So disappointed in this flower shop. My flowers were nothing like I requested. I had been working with Robin and was never notified that someone else was put on my account. Robin is the one I sat down and talked with. The errors in my flowers s...how that there was some lack of communication when my account was handed over. I was mostly very upset about the boutonniere. My husband refused to wear it at first, and I had to convince him. I requested exactly what was in the photo below. Small, compact, understated. What I received was literally the opposite of that! My husband specifically picked that boutonniere because it was the only one he was comfortable wearing--he didn't want anything large that stood out. And we received something with lots of orange and leaves sticking out all over the place! It was so large and heavy that it kept falling off his vest and he finally threw it across the grass in frustration at the end of the evening. One specific thing I told Robin was that I wanted a rainbow of colors in my bouquet, but to downplay the orange. At fist she misunderstood and thought red, but we supposedly fixed that and suddenly I get my wedding flowers and they were very orange. What happened? The bouquet was mostly bright colors--any cool colors were completely canceled out by them. I was very specific about what flowers I wanted in my bouquet. At least five main ones were missing completely! The bouquet looked very "typical" and had none of the unique flowers I requested. I was charged for those flowers and what I received was a bouquet that was, when I deconstructed it to dry it, at least 50% leaves and greenery. Most of the main flowers were bright oranges. I also requested a specific type of hand tied bouquet and received the typically tightly tied bunch of stems. Needless to say, I'm quite upset. I feel that I paid a lot of money (we don't have much) for things that turned out the opposite of what I asked for.

I did get a call from the owner who was very apologetic, and even offered compensation for the bouquet. I do appreciate their fast response to my email and we were able to discuss exactly what happened, so I'm upping my starts from one to three.
