazing Cork Factory really is. Not only was the property beautiful, but everyone we encountered was SO kind. Keri was so helpful and her love for weddings and Cork Factory felt so genuine and exciting. After deciding on Cork Factory, we got the absolute pleasure of working with Erica as our coordinator. She quickly became a source of support, encouragement, and a sounding board for when wedding planning got a little crazy. She truly became a friend to us, and we are so grateful that we were assigned a planner that was truly made for this. She had every detail covered, every minute in the timeline handled, and still made time to check-in with us. I attribute our wonderful experience of wedding planning to Erica, and how she made us feel so confident and reassured that everything would be perfect. We also got endless compliments from guests about the beauty of the hotel, the character and charm of their hotel rooms, the kindness of the staff, and the delicious food. Get the short rib!!!! Our wedding day was a dream come true, and our experience was worth every penny. I wish we could get married again next year just to experience the process all over again!

My 91 year old grandmom was able to attend because of how amazing this place is set up! Erica was an absolute joy to work with. I cannot even put into words how much she helped me throughout this journey. Through countless emails (day and night) and delightful calming presence, she made it so much fun every step of the way. She made every situation that would be stressful, come at ease. We loved having our wedding here and cannot recommend it enough!!

ur wedding weekend as stress free as possible! The entire planning process was a breeze as they helped us every step of the way with timelines/milestones. They completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding day, and even took care of the clean-up/rounding-up all our personal decorations. The convenience of it also being a hotel was plus for our out of town guests, and the location is unbeatable with it being on the outskirts of downtown. There were multiple events taking place in the city the weekend of our wedding, consisting of road closures and increased traffic, so having the venue be outside of that was a HUGE benefit! Our guests were still close enough to walk downtown, and us being local Lancaster City residents, we were able to easily pop back home if needed. My hope is that we get to attend a wedding here just to be a guest and relive a fraction of our experience again!

She made the entire process SO easy and fun. Scout was consistently very responsive via email within 1-2days with all of our questions throughout the entire planning process. She helped guide us to make sure the day was planned just as we pictured. On the day of, Scout was fantastic with ensuring the day flowed well and everything was on track. She communicated well with all of our vendors and made sure there were no issues. Scout and the team at Cork even set up all your decor for you prior to the wedding and tear it down for you at the end of the night so that your experience is stress-free. One of our favorite things is that everything at Cork Factory is in one place - the ceremony, reception, beautiful backdrops inside and outside for pictures, hotel rooms in the venue so that you don't need to worry about transportation, and even a bar walking distance across the street for an easy after-party. 10/10 venue and 10/10 service from the team at Cork.

We received more compliments than we could count from local and out-of-state guesets who said it was the best wedding they've attended, and that's all thanks to the Cork Factory's incredible efforts. We chose the Cork Factory over other competitive Lancaster venues because their team provided an unparalleled full-service experience. Their costs are entirely transparent with no hidden fees and and a sweeping offering of services, with amazing add-ons offered. Included in our base package were appetizers, a massive antipasta display, cocktail hour service, salads, dinner, a beautiful wedding cake, champagne toast, open bar, linens, and silveraware, just to name a few. As the bride and groom we also received a complimentary room the night of the wedding. About 6 months before your wedding, you'll be invited to a tasting dinner that allows you to see the Cork's venue spaces fully decorated and gives you a chance to pull inspo for your own day. You'll try nearly the full menu of options, including appetizers, entrees, cake/frosting options and wine selections. The tasting was included in your base package, and we paid $25/pp extra to have my parents join which is an incredible steal of a price considering we received a feast. On our wedding day, the Cork Factory handled our setup and break down flawlessly. We dropped off our personal details like matchbox favors, custom napkins, bud vases, etc. and the Cork Factory staff set them up beautifully for us and completed the tear down for us at the end of the night, with everything boxed and ready for us to remove the next morning. Our coordinator Erica even delivered our wedding gifts and cards directly to our room at the end of the night so we didn't have to worry about a thing being misplaced. We also opted to rent the bridal and groom getting ready suites, which were perfect for our wedding party to get ready the morning of. Most of the competing venues don't offer getting ready suites or only offer one for the bridal party, so it was extremely convenient and stress-free to have this option available on the Cork Factory Hotel property. Finally, our day was only made possible through the consistent, thoughtful, and above-and-beyond efforts of our day-of Coordiantor, Erica Mannino. We were connected with Erica about six months before the wedding, and her consistent communication and attention to detail made wedding planning a breeze. Erica was extremely timley with her responses and answered every question we had, all while keeping the wedding detail planning on track. Erica brought a lightness and ease to a process that can often feel overwhelming, and her organization and attention to detail ensured nothing went overlooked. We are so grateful to the Cork Factory for hosting our most important day, while also making every detail feel unique to us. It's a day we'll be reliving for years to come.

She was always ready with all of my random last-minute questions and requests and made sure my husband and I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING the day of. She handled all of the communication between the vendors and the venue and thought of things that never even occurred to me - for one example, she had our décor vendor raise up our hanging lights because she knew my husband and I are tall and needed the extra room 😂 I am a high-anxiety individual at baseline and I even surprised myself at how calm and joyful I was able to remain on my wedding day because I was just confident it would all come together with Scout and the rest of the Cork Factory Hotel. We also ended up having our rehearsal dinner there the evening beforehand which was as delicious as our reception meal and overall such a good time. The bar was well-stocked and our signature cocktails were delicious. The staff made the “flip” in the ballroom from the ceremony to the reception so seamlessly and it turned out so stunning. The billiards suite and the bridal suite were awesome add-ons for the getting-ready process and lent themselves to some great pictures as well.  My husband and I had a tall order for our wedding; we are two introverts from very extroverted families who love to party, mine American and his Liberian. The hotel and the staff managed to help create a perfect day not just for me and him, but for our families as well. We had about 100 people in attendance and it probably seemed like closer to 200 with how much fun everyone was having 😂 I could go on and on, but go ahead and book with this venue, you won’t regret it!

Our food, drinks, cake, parking, and even a room for the night was included and they also have the most gorgeous rooms to get ready in for an added cost. They also coordinate linens and other decor, which is great for those of us who have no idea what we are doing! The food and drinks were incredible. Guests are still raving about both the hors d’oeuvres and buffet, and we loved that we were able to add a personal touch with three signature cocktails named after our cats. Additionally, the Cork Factory is extremely accommodating for guests with dietary restrictions. They were able to create multiple meals to ensure that our guests with allergies were safe to enjoy the food on our big night at no additional cost. However, for us what really stood out was the dedication of the Cork Factory team. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, and we never once had to worry about logistics. The team at Cork Factory- from the reception desk staff to our bartenders and servers were so friendly and fun to work with as well as highly capable. A huge part of our wonderful experience was thanks to our coordinator, Scout Will. From our very first meeting, she made us feel supported and understood. She asked the right questions, offered creative suggestions, and guided us through every step of planning with warmth and professionalism. On the wedding day itself, she handled every detail and still managed to make sure we got a moment to eat, breathe, and enjoy it all. We were so well taken care of that we didn’t have to troubleshoot a single thing- literally everything was taken care of for us. Scout’s kindness (and fellow love of cats!) made working with her even more special. We are beyond thrilled with our experience at the Cork Factory Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Between the beautiful venue, delicious food, and incredible staff, you’ll be in the best possible hands. They helped us create a wedding day we will remember forever.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop to our special day. We still get compliments from guests about how stunning everything was. We had our ceremony in the ballroom and got to enjoy the parlor and terrace areas for cocktail hour while the staff transformed the ballroom into our reception layout. This was such a smooth process, and we loved that we could all stay in one location together for the entire event. One of the biggest highlights was being paired with our incredible wedding coordinator, Jen. She was truly fabulous—organized, thoughtful, and on top of every single detail. Thanks to her, our wedding day was completely stress-free, and we were able to just enjoy every moment. The week leading up to the wedding people kept asking me if I was stressed, and I was able to honestly tell them no because I knew Jen had every detail covered. After our wedding weekend our parents could also not stop singing her praises for how perfectly she helped orchestrate everything for us. My husband and I are truly so grateful for the privilege of having her by our sides on our big day and know that our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without all of her help. We chose several of our other vendors from Cork Factory's preferred list and were so happy with those decisions. Our florist, photographers, and DJ team all worked seamlessly with Jen and her team behind the scenes. Everything came together perfectly, and we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. This really allowed us to be present on the wedding day and focus on the important parts rather than orchestrating details or worrying about set-up or tear-down tasks.
