My fiance got my engagement ring here since they have been working with his family for a long period of time. They created a beautiful band and new setting of his grandmother's engagement diamond for us. We came back to get our wedding bands here as well and they took great care of us. We couldn't be happier with our rings!

I was very disappointed with my experiences at Costello Jewelry. I brought my new engagement ring there to be resized. I spoke with Vanessa through the process. She helped me with the sizing and I had told her that my ring was engraved from my fiance and I would like to keep the engraving through the resizing. Vanessa double checked with the jeweler and then assured me they could keep it. When I went to pick it up, not only was the ring still too big, but the engraving was gone. I asked them to redo the engraving, since it had very special meaning to my fiance and me, and is something I will keep for life. I asked the engraving to be in script and it came back in block letters. When I said I was disappointed by the many mistakes but even more disappointed that no one had apologized throughout it, Vanessa's response was "We aren't apologizing because we don't view this as a mistake." I am unsure how removing a special engraving from an engagement ring and then redoing it incorrectly is not considered a mistake. It is not like it was a necklace, it was an engagement ring. I am truly stunned by the lack of customer service and I would recommend going elsewhere.

Was in to get my watch repaired and he didn’t have the right part, but when I shred I needed it for a trip, he figured out a way to fix it. Great extra effort to help me out. We have always trusted them fir their extra care.

Costello's has been our family jewelry store for over 12 years. The personal attention and customer service is remarkable, the quality of their fine jewelry is outstanding, and we have shopped at both of their locations. We have purchased diamonds, watches, and several pieces of fine gemstones through the years. I would highly recommend.

Let's face it, the engagement/wedding ring is one of the first steps in the marriage process and Costello's made the entire experience incredible. I visited the downtown Naperville location as my first stop to try on rings and immediately loved the quality and options of the jewelry. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.After looking around the store for a while, I wanted to be absolutely sure that I had found the best ring possible, so I visited a few other stores in the downtown area. It wasn't long before I realized that my first stop was really the only stop I needed to make - Costello's was by far the best pick for me. Costello's not only offers a great selection, but they worked with me to customize my ring and ensured me that everything would be perfect (and it was!). Costello's also made sure that my wedding band was the perfect fit to my engagement ring; everything was craftfully done and I couldn't be happier. I receive compliments on my ring all the time; thank you, Costellos'! Oh, and as a side note - Costellos' even sent my husband and I a holiday card in the mail this year (around Christmas/New Years). It was a small personal touch that shows a lot. I would highly recommend Costello's for a place to pick out your engagment or wedding ring - this place is wonderful!

My husband and I created a diamond ring from stones purchased at Costello's a number of years ago. I've had many compliments on this piece as well as subsequent purchases. My sons purchased their wedding rings and bands at Costello's and continue to acquire some very special pieces as do many of our friends and theirs. Costello's gives very personalized service and the quality of their pieces, attention to detail, and workmanship are amazing!

My engagement ring came from Costello's and it is absolutely perfect! It is a Tacori band and has 50 pave diamonds on the top and sides - I absolutely love it! To top it off, the people at Costello's know their stuff and are incredibly helpful. I had to get it sized, and they do it completely free (forever) because the ring came from there. I thought the sizing was going to take a week, but it was ready in the same day! I plan on going back and highly recommend.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Ralph at Costello's in Glen Ellyn and had a wonderful experience working with him. We have known Ralph for awhile as my mother has been a loyal customer for years, so when he decided it was time to pop the question there was no question as to who to go see! Ralph helped him create a custom engagement ring that is gorgeous and so fitting for me, and also was great to work with on the financial end of things. We had the same wonderful service from Ralph purchasing our wedding bands. Costello's knows the importance of purchasing engagement and wedding rings and truly provides personal and caring service to their clients. We couldn't be happier to be customers of Costello's!

My husband picked out a Simon G ring for me and the jewlers at Costellos in downtown Naperville were very patient with him and showed him everything and even ordered in diamonds for him to choose from.
