We wanted this location for a few reasons but the main one being the views. Our ceremony and reception were both held on the bayside lawn which has a beautiful view of downtown San...

Diego. The staff that worked our event was amazing, our service was perfect and the food was delicious. We had so many compliments on the food. It was the little things like how my husband doesn't drink alcohol so the staff brought out sparkling cider for him. Kheshini was the lead on the day of our event and she pulled together everything I asked for me.

eniently and without needing to worry about transportation, we wanted to have an outdoor element, we wanted a view, we wanted to be near the water but not on sand, and we did not want a ballroom. When we voiced our desires to our wedding planner at our first meeting, she suggested the Coronado Marriott, specifically for all the reasons listed above, and because they offered a tented reception. The venue ended up being absolutely perfect for us! With a breathtaking view of the downtown San Diego skyline, perched at the edge of the water, we felt that it highlighted our favorite city and our personality as a couple. The on-site coordinator helped us with every detail along the way, and was always professional, calming, and helpful. The day of our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and the event was executed flawlessly. The staff was courteous and attentive and everything turned out more gorgeous than I anticipated. Having the ability to decorate the lawn for the ceremony and the tent for the reception to showcase our style made it so much more fun and special for us. It was truly a dream come true!
