Coronado Weddings

Hello everyone!! We would like to share our personal thoughts on Victoria’s performance in the wedding process. Since the beginning, we’ve kept on bringing up awkward questions and odd issues, such as who walks first, what happens to the rings, and who makes the toast. We had no idea what we were doing, but we had the best wedding planner in the entire country. Victoria meticulously detailed every aspect, from the budgeting stages to the time we walked down the aisle, the reception, and the sendoff. AMAZING!!! The overall quality of the event was nothing short of excellent. Victoria's attention and love for your special event make it memorable, but more importantly, a lifelong, one-of-a-kind memory. Her empathy for the event, as if it were her own, instills calmness and confidence, allowing you to focus on the rest. We had my father, who had never gone through this kind of event either, but she carefully explained to him what to do step by step. When the wedding day arrived, she had everything under control once more, allowing us to enjoy the event to the utmost. She properly organized every event's schedule and itinerary, and her execution and fulfillment of such a strategy made our event a success. Our families are overjoyed to experience these special moments with us. Throughout the entire process, Victoria was extremely responsive to our calls, emails, and texts, and she made it abundantly clear she was there for us at any time we needed her. We cannot thank her enough for the amazing moments that will stay with us for years to come. If Coronado's weddings are in control of the planning, happily ever after can become a reality.

Where do I begin?! A wedding coordinator was not part of our budget, but after talking to our reception vendor, we quickly realized we needed help. We needed help coordinating with all the vendors leading up to and the day of, setting up decorations, and more - especially since my family was coming from out of town. We asked for a recommendation and that is when I reached out to Victoria. Once she explained the MANY things she would do for us, we decided it was the right fit and we are so glad we did! Victoria, we cannot thank you enough for helping our special day go so smoothly. I felt so calm the morning of the big day because I knew you were already there getting it all done. The few times anyone asked me a question I quickly told them, "Ask Victoria," and that felt amazing! Even when photography ran a little longer, you quickly adjusted the timeline and we still started the ceremony on time, or maybe even early. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and amazing work with our wedding.

I am so grateful to have chosen Victoria as my wedding planner! I was not looking forward to all of the research, scheduling, and emails that are required for planning a wedding. Victoria was able to assist me in all of these areas by intercepting and responding to vendor questions, coordinating schedules and meetings, providing vendor recommendations, and following up to confirm last minute details for my wedding. Throughout the entire process, Victoria was extremely responsive to my calls, emails, and texts, and she made it clear that she was available for all of my questions and concerns. On my wedding day, Victoria and her team ensured that the entire wedding party was taken care of and the day went smoothly with no issues! I am so thankful to have Victoria's help throughout the wedding planning process and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a stress-free wedding day!

For our daughter’s wedding, we initially thought we could handle the planning on our own but quickly realized that we were in over our head. We reached out to Victoria initially to help us with the last month which was a plan she offered. Due to an illness in the family, we had to get her help and expertise earlier than she was originally contracted for and she did not hesitate to help us. She found us a new caterer after our first choice fell through. She then gave us many tools to get organized and help us navigate all of the important details from the wedding gown, to the linens, to the stationary and met with us via zoom and in person multiple times. She was always available and answered many questions in a timely manner. Once her original contracted time commenced she handled everything. She was like a part of our family and made everything so much better. We couldn’t have had such a beautiful memorable wedding without her help. Always professional, poised and prepared. We would highly recommend her services for anyone wanting the perfect wedding experience.

We will FOREVER be grateful that we chose Victoria to be our wedding coordinator. Victoria had the most phenomenal attitude throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was patient, organized, informative, prompt, knowledgable, and incredibly professional with every vendor we chose. We selected her Month of/Day of Package, and she went above and beyond what her job included. She created early relationships with each vendor to ensure everyone was on the same page with access to timelines and logistics. My fiance and I felt that every problem had a solution because Victoria and her team were one step ahead of everything. I was so impressed by her throughout the planning process, she checked in with my mom and I as often as we needed. This is the first wedding of my immediate family and she answered every tiny question we could think of with the most helpful advice and the kindest reassurances. I cannot recommend Victoria and her team enough! She will be the greatest asset you will need on your wedding day, and she will perform every task with smile and a diligent attitude. We also got several compliments from other vendors who admired her organization and expressed their desire to work with her in the future. Victoria has such a talent making her clients and vendors feel taken care of and at ease, she is so knowledgeable about the industry, and we could not be more thankful for the hard ward she put in to make our wedding day perfect. We love you so much Victoria!

As a wedding photographer in Dallas, it is always SUCH a pleasure working with a planner as incredible as Victoria. She's everything you'd hope for in a planner - organized, responsive, informative - but she's also so much more. She genuinely cares for her clients in a way that is so evident to anyone who's seen her interact with her couples and their family members. She is always ready to help lace the corset, ensure the decor is perfect, and make sure her couple keeps their favorite drinks in hand. As a vendor she was incredible to work with, but I'll be recommending her to my couples because of her kind heart and desire to serve her clients to the best of her abilities. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how amazing Victoria and Coronado Weddings are. My now husband, Caleb, and I were long distance for half of our engagement and for the other half we were together but four hours from our venue. Victoria made it so easy to take a step back and relax and know that everything was going to get handled. It was also crazy at times working out communication between me, her, and Caleb when we were all in different places with different schedules and she was always so flexible and willing to do whatever was easier for me and Caleb. Victoria is just such a genuine person and she is an amazing wedding planner. She is extremely knowledgable about the industry and was able to help us find vendors that fit our vision and good deals. It felt so obvious through the entire process that she was looking out for us and making sure we would have the wedding of our dreams. I also can't even count the number of times I would shoot her an email asking some extremely dumb question because I have a tendency to overthink things, and she was always so kind and patient and happy to help. Literally every time she would respond to my emails so quickly to answer my questions and ask if I wanted to schedule a quick call with her that day so that she could answer any more questions I had and put me at ease with everything. I cannot even express completely how highly I would recommend Victoria and her team to anyone who needs a wedding planner. They are just so wonderful and kind and knowledgable and just genuinely an amazing hype-team to have by your side as well. My husband and I both agree, without a doubt, that hiring Coronado Weddings was one of if not the best wedding planning/vendor decisions we made. Zero regrets. <3

Victoria was such a blessing to our family! We truly loved every single thing she did to help us the day of our wedding! Along the journey up to the date of the wedding she was very responsive, organized and overall amazing! She understood all my needs and was so sweet through out it all. Hiring Victoria and her team was the best decision we made through our wedding process! She was so helpful connecting us to vendors and handled so many things behind the scenes for us. She did an amazing job coordinating with all the vendors on the day of and I think we would have been dealing with vendors all day if we hadn’t hired her. For example, our DJ rescheduled multiple times just an hour before the reception and I would never have known because she took care of it seamlessly! Victoria and her team were so prepared, punctual, professional, and went above and beyond for us leading up to the wedding and on the day of. Victoria and her team truly made things fall in to place just perfectly and I don’t think we could have done it without her!

Victoria helped plan and coordinate our rehearsal dinner, and she was absolutely amazing! She was super attentive in the weeks leading up to the event, checking how she could help and making sure she had contact info for all the vendors. She drove to me to pick up supplies for the dinner and did all of the set up and tear down. I was actually able to relax and enjoy my rehearsal dinner knowing that she had everything under control! I cannot recommend Victoria enough!

Coronado Weddings is amazing. They worked hard to make my daughters wedding event (shower, ceremony, etc.) everything she hope it would be all the while working with our budget. Coronado wedding was response to all of our inquiries and was amazing when working with all the vendors to relieve much of the stress associated with the multitude of plans. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive wedding planner who was willing do anything necessary to accommodate our dreams. Thank you so much!

Words cannot express how well Victoria handled this whole experience for me. I am quite scatter brained and thinking of things at a million thoughts per hour. Victoria kept me in a stress-free and worry-free mindset. Everything was extremely smooth sailing, and the best part is she is super affordable as well. She has great packages for all budgets.
