Cottonwood Barn & its staff were nothing less than magical. Especially Rayen! She made our wedding dreams come true. I 10/10 recommend them to be anyone’s wedding venue. They are extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us.

The venue itself was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I barely had to decorate it because it just provided the beauty. However we did have 2 different day of coordinators(who the venue provided) and the morning gal was amazing. So helpful and really took things into her own hands. However our night shift coordinator was quite the opposite. Didn’t take charge and didn’t go by our itinerary. She was barely to be found during the whole reception. I felt like I had to run my own wedding, and my sister in law ended up stepping in and took charge. It made my reception very stressful for my husband and I. We still would highly recommend this wedding venue, but we were disappointed in the lack of leadership from the night shift coordinator.

Cottonwood Barn venue is the best place to have a wedding!! So beautiful, outstanding wonderful and even such a relaxing place for the familys and guests to share that Big day with the couple! As a Bride this vendor with his staff has made my day so easy, with a profesional way organizing and helping out during the big day, and the days before the wedding, setting the tables and chairs up, having the area clean and ready for the wedding to start. Very nice staff, and so recomendable!!

From beginning to end it was just such an easy process!! Kelby was so hands on before and during our wedding! Even when we needed more chairs or tables he was there making sure everything was how it needed to be!

My husband and I couldn’t have chosen a better venue with better people. The general manager, Kelby was very responsive and so so helpful on wedding day. He made sure all of the tiny details were handled (mostly by himself) and that there was no extra unnecessary stress. The place is beautiful in person and made for stunning wedding day photos!

The new owners of the venue are amazing. They really care about the couples that have their events at the venue. The venue itself is gorgeous and a must see when looking at venues. It is further away from big towns but it was nice to have exclusive access to the venue and great locations for lodging. The property is beautiful with outdoor ceremony space, lake for fishing, and 44 acres to get your perfect picture. Although it’s a barn any style of wedding would look perfect at this location. The pricing is spot on with everything you get. They can also do any kind of event you need a venue for at a different price point than a wedding. Highly recommend checking it out!
