The entire staff was kind and accommodating, I dealt with Collin Hill specifically and he was great to work with. I went in uneducated about diamond qualities and they did a fantastic job of showing me the differences between different grades of diamonds to help me choose the right one for my budget. They had a great selection of engagement rings and wedding bands from all of their designers and also could get any ring from the designer's collection sent in to be viewed in person. Because of the fantastic service and great quality and value of the diamond I purchased from these diamond specialists, I would highly recommend this Jewelry store to anyone. They will not disappoint you.

I bought my fiancée engagement ring at Cottage Hill. The staff was great, I worked with Collin for the majority of the process. He was super helpful. For guys not knowing what they're doing he made it easy for me. Was so happy with there service that my fiancée and I went back and bought our wedding bands and I got her a gift for the wedding at Cottage Hill. Cottage Hill Diamonds is the absolute best! I had a horrible time looking at engagement rings. I was just trying to give my boyfriend an idea of what I liked so he could surprise me. Every place jumped down my throat and tried to push me into styles I hated and sign me up for events I didn't want to attend (or they plain ignored me). CHD is a family business and it shows! Collin helped me make a "love" list, and when my boyfriend went in, they worked together and found a ring that was just my style and within our budget. There's no high pressure up-sales or constant hounding. Since then we've purchased our wedding bands, taken in older jewelry to be cleaned and appraised, and they even saved me with the perfect chain for my charm just days before my wedding! I will never shop anywhere else. The drive to Elmhurst is worth it (even from our new home in Duluth, MN)!

My husband chose Kirk Kara rings for my engagement/wedding rings. Cottage Hill is the closest jeweler that carries this line. The staff here is amazing! They make you feel like part of the family every time you visit. We will continue to use them for future jewelry needs. Mini road trips!!

At that point, I didn't actually remember entering anything. So I said thank you and hung up. When my husband and I started looking for engagement rings, I had a very specific, unique style that I wanted. Cottage Hill helped us design the absolute perfect engagement ring to the exact specifications that I wanted. It was a wonderful and special experience. We also bought the center stone with them and never once did I feel like they were over charging us. They also have great service when it comes to repairs/cleaning. My ring will be sparkling for a lifetime, and I could not be happier with the wonderful staff there!
