the time to get to know you develop a relationship with there customers. Extremely knowledgeable about there products and willing to work with you! We drive all the way from Brighton about an hour and 10 minutes just to do all of our jewelry related stuff with them! I trust them more than any jeweler by us! They arnt just out to get your money like most jewelers are, they won't tell you your settings are lose if they aren't like most jewelers do. Just real honest and helpful and friendly too!!! Cannot say enough good things about Coughlin!!!! We certainly will be customers for life!!!!
The women that work here are always extremely nice and helpful. They got ahold of the makers of my engagement ring so we could get a band that fits perfectly to it.
