Cosentino's Catering

ething was a bit off. The food was exceptional and we were excited to be able to taste a wide variety of things but the manager, Jill Blanco, did not seem to listen to us. She kept pushing things we had already said no to and wasnt listening to things we wanted to add to the invoice. We had two other guests there to help sample food and they eventually had to step in to try to get our questions answered and our opinions heard. It took us a few tries to get the invoice right but after that I felt that the quality of food made up for the issues with communication. About 2 weeks before the actual wedding, I reached out to Jill asking when we needed to provide final counts and she let us know that we needed to that week and pay on Friday. That was about 2 days away and so we needed to finalize the invoice and pay in full by that time. We made sure we paid on time but did not get time to completely check the invoice. That was my error because some things got changed. On the day of, we ran into so many problems with communication it made me regret my decision to pick them. First, the delivery time for the breakfast buffet got changed so instead of having it at 0800 it was listed at 0730 so our poor delivery driver sat outside for about an hour since no one was scheduled to be there early. I had to rush and pack my stuff and head over there to let him in. Then we wanted coffee and juice with our breakfast buffet and were told before that these were included but they were not so we had some people run to the store to grab these things for us. Then when it came down to cocktail hour we were told that they would make a box of the snacks we had for my husband and I but this did not happen and the one thing my husband was looking forward too was gone before he could get any. We had one gluten free meal for someone with Celiac Disease and we were told that once the person went to the buffet and asked for the meal it would be provided to them. The catering team instead went around to try to give it to someone and ended up handing it to the incorrect person and the gluten free person had to order their own food. All in all, I do not recommend Consentinos. The issues we had out weigh the quality of the food and as much as our guests enjoyed everything we served, I dont think I could recommend them to any couples.

raditional take on wedding food, and Cosentino's worked alongside my husband's meat allergy. He got to pick his own plate of food aside from our options for wedding guests. We also had a few turnovers of managers at Cosentino's, but they did an excellent job of keeping our information and choices accurate for the perfect day!
