Had our ceremony in one upstairs loft and then moved to the other loft for dinner. The staff was AMAZING. I didn’t have a decorator or wedding planner, so we booked Cotton Row for...
something easy and elegant. The staff assigned to my event rearranged chairs for the most aesthetically pleasing layout, lit candles around the ceremony space to make the environment feel more romantic, and brought champagne to my MOH and I the moment we arrived! Honestly, I cant say enough about how well we were treated, how wonderful the food was, and how absolutely effortless the staff made our entire night. The cost was actually less than I expected, as we weren’t charged for some of the drink service we could have been charged for…total price for dinner and the upgraded drink package we had came in under 5k. It was absolutely perfect for our small ceremony!

at atmosphere. The staff was all very polite and accommodating. Dinner was served promptly and tasted amazing. Very unique and beautiful venue.
Downsides:
- Didn't receive a final budget until one week before the wedding, and when we did receive it it was wrong and had to be redone at least 5 times.
- Weren't told about a mandatory 20% gratuity until one week before the wedding
- Big staircase, no elevator, which wasn't easy for grandparents.
Overall I'd recommend this venue to anyone because it's beautiful. Just make sure you badger your coordinator for a final budget way ahead of time and don't sign anything until you get that.
