The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure this was a special weekend. We especially appreciate the efforts of Elizabeth DeKoyer, the Events Coordinator at CCA. She was there every minute of both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding and reception making sure everything went smoothly and calmly handling any last minute questions or issues. She and her staff are extremely professional. The facility is beautiful and looks out over the mountains of Asheville. A wonderful setting! Food was great too.

Awesome venue, great staff, accomodating, handled changes and events easily, made it very stress free even when private musicians got stuck in airport. Food spectacular. All around a wonderful day and great place.

We got married at the Country Club of Asheville on 7/31/21 and could not have been more pleased. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, they were also incredibly accommodating to all of our needs - including the need to shift our wedding date due to COVID. Liz was so professional and amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Additionally - the food at the Country Club is incredible! We got so many compliments on it from all of our guests. The portions are huge and everyone was so pleased. I would highly recommend booking your wedding at the Country Club of Asheville!

We had the best experience planning and having our wedding at the Country Club of Asheville! Liz was truly amazing to work with and made the whole experience easy and straightforward! The Country Club of Asheville was incredible. Liz and the team made everything super easy and they were incredibly accommodating during the crazy time with Covid. Everyone loved the food and the view at sunset. We couldn't have asked for a better venue!

Very pleased with the services provided by the Country Club of Asheville for our wedding. We also held a rehearsal brunch at the venue the day before and it was lovely. The venue coordinator, Liz, was extremely professional and maintained an open line of communication with us throughout the entire process. The venue had everything on our checklist. Beautiful views, large dance floor, outdoor space for the ceremony, a beautiful covered terrace for cocktail hour, an area for the bride and the groom to both get ready, etc... The venue has both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. We planned for our ceremony to be outdoors but the weather had other plans and we had to shift to doing the ceremony inside the day of the wedding. The team at the country club pulled it off flawlessly and the wedding was perfect. We were so pleased with our experience and highly recommend using the Country Club of Asheville for your event if you want beauty, class, and elegance for your big day!

I cannot give enough stars for the Country Club of Asheville and Liz, the event coordinator. Of course, our July wedding plans were all up in the air. Our wedding venue was still available to service the reception but our rehearsal dinner site apparently went out of business. As mother of the groom, I had to scramble to find a venue that could accommodate our every need and group of 50. To my great pleasure, the CCOA was available on our date. With only about 3 weeks to plan, Liz assisted me to perfectly put together an amazing evening for our guests! The banquet menu which was offered was delightful and very extensive. The CCOA venue, which has inside and outside space, is breathtaking, overlooking a meticulously landscaped golf course and gorgeous mountain views. Our guests were actually awestruck by the ambiance. The meal which was served, including hors d'oeuvres, a buffet dinner (this was my choice) and dessert was delectable. The service provided was excellent. We presented a slideshow following our dinner and all technology needs were accommodated. I also visited the venue in the early afternoon to set up gift bags and my centerpieces. Liz was available at all times to provide for our every need. She was present at our event (unobtrusively) to make sure that all went well. The evening went off perfectly with no issues. Our bride and groom were thrilled with the evening. It was truly to our benefit that our wedding weekend landed at the CCOA. I would highly recommend this venue for any event or function. It is quite simply stunning in every sense!

My husband and I planned the wedding out of state and found the Country Club of Asheville to be the median of our price range, easy to work with, and supportive on the day of the wedding. Liz DeKoyer was very communicative and upfront about the costs. She helped tremendously on the day of and assure all the details were handled just as I asked. I would definitely recommend this venue!

Liz and the team at Country Club of Asheville were great. We had a destination wedding and they made it about as easy for me they could. Sadly it rained on your wedding day so we did not get married on the lawn but the team adjusted the room perfectly and everything was pretty much seamless.

Everything for our wedding was PERFECT! Liz, the Director of Catering & Events was the BEST person I could have left in charge on my wedding day. The venue is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and Chef Bruce’s food was DELICIOUS! I am so thankful for CCA and everything they did to give us the wedding of our dreams.

Our wedding at the Country Club of Asheville was everything we imagined and more! We knew we wanted a wedding in the mountains (currently in Greensboro), but we were not sure about venues. After meeting with Liz, we knew CC of Asheville was where we wanted to get married. The variety of things that were included in the price (e.g. tables, linens) plus getting to work with Liz made the cost much better than other venues...our initial concern. But what we got was way more than expected. The food was AMAZING. We had salmon, pasta primavera, and chicken and everyone's plates were clean. The chef worked with us to create the pasta that was meant for our vegetarian guests (no cheese, homemade red sauce), but the salads, salmon and chicken were amazing as he initially prepared them. We got SO much feedback from our family and friends about the amazing food. The other thing that guests said and we felt---wow that went perfectly. That aspect..all thanks to Liz. She coordinated with us from the get go, but the day of she absolutely killed it. The tables, decor, and vendors were all set up the way I envisioned them; we stayed on schedule the entire day (even ahead a little bit!); I never had to think about anything besides getting married and having fun because I knew everything was taken care of. The staff was everywhere, but also no where. Meaning every time I needed something they were there ready to help, but at the same time they flew completely under the radar. This was also spoke highly of from our guests....but more on Liz: After the most perfect day of our lives, we got to enjoy the amazing food that Liz wrapped up for us and put in our getaway car before we exited. Then she handed sparklers out to our guests and coordinated the transportation. The day after the staff and Liz had set all our decorations to get picked up conveniently in one area which made it very simple. Unfortunately, I forgot a few things (a lot of things..including my veil which was a shared family veil). Problem? Nope. Liz texted me and told me she would ship everything and it would be OK! I truly would recommend this gorgeous venue with the most amazing coordinator and staff to anyone and everyone that wants to get married in Asheville (or anywhere around there...!) We are so appreciative to Liz and all of the staff at CC of Asheville and have a million perfect memories to last us a lifetime.

My husband and I got married at CC of Asheville in May, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The Venue is beautiful, even though we had to switch to inside, we got so many compliments on the space. The food was delicious, the chef there did an amazing job at creating our perfect menu. But our day could not have happened without Elizabeth. She is technically the day of coordinator, but she was there through the entire process. Liz was so responsive and attentive and made sure all of my needs were met, even from out of town. She made our day run so smoothly even in the rain. We are so grateful for our experience! Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a wedding venue in Asheville!

Liz and her team were professional in every way! The organization and communication were great through the entire event. The expertise in how the venue was set up was perfect. I would also like to add the food preparation and service was excellent! We had many of our guest comment on how well it was prepared. My daughter never stopped smiling which made me know we had chosen the right place for this special day! I would highly recommend the Country Club of Asheville to anyone considering a wedding in Asheville, you will not find better!

The Country Club of Asheville was the most wonderful spot to have our September wedding. Liz DeKoyer, the Director of Events & Catering, was the most wonderful person to work with. Liz made sure that every part of our day was taken care of from timing to setup to even putting the flowers together on our arbor. The food was WONDERFUL! Chef Bruce and his team in the kitchen took every step to making sure our food was delicious, looked great, and even took special care to make sure my bridesmaid with Celiac disease had something safe and delicious to eat. The view was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding for myself and my husband than at Country Club of Asheville.

We were married at CC of A just a couple of weeks ago, and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this place and their staff! From the first day we toured to the time we left our reception they were top notch. Liz (the event coordinator) was fantastic and made planning so EASY! I could not have asked for a better person to help with our wedding and keeping me straight (I am NOT a big planner!). The venue itself is so gorgeous and everyone was complimentary. The food was also really good!! The staff packed us to-go boxes for us to eat at our hotel for late night, which was super thoughtful (I wasn't hungry at the reception because they kept us well fed beforehand too). The entire staff was so friendly and made everyone feel at home. I cant say enough positive things about this venue. I highly recommend!

Having our wedding at the Country Club of Asheville was a fantastic experience! We held both our ceremony and reception there. Liz, the Director of Events at the Country Club, was our main contact and she was great to work with. She was exceptionally quick in her response time and she offered a wealth of valuable event-planning expertise that helped us plan the perfect day! Liz and the entire Country Club staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The location is also great. It's really easy for guests to get to and from the Country Club, which is just outside downtown Asheville. We held our ceremony outdoors on the green, which provided AMAZING views! The Country Club provides catering on-site, and all our guests have commented on how delicious the food was. The Country Club also offers child care on site, which was a great option for our out-of-town guests. I would definitely recommend the Country Club for other folks planning their wedding!

My husband and were just married on May 18, 2019 at CCA. We could not have been more pleased with this venue! First, it checked off everything on our list - beautiful outdoor ceremony setting, mountain views, spacious ballroom with big windows for the reception (which is also a back-up ceremony option if there is rain- this was extremely reassuring), food and beverage package, and a fabulous on-site coordinator and staff. Not to mention, it fit our budget :) I really think CCA is a hidden gem in Asheville and is overshadowed by some of the bigger venues in the area- which is exactly why you should check this place out. The whole planning process went so smoothly, and the communication between us and the coordinator, Liz, was exceptional. I literally had nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding as Liz and staff made sure everything went as planned! The food was also very tasty and the staff made sure we were well fed the day of - and even sent us home with leftovers. We had so many compliments from our guests afterwards about the venue how gorgeous the setting was for our wedding. Thank you Liz and CCA team for making our day the best day ever!!

Best venue in Asheville! If you are looking for an elegant place within city limits, plus an airy mountain view without sacrificing indoor plumbing- the CCA is your best choice. Liz was the most patient and helpful vendor I met when looking at venues. She actually cared about making our wedding reception ours...and didn't force us into some pre-set packages or upgrades like other places. Our guests loved the cocktail hour which was held outside. It was great weather but if it did rain there was ample room for everyone to stay indoors. The food was fantastic, it was hard to choose what we wanted from their large menu. We are so happy we got married there. Thank you Liz and the rest of the staff at the Country Club of Asheville!

My now husband and I were recently married at the country club of Asheville on October 13, 2018. Liz and all the staff at the club made our wedding an unforgettable dream come true. The club itself is beautiful and very well maintained. In our opinion the venue provides both a classy and elegant environment, which is what we wanted for our wedding. The outdoor lawn area was breathtaking, and the flow from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception was seamless. Our guests loved standing out on the balcony, taking in the crisp fall air while watching the sun setting over the Blue Ridge Mountains. We also had the fireplace running inside which was so charming and quaint for us Florida folk. Now about the staff... The staff is absolutely amazing! Liz was our coordinator and she was spectacular, truly fabulous. She listened to what we wanted and executed everything as discussed. We had several special requests and Liz never said “no”, she noted what we wanted and it happened. I’m still so impressed with how easy it was to work with her. She was patient with us when we were indecisive on things and offered great suggestions when we asked for help. She is so very sweet and we were a little sad after the wedding that we no longer have an excuse to call and talk to her. In short, Liz is a rockstar. Onto the food ....oh boy is the food delicious! Chef Bruce is so talented. Truth be told, one of the main reasons we chose the club was because of Chef Bruce. Alex and I have been to weddings at other venues where the food wasn’t very good and so before signing a contract with the club we requested a tasting. We were told the club does not offer tastings until after you are booked but we insisted and so both chef Bruce and Liz accommodated us (really accommodated me, the bride LOL). Chef Bruce prepared a delightful tasting and he carefully described where their food is sourced and how it is prepared. He is very personable and truly cares. Fast forward to our wedding, the food that was presented at our reception was a labor of love and both looked and tasted wonderful. Our cake was also prepared by the club by chef Ashley. Based on the time of year and personal preference we decided to go with an untraditional option, carrot cake, and we were so happy we did! It was so good guests asked for seconds and we were a little bummed to learn, but also kind of flattered at the same time, that our cake topper was actually served to guests requesting more cake. LOL! Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was our dream wedding and the club really minimized our stress. If I could replay a moment in my life it would be that day at the club. It’s crazy how fast it all goes by. The day after we got married Alex and I returned to the club to pick up a few things that were left behind. We walked outside and hugged as we took in the sights for one last time. The Club will always hold a special place in our hearts for how beautiful they made our special day. I strongly recommend working with the country club of Asheville you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Liz and tell her Patricia and Alex sent you! Haha!

The Country Club of Asheville is such a beautiful venue and has very nice, modern updates. It has so many rooms that make it great for hosting getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one place! The food was amazing--so amazing that my husband and I ordered all 3 meal options to share at our reception because we couldn't decide, lol! The chef is super nice and loves to explain his style and how he prepares his meals. He is such a friendly man! But most importantly, you get to work with Liz DeKoyer!! She will make sure your day works out perfectly! She is very responsive to any form of communication and is always willing to help in anyway she can. She goes above and beyond to make sure it's all right! She is phenomenal on the day of and makes sure everything flows and gets set up effortlessly. She is amazing and so good at what she does! Such a pleasure working with her. Highly recommend having your event at CCofA.

Everything was perfect for our big day thanks to the Country Club of Asheville and their amazing staff!! The views are breathtaking, the ballroom is gorgeous, and the food was delicious! They really have everything you could need. Liz, the event coordinator, is extremely kind and helpful, our day would not be the same without her! She communicated with us throughout the entire planning process and worked hard to ensure everything was just as we had wanted. Our guests were very complimentary of both the space and the people! The Country Club of Asheville is the perfect wedding reception venue! Liz (event coordinator) is very accommodating and helpful with planning. Our dinner was served to 172 people buffet style...the food was warm, delicious, and plentiful. The Country Club of Asheville provides the chairs, tables, napkins, etc. and handles all of the set up and take down making the experience stress free! The views from the terrace are beautiful! I would recommend this as a wedding venue to anyone! Married 03/03/2018.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Liz DeKoyer was responsive to our inquiries and did an excellent job in coordinating with our other vendors, managing the reception schedule and ensuring that things went smoothly for our 170 guests. The food was very good, the service staff was attentive, friendly and kept the guests happy. The facility was a beautiful setting. Wouldn't change a thing!!

This venue was BEAUTIFUL! All of our guests were so happy with the venue and staff! everyone was so polite and did an amazing job! the food was SOO good! We had a brunch wedding and the food that the chef came up with was amazing! All of our guests said it was the best food (and wedding) they've been to! Liz, our event director, did an awesome job! We couldn't be happier!!!!

We got married on April 1, 2017. Country Club of Asheville was an amazing place to get married. Not only was the venue beautiful but you also have a breathtaking view of the mountains. We were incredibly happy with how the entire wedding went. Our ceremony was held outside. They have a brand new spot for the ceremony which was absolutely perfect. It is a great space with plenty of room and is directly next to where the cocktail hour and reception takes place so it's super convenient, especially for your guests. Liz Dekoyer helped us through the entire process - from beginning to end - and she did a phenomenal job. She is very organized and a great communicator. Your wedding day is so packed, the last thing you need or want to worry about are all the small details. You don't have time to think! Liz was steps ahead of us the entire time. She kept us on track, kept us informed, made sure we were enjoying ourselves, and even made sure we ate! The food was incredible. We had a plated dinner with options of filet or chicken cordon bleu. We heard from several of our guests how delicious the food was and that it came out hot! This can be such a daunting task when you have 150 plates that need to not only go out at the same time but go out hot. Chef and the kitchen staff were spot on. The service was also top notch. The staff was friendly, energetic, and always had smiles on their faces. They kept up with the pace of our excited families ready to party and have a good time. I honestly could not have asked for a better wedding day and the club along with everyone involved made that happen! Thank you to all of you who participated in making such an important day for us so memorable!!

The event went very well.  The Country Club was fantastic.  The service for the food and drinks was perfect.  Jessica English insured that the food came out in a timely manner and it came out hot.  Several of our guests commented on how good the food was and how friendly the staff treated all of our guests throughout the whole night.  Jessica even got behind the bar when it got busy so that no one waited.  The appetizers and the meals were very good.  It was also a plus that there were game rooms for the younger children that did not attend the reception. Elizabeth DeKoyer did an outstanding job.  She insured that the wedding went without a hitch.  She communicated to everyone to make sure they knew what they had to do.  We went to Liz whenever we needed anything, and she took care of it immediately. In summary, I would like to say that your Club and it's staff made our event memorable.  I, as a father, appreciate all of your staff's efforts.

The Country Club took care of every detail we needed! They gave us a better wedding reception then we could have ever imagined with the most spectacular views and impeccable service. It was a perfect and convenient place to have our wedding reception.

Great value wonderful buffet great drinks had use of all tables linens decor rooms on site included in the price. Also included the bartenders other staff cake maker and the staff was so helpful it was like having a planner too!!! The rooms were big the dance space was large everything was classy and the view was breathtaking;I believe you have to be a member have a relative that is a member or be a member of a group the venue is associated with or it costs more.
