Cottage Floral of Bellaire

all just a great woman. I don't live in Bellaire anymore, I moved to Utah, so I had to do most my wedding arrangements via phone or email. Cindy was always available to answer phone calls, or respond to emails promptly which is always nice. When I first met up with her, I didn't exactly know what I wanted, but she was quick to provide options and propose ideas. For my bouquet, I was still pretty indecisive though and so I just emailed her a couple of pictures that I liked and told her to be creative from there. I was a bit worried as to what she would come up with but when I saw the bouquet, it was AMAZING!!! She had the color scheme down perfectly, and the bouquet wasn't too big or too small..it was perfect! She wrapped the stems in like this white lace with a bead hanging down which was an extra touch that I didn't ask for but it was beautiful. I also had to add on a few things to the order at the last second like flower pedals and a corsage for the flower girl and she took care of it right away. The only reason I'm giving her 4 stars instead of 5 is because she was a bit on the pricey side, not over the top, but still a bit pricey. It was truly all worth it though because the quality of flowers and arrangements I got was amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

the bouquet I wanted and what I got looked totally different. I wanted a small bouquet and was still charged the same as her large traditional bouquets. The flowers were wilting extremely an hour after picking them up. The toss bouquet was a different color than was ordered.
