On the morning of my daughter’s wedding when talking to dispatch they said they wouldn’t be able to do the 3 returns trips back to hotels. (Jeanette never told me they wouldn’t be able to do 3 trips.) After I signed the contract saying there would be 3. So when the 2nd trip was at venue 45 minutes before party was supposed to be over. The bus driver told me this is the last bus. So I had to go stop the party, pack up all my daughters gifts and items that needed to go in the bus, hurry everyone out to the bus and fill up the cars that people did drive, we still had people that didn’t have a ride. The Matron of Honor had to stay with the left over guests and try to get people to come back and pick them up. She told me to get on the bus (one seat left). When I got in the bus, one of the guests told me he IS going to go back to Venue. The driver then said he talked to his manager and he can return. I was so mad, that the driver didn’t come tell me, and that I had to stop party before it was supposed to be over and hurry everyone out. I am Very Disappointed in this Company!! Would not recommended anyone!!

Corporate Coach was easy to work with and delivered exactly as planned. They seem very pricey, but are competitively priced with all other companies I looked into. The shuttles are very nice and clean and worked perfectly for transporting guests. The only hiccup was that the first shuttle dropped guests off at the wrong entrance. This could have been due to a miscommunication from our wedding planner, but could also have been on their end.

The charter buses showed up on time and performed the services as directed.;The bus failed to pick up one group of guests at a separate location and the driver would not follow directions to avoid traffic (so my wedding party was caught in traffic when there were several short cuts available).
