I cannot say enough good things about Cortney. Her kindness and generosity of time and consideration is extraordinary. Cortney has a wonderful sense for where to get the best candid pictures and getting the light just right. She even seems to have a remarkable ability to get the animals to cooperate with pictures. When disaster hit my wedding (the groom fell and broke his nose the day of the wedding), Cortney went above and beyond to try and develop/edit the pictures but still be honest to who we were. I truly felt like I made a friend in the process and so very grateful that Cortney was apart of our wedding celebration.

I have had the pleasure of working with Cortney a couple times now and she is AMAZING. She is very detail oriented and so so SO patient with my 1.5 year old. I cannot wait for her to capture my wedding day!

Cortney did a wonderful, professional job capturing so many moments we otherwise would've missed during our wedding and reception. There were serious moments and hysterical photo booth photos that were just hilarious. Our guests had a blast in the photo booth. She captured every detail of our wedding from the decorations to even the strawberries inside of the cake (which is currently a favorite photo in our kitchen). We had a winter wonderland theme to our wedding and she even photo shopped some cool snow effects into the pictures. She is not just a photographer she also assisted with the planning of how our ceremony/venue should be set up for the most optimal photo opportunities. Our ceremony and reception took place in the same room. When Cortney arrived the room was not set up as we discussed with the venue coordinator. I had no idea until after the wedding was all over because Cortney took charge and had them rearrange the room before I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was absolutely perfect in every way and just how we envisioned it. Planning a wedding is stressful enough you will not have to worry if you book Cortney as your photographer and you will have one less thing to stress about.

My husband and I were married in September of last year and we heard about Cortney through our venue. We reached out to her and immediately received a response to meet. As soon as we met her, we knew she was the perfect person to shoot our wedding. She is experienced, thoughtful, easy to work with and not to mention just an absolutely wonderful person. From day 1, she was going above and beyond for us. We had clearly never planned a wedding, and I think she could sense it right away because she not only helped us with just the wedding photography, but nearly all aspects of the wedding! She would check in with us throughout the planning process, work with us about ideas for decor and help us find contacts for fabrics and backdrops. She was always available. She is extremely thorough and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. She helped create an amazing flow on the wedding day, despite our families making it extremely difficult to round up for pictures. And the pictures came out amazing!! She created a beautiful wedding photo book that we have on display in our home and a jump drive of all of the photos she took at the wedding. I would recommend her for any event you need a photographer (or even a wedding planner)! I am sooooo thankful that we met her and can’t wait until we can work with her again!

From the moment I met with Cortney, it was obvious how much passion she has for the work that she does. She is incredibly friendly with a positive, energetic, motivated attitude and is very easy to work with. I was amazed at how many great ideas she had while also being open and interested in my own vision and opinions. She is a true perfectionist! Cortney went above and beyond to provide us with beautiful materials, props, and decorations for our photo-booth backdrop that we included in our special day which everyone loved and had fun with. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with her throughout the whole process. She made herself very accessible and available. Cortney is truly a professional in every sense and we are so happy with how she so beautifully captured our wedding day!
