300+ guests. We chose to have our ceremony and reception at CCMO, which required some creativity and major imagination by Tina Patel, the Event Coordinator at the Country Club. Along with our planner, they completely transformed a banquet room into a "chapel" using gorgeous draping, aisle runner, candles, and chairs on each side of the aisle. Everyone who attended and had been to events at CCMO were completely surprised at how the transformation made you feel like you weren't even at the club. Our reception took place in the Event Center and was absolutely perfect from the set up, to the service, to the food, to the drinks. Each waiter and waitress took great care of our guests in a respectful way with great care. The food was UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. We had several food stations and a late night snack of doughnuts and pizza that everyone raved about! Tina Patel is by far the greatest Event Coordinator and went above and beyond to work with my wedding planner and each vendor that had a part in the reception and ceremony. She provided amazing service to my family and took care of every little detail, including encouraging me to eat! ;) CCMO has come a LONG way in recent years to host epic events in Columbia.
