Cortez cigars and Lorenzo added the perfect touch to our wedding! They arrived on time, as planned and set up a wonderful display of cigars while rolling some in front of our guests. People are still talking about how great the cigars were.

Stay away from this company, they will charge your guests more money at your wedding reception then play dumb when you call about it afterwards. The owner was terribly rude on the phone...not how business should be handled. They have no regard ...

Unfortunately this occurrence was a misunderstanding and if anyone has questions about it please ask us and we will explain. People attending the event had left the roller tips/gratuity as they took a cigar which sometimes occurs. There were ac...
tually approximately 15 cigars leftover that we had left on table with bags and matches for the guests. The old adage the customer is always right and simply you cannot make everyone happy; intertwined on this particular event. In our over 10 years of events and services, from areas all over the US, we have never had a complaint nor would we ever treat the client as such stated.
My apologies this had to come to a negative experience and a negative review on a reputable, respectable company even though we sought and there was received, a remedy, it was not enough to appease the client.
This was so impressive and fun for our guests! The cigar roller explained to our guests what the different cigars and everyone really enjoyed it.
