toria made it so easy to take a step back and relax and know that everything was going to get handled. It was also crazy at times working out communication between me, her, and Caleb when we were all in different places with different schedules and she was always so flexible and willing to do whatever was easier for me and Caleb. Victoria is just such a genuine person and she is an amazing wedding planner. She is extremely knowledgable about the industry and was able to help us find vendors that fit our vision and good deals. It felt so obvious through the entire process that she was looking out for us and making sure we would have the wedding of our dreams. I also can't even count the number of times I would shoot her an email asking some extremely dumb question because I have a tendency to overthink things, and she was always so kind and patient and happy to help. Literally every time she would respond to my emails so quickly to answer my questions and ask if I wanted to schedule a quick call with her that day so that she could answer any more questions I had and put me at ease with everything. I cannot even express completely how highly I would recommend Victoria and her team to anyone who needs a wedding planner. They are just so wonderful and kind and knowledgable and just genuinely an amazing hype-team to have by your side as well. My husband and I both agree, without a doubt, that hiring Coronado Weddings was one of if not the best wedding planning/vendor decisions we made. Zero regrets. <3

the day of and I think we would have been dealing with vendors all day if we hadn’t hired her. For example, our DJ rescheduled multiple times just an hour before the reception and I would never have known because she took care of it seamlessly!
