Mark and all the staff at the Corsair and Crossrip made our wedding day everything we hoped for. It was amazing to stay at the rental house with family and friends for the week prior to the wedding. Our families were also able to rent the houses next door to the house where the wedding was held for the week (They loved that). The wedding coordinator worked closely with us to ensure that everything went smoothly and on time, which it did. We couldn't recommend this venue enough. Everyone who came to our wedding has said "This was the best wedding I've ever attended!"

Mark and everyone at the Corsair was amazing to work with. Everything from the moment we booked felt so personal and it was perfect for the more laid back vibe we wanted. Mark’s responsiveness and patience with questions was incredible. I always felt at ease and it made wedding planning feel like a breeze! They went above and beyond for the week of the wedding and our day. For example, the wind was a little higher than expected that day and our placecards would not stand up. They took a white box and filled with sand to put them on and it looked amazing!! It was such a special surprise to see! Ian the bartender helped us come up with signature cocktails when we visited over the summer and he was a joy to spend time with and so creative! We can’t say enough good things. We wanted a fun place to be with our friends for the weekend that felt like vacation and that’s exactly what we got! We will be making ourselves regular visitors to the Corsair from now on that’s for sure!

We had the best day ever all thanks to Mark, Ian, Sapphire and the wonderful team at this hotel. Mark is the kindest person, he truly cares about the experience of the folks who book with him. Mark helped get us through the awful year that was 2020, and let us reschedule to this year without issue. Mark and the team went above and beyond, from helping us get a wheelchair for our Nana, and running out to get ginger beer during the wedding for a friend who mentioned wanting it. I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful these people are. And on top of that you have the most beautiful setting you could ever ask for. We loved spending the week before the wedding at the resort with our families, and then getting to share that vacation feeling with all of our guests for the weekend. I would give 100 stars if I could, book this place!

The Corsair was an unbelievable venue that was exactly what we pictured for a perfect beach wedding. The set up of the venue is that you have a 4 bedroom house that you rent out as part of the venue fee for a week where you tent the backyard of the house. The house is directly across the street from the beach. The venue only allows 1 wedding per weekend, which makes it really fun and special that the entire venue is devoted to your wedding. The set up of the venue was that we got married on the beach, which is right across the street from the reception where we tented the backyard of the house we had rented. Besides the venue location, everything was separate and not included as part the venue (i.e. tent, rental, catering). Although everything was separate from the venue, the coordinator at the hotel was amazing and so helpful and able to help ensure that every thing was just right. The communication of the folks at the Corsair Resort was amazing. A day of coordinator was provided as part of the venue fee and therefore a wedding coordinator team was not necessary with the help of everyone at the venue. The venue provided a perfect beach / close knit type of event that we were looking for. It didn't feel like a typical cookie cutter wedding, The hotel block that is provided allows guests to stay directly on the property and transportation isn't needed. The only thing that we did not realize till later in the planning process, was that the town requires that all outdoor events end by 9:30pm which was on the earlier side. I would suggest that a ceremony on the early side is planned for an outdoor Cape wedding. We were able to plan an after party at a bar less an a mile down the street, which worked out perfectly. I would 10/10 recommend the Corsair for the beautiful outdoor beach venue as well as the incredible staff that they have at the resort. The Corsair gave us our perfect beach wedding weekend.

We searched far and wide for a wedding venue where we could get married with our feet in the sand without having a "cookie cutter/check the box" wedding while still having our savings accounts afterwards. The Corsair & Cross Rip was the perfect choice for our June 2021 wedding! The property has two small beach hotels (directly on the beach) and then a handful of rental houses. They hold one wedding a weekend and depending on the size of your wedding (up to 150 guests), you rent one of the guest houses from Tuesday-Sunday and hold the ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour on the pool deck overlooking the beach, and reception in the backyard of the house you have rented. Your guests can stay in the two hotels on the property and make a weekend out of it, which is what most of our wedding guests did and loved it. While they do provide the bar services, parking attendance, bathrooms and a day-of coordinator, you do need to supply rentals (tent/tables/chairs/dancefloor), catering, DJ and photography/videography. This worked perfect for the wedding feeling we were going for. Mark and Ian own the property and were wonderful to work with in spite of many pandemic obstacles that tried to get in our way. In the end, all of the restrictions were lifted and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. We left our initial meeting with Mark knowing that this was the place for us and booked a couple days later, he loves what he does and was very accommodating to us as a very "Type A" couple. Mark has some great recommendations on vendors to use, but we were looking for less of a plated/formal wedding and went with Pizza Barbone as our caterer who worked perfectly with the venue to provide our guests salad and unlimited pizza for three hours as well as service staff who helped with anything a full-service caterer would help with. Mark was responsive via email and was always around to help during the weekend of the wedding. Ian made us some delicious signature cocktails and the bar service was easy and affordable compared to many other Cape Cod vendors. The staff at Corsair seemed as though they never slept as they were always cleaning, setting up or around to help with any odds and ends that we needed assistance with. Sapphire at the front desk was wonderful to work with when it came to ensuring that our guests got their welcome bags and that everyone was checked in smoothly - even helping some guests from our wedding party to check in early. Pauline, the day-of coordinator, worked with us the week of the wedding to help answer some of our remaining questions and to help coordinate with the vendors on the day of the wedding. This venue worked perfectly for our beach wedding and if you are looking to customize a wedding that really feels like YOU, definitely consider the Corsair & Cross Rip.

My husband and I can not say enough great things about this family owned venue! Mark and his crew are amazing and so very accommodating! We got married at the resort back in September and it couldn’t have been more perfect! They provide you with a wedding coordinator that helps you with all of the details and is there to help you the entire weekend! We couldn’t have had a better wedding if we tried!

I loved hosting my wedding at the Mate's House at the Corsair and Cross Rip. We held the ceremony on the beach, and having a planked walkway out to the sand as my aisle was amazing. The reception was on the lawn behind the Mate's House. The space was perfect for our 70 guests! All staff at the Corsair and Cross Rip were very welcoming and helpful.
My one complaint was that we didn't realize checkout time on Sunday (the day after the wedding) from the Mate's house was 10am and it was expected that we clean the house - wash the linens, dishes, vacuum, etc - this realization Sunday morning led to a hurried and stressful ending to an otherwise perfect experience.

HI Patricia,
Great to read you feed back. Thank you for the nice review. Thank you als...
o for bringing to my attentions the check out time was a bit early for you. Now that we know it doesn't work for everyone we offer a 1pm check out automatically for our wedding couples. We can make other adjustments for people upon request. Again, thank you for having your wedding with us. It was wonderful! all my best, Mark

If you're looking for an all-inclusive venue for your guests and all your events this place is it. All of my guests were able to stay in one of the two hotels on the resort grounds, my family stayed in the beach house between the two resorts (where we held the rehearsal dinner for 30 people) and my fiance and his family stayed in the house across the street where our tented reception was held for 150. We hosted a welcome bbq Friday night on the Crossrip back lawn overlooking the ocean, which was also where the ceremony was held, and the cocktail hour was held on the stone patio in front of the Corsair overlooking the ocean. It was perfect, and everyone was so comfortable knowing their room was steps away the whole weekend. Mark and Judith do a fantastic job in coordinating the wedding day and the staff of amazing. It was perfect wedding weekend.

We block off some rooms here for our wedding, and we stayed in the Ocean View Room. The location was right on the beach and the hotel had a pool and hot-tub. In our room was a large jet-tub and plenty of space. There was a balcony looking over the ocean. We had several members of our wedding stay here too and it was perfect to spend time with everyone outside of the actual wedding. The breakfast was very good and there was free coffee all day long. This place is not a luxury hotel but very comfortable, in a great location and has all of the amenities you need, such as a fridge, stove, microwave etc.
