Working with Michelle and Kellan was the easiest decision we made during our season of engagement/wedding planning! These two love each other, their work, and their clients so much!! Their contagious joy overflows into every interaction you'll have with them!! I am ridiculously camera shy and Michelle made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. She took her time to get to know me and ask us questions so I wouldn't feel like the process was intrusive. Michelle and Kellan are so talented! My favorite part about working with them is their uncanny ability to read people and relationships and capture that in a photograph. Our personalities and love for each other and our family/friends shine through each picture they took of us. When the Caldwell's decide to work with you they are not just marking a spot off their calendar, they are welcoming you into their lives. Michelle hand delivers pictures and cookies. They invite you to get togethers at a local brewery. They share their love, their faith, and their passions. WOW! Michelle, Kellan, and Alyssa went above and beyond any expectations I had set for Cotton Weddings. After our initial meeting, we left feeling like we were part of their family. Michelle had taken notes during our meeting and emailed me with vendors I had not yet found. We decided to use Cotton Weddings for Engagements, Bridals, Wedding Day, as well as Wedding Day Videography. For our engagement pictures, we were constantly in communication about clothing and weather. Michelle was super flexible rescheduling as weather was stormy on our original date. When we received our engagement pictures back, each and every photo blew us away! Not only did they leave us with such great memories, but we also could see the emotions we felt were captured in them flawlessly. Cotton Wedding goes above and beyond any other photographer. They look for little ways to make each client happy and at ease throughout the time leading up to the wedding, such as check ins, Christmas ornaments with photo, delicious cookies, a box of photos, and many more! On our wedding day Cotton Weddings was nothing short of poised, professional, and PERFECT! They arrived early to guarantee they took all the shots and clips of film they needed, and then they divided to conquer every shot and more. During the wedding, Cotton Weddings did a wonderful job of staying close to capture or wedding, but not over crowding us. I truly could not have asked for a better wedding photographer! They were not only doing photography and videography, but also cheering us on, and supporting us the entire time! Cotton Weddings does a wonderful job of making the photos and video both look and feel natural. As we approach our first year of marriage I am so grateful to have hired Cotton Weddings. I know that I can truly relive every minute thanks to their wonderful photos and videos. Their passion for photography and videography is evident throughout their work. Their pictures and videography are more amazing than we could ever imagine. Their attention to detail, lighting and emotions shine through their pictures. Picking pictures for our engagement and wedding album was next to impossible because we loved so many!! Cotton Weddings did a fantastic job! I cannot speak higher of them. I love Cotton!!! Before our wedding, Alyssa and Michelle worked to make sure they covered all aspects of the day to ensure they got all the shots I wanted, and their thorough planning put me at ease. The day of, Alyssa was so easy going and friendly, it felt like she was just another guest at our wedding! Her pictures, however, were FAR better than anything I would have expected a guest to capture (and that's the whole point, right?). Literally every single one of her pictures was stunning - she got all the important moments but captured so many spontaneous and unplanned moments too! As one of the only parts of the wedding celebration that last beyond the excitement of the day (or long weekend in our case!), I am so glad we went with Cotton. They captured our day so beautifully, and the photos are just wrapped with the feeling I get when I think about our wedding. To top off our stellar experience with Cotton, Alyssa even went above and beyond to do a quick edit of a few priority pictures - my grandma missed the wedding & had surgery just a few days after the wedding, and I wanted to be sure that she was able to see a few pictures of me wearing her wedding rings (my something borrowed). Alyssa made sure my grandma got to see those few photos before she went in for surgery and passed shortly thereafter. I'll forever be grateful to Cotton for their amazing work and surpassing kindness.

I don't know if there are enough words to express how much I love this team! They shot my wedding back in 2013 and even though Michelle was a guest at my wedding (because she is my best friend) she, Kellan, and Alyssa were very professional! I absolutely love that all three share such an equal role and because of that there are soooooo many more photos of the day and night then I expected! There wasn't a bad picture in my group of photos and I loved having them there! I personally know all three of them and seen company grow and become such an amazing team! I would give them a million stars if I could! (Though I did not get a video of my wedding, another of our friends got one and it was beyond beautiful!) I would recommend Cotton Weddings to everyone! ❤️❤️❤️

Where do I begin? Michelle, Kellan and Alyssa are the best team ever! Being in the wedding industry myself I have the privilege of knowing some of the top vendors in the Houston area but when it came to choosing a photographer/videographer for my wedding day the choice was clear. This was especially important since my husband and I choose to have a destination wedding! We needed to be able to share these images & video with everyone back home and to make them feel like they were there with us celebrating. Their ability to capture the sweetest moments of the day and to show how much we love each other on camera is amazing! They make you feel so natural in front of the camera and help you relax so that you aren't focused on anything else. The fact that Michelle and Kellan are husband and wife is even better! They can relate to your wedding day and give you every pointer you can think of to make yours perfect from all of their experience! We will definitely use them for our vow renewals, babies, family photos, and any other excuse because they are THAT good!! Thank you guys!!

Five star rating for a five star company! Cotton Weddings made our day unforgettable... and we have the video to prove it! They truly exceeded our expectations and delivered the most amazing photos and video ever. My wife and I watch and rewatch our video and every time its like we relive the magic. Michelle and her husband Kellan are amazing! We hired them both as our photographer and videographer. The entire team was professional and diligent, and most importantly they made us and our wedding party feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Alyssa did our engagement session and the pictures were stunning. I dealt with Michelle mostly on the business and thru email and she's very sweet, helpful, and professional. I got my pictures super fast which was a nice surprise. This is a great small company that is dedicated to their clients. If you're booking people from a big company you're making a mistake. I would have never gotten the great service I got from a big company. Book these guys now because their schedule fills up fast.

Michelle is the sweetest! I've been married a couple of months now and wanted to show my photographer some love. She played a significant role during my wedding and made it unforgettable. She was more than a photographer, she was a person that kept me grounded during my wedding and reminded me to take every moment in. I could not imagine a more caring and sweet person to capture my wedding. Her pictures came out beautiful and it took my breath away; I literally cried. Her team is amazing! Everything you read is true -- This amazing duo is rated 5 stars only because there aren't TEN STARS available!! it was apparent at my wedding that Michelle and Kellan have done this before... from ensuring our desired shot list was met to catering to the varying personalities of the day, these two were PROFESSIONAL and POISED. Michelle and Kellan are exceptional and talented photographers and beautiful people. And to be completely honest: the pictures look more beautiful and perfect than how things looked on the day-of! I honestly believe their pictures are capturing more than just the objects in front of them -- you can feel the love and the elegance in every shot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love Michelle Able! Her work is incredible! Not only is she a trained professional with several years of experience and clients across the country (don’t let her age fool you), but she is also an incredibly sweet, warm person who makes it easy to open up in front of a camera. She loves seeing couples and families together, and I believe she has a way of making every client feel as if they are the most special client she’d ever photographed. It’s very difficult to feel comfortable and natural in posed photos, but Michelle is very relaxed and helped us loosen up. By the end of the engagement and wedding photo shoots, we were cracking jokes which allowed her to catch some gorgeous candid moments that brought life to our photos. I met Michelle while we were looking for someone to photograph our wedding. I was blown away by her gorgeous portfolio and her down to earth personality. She has always been very easy to work with, professional, friendly, and very quick to respond. She was very accommodating regarding our wedding schedule, and she has even allowed us to save my “bridal shoot” for something else in the future (e.g. “trash the dress”). She worked incredibly hard on our wedding day for a total of 11 hours! Michelle has a very keen understanding of lighting. She knows how to use the sun’s natural light to her advantage in order to get soft, glowing, and flattering photographs. Each photo looks bright, crisp, and clean while still maintaining a soft, delicate feel and never being unnaturally oversaturated or smoothed over (think orange skin and most quinceañera photos – yikes!). :) She also finds a way to make each photo tell a unique story by often using shallow depth of field, allowing the subject to stand out from the soft background. Her presentation is also gorgeous. Our engagement album was printed on thick, heavy sheets of pressed board, and the cover was a soft and thick, wrapped in cream suede. The whole album was wrapped in satin. She also gave us a copy of all of our photos on a usb drive encased in a 5x5 pressed board booklet with another photo on the cover (we’ve hung that up as a “canvas” print, too). The total wedding package we purchased was WELL WORTH it. Michelle is an experienced professional and will provide nothing less than the best. Her wedding packages come with a plethora of goodies from canvas prints, albums, and digital copies to wedding, engagement, and bridal shoots. Having seen the garbage that other area photographers offer at a discount, I would book Michelle 100 times over. Her work is beautiful, and she’s the only photographer I’ll ever book again! SIX stars!
