Honestly, my husband and I are so happy we went with Corona Heritage. Not only were we able to help the park but we also got the charm of a historical venue. We mostly had our vend...
ors come in, but Terri recommended an event planner by the name of Maria, and oh my gosh... We are so happy that we went with her. She set-up and helped tear down our venue along with her amazing team, and she knew the venue like it was her own home. Terri was also great with helping us view the venue multiple times throughout the year and she was so flexible when it came to those dates. We didn't have to worry about any other weddings happening at the venue either because it was just our wedding that weekend. If you want an intimate and beautiful space that is surrounded by Corona's history, please go with this venue for your wedding.
This is a tough review for me since I gave all of my wedding vendors 5-star reviews except for Corona Heritage Park & Museum, my wedding venue and caterer. I decided to give them 3...
stars b/c they've fulfilled the basic obligations of the contract, so I got my money worth. However, the whole planning process has been so awful to work with Cindi, the venue coordinator. Her attitude was AWFUL. She was rude and mean throughout the process (except on the wedding day, so I'm thankful for that). In addition, there were several issues that happened during the wedding day (1) the catering staff drank the boba drinks that we catered from a different vendor and as a result, we didn't have enough for our guests (2) they didn't have the cake cutting set as we requested in advance for cake cutting ceremony, but luckily my wedding coordinator borrowed a knife from the kitchen, so at least we had something for the cake cutting ceremony, but the pictures didn't look good b/c of this. Overall, my experience has been awful, but at least I got the min service that I paid for. If you're looking for an affordable catering company/venue, this is not necessarily a bad option, but just know that you won't have a pleasant wedding planning experience b/c of Cindi's poor attitude and mistakes that might happen on the wedding day. If you're looking for high-quality or decent-quality venue and catering service, I would NOT recommend this vendor.
After having to switch venues due to Covid, we were blessed to have stumbled upon this location. We fell in love almost instantly, as this venue was even better than our first! Our...
wedding day was perfect and the food was amazing. We married in May and the weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding. The venue coordinator, Cindi, is very helpful and willing to assist you in any way she can so that your day lives up to your expectations. The venue’s wedding packages are extremely reasonable for the quality and service you receive. To this day, we are still getting compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Corona Heritage will forever hold a special place in our hearts! If you’re looking for the perfect outdoor setting then this is the place for you!
I grew up in Corona and have known Heritage Park since the 3rd grade. That’s when our school had a field trip there to learn about local history. That was quite a while ago and I a...
lways kind of thought it would be a great place to get married. It was, and I just did! Because of the current regulations, we could only have our wedding here and we’re planning a big reception later, but I’m so glad I was able to get ready in the brides cottage and have the ceremony in the beautiful venue. The photos alone were worth all the taking masks on and off. It was as sweet as it gets!
I feel blessed we found this special venue. The staff made everything so easy for us. Cindi supported us from day one and throughout with a heart that touched us all. The ceremony,...
the food, the amazing DJ, and the great photographer, were better than we could have hoped. Our friends told us they’d never attended a wedding that was as relaxed and enjoyable. This was more than just our wedding we’ll remember, it was truly the best day ever, so far!
Would choose less than a star if possible. Reached out to this vendor to see about hosting our wedding here after having to postpone. When I asked questions in regards to regulatio...
ns, Cindi responded and was completely rude, unprofessional, and quite terrible at customer service. When asking if masks were required/were receptions available at this time, this was the response: "You don't eat during weddings, only receptions, and you can't eat with a mask on. Any entertainment is allowed, live or canned. If you need further explanation, call me." When asking for clarification on max amount of guests, this was the response: "It's all listed in writing there on the Wedding Wire site and the links that I sent. If you want to talk, dial the phone." Obviously, if a bride or groom is asking questions there is a reason- especially with clarifying restrictions with everything going on. Some class would be much appreciated in this horrible time. Would not recommend this venue to anyone based off of their poor choice in customer service employees.
Most of us have to choose what's most important. We're grateful for Cindi's help suggesting ways to keep costs low as possible . The package we used included exactly what we wanted...
and for less than we could ever put together. Cindi was easy to work with to make our needs and style our own. It came together better than we could imagine. Corona Heritage Park is unique, beautiful and genuine. Our friends were married there last year and we agree the character is like nothing else. Our wedding photos came out so great and people always want to know the location. The food was fantastic, the minister was wonderful, the DJ played everything we asked for and the entire staff was incredibly helpful. It was the perfect evening. Thank you for everything, Amanda and Adam.
The venue is very cute and affordable. You can bring in all your own vendors (including alcohol) or you can do a package deal through them. The coordinator, Cindy was helpful up un...
til right before my wedding, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. They talk highly of their lemon groves and we planned to do our first look pictures in them, in addition to many of our group shots. Well the day of the rehearsal, there were mounds of dirt everywhere and apparently they had just did some tree trimming because there were branches everywhere! Cindy was very unhelpful when I asked her if it would be cleaned up before my wedding, stating "they do work here all the time and it should be done." Well two days later for my wedding, it was worse. Luckily I hired my own coordinator who brought a shovel and picked up all the excess branches. I can pretty much guarantee, if Cindy had been the coordinator she would have had it picked up before her brides big day, so just a just a heads up to future brides who choose to use their own vendors and coordinators. Other than that, this venue was everything we wanted. Sweet backyard feel with the ability to make it just how we wanted..
We chose Corona Heritage Park as our reception venue because of the historical buildings on the property, vintage garden feel, and ability to customize. Cindy the event coordinator...
was very helpful through the whole process and accommodating. She also owns the catering company that you can add to the venue. We were disappointed in a few things (a few food items were lacking flavor) and we had a miscommunication about what would be on the tables and amount of guests but overall it was a great value and a beautiful place. You are able to customize with your own vendors which helps bring down the cost and bring in your own alcohol. I am very happy with it and glad I chose it for my special day.
Our experience at the Corona Heritage Park was amazing. The space is simple and beautiful, and the price was reasonable. We did outside catering, but they do offer a package deal! ...
We were all very pleased.
