The core of my business is based on hard work, quality work, and integrity. I can guarantee that we go above and beyond for every bride. At the end of your wedding, you can look at your contract and notice all the things we did that weren’t in your package. We don’t just stop when you jump in the getaway car, we keep working. We follow up with you on anything that needs to be addressed with your vendors once you get back from your honeymoon.

vision, respected our budget, and recommended vendors she trusted to help us narrow down our options. Given the strong relationships she has with vendors, we were able to get better deals than we otherwise would have been able to. I honestly think the difference in what we saved (not to mention the time and stress) more than paid for Natalie's fee. Leading up to the wedding, she totally took over and managed all of the logistics. Not only did Natalie handle all of the details, she was a great sounding board as I debated decor ideas and whether certain additions were worth it. On the day of the wedding I knew Natalie would make sure everything went smoothly and ensure our vision truly came to life. There were some bumps in the road (freezing temperatures in Texas and a broken earring, for example), but Natalie had a plan for it all. She kept us focused and on time, allowing us to truly just take in the day and enjoy every moment. I still can't get over how perfect the day was, and I can't thank Natalie enough for the crucial role she played. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my SA friends.

She was able to pack multiple appointments with vendors so that we could see as much in person on the one or two days we were in town each month. She truly went above and beyond. Not only this, she literally took the dreams in my head and MADE IT HAPPEN. She took the time to understand our vision and through her networking with so many vendors not only in San Antonio, but even bringing talent in from Austin- she brought it all to life. Oh and did I mention she was pregnant and later with a newborn through all of this ?!!? She is a WONDER WOMAN! I found Natalie because she was the wedding planner for my friend's wedding, and so I KNEW firsthand she would do a good job, and she 100% did with ours as well! We are recommending her to anyone we know getting married in San Antonio! She is very organized, highly creative, and overall truly connected with your wedding day. You don't often see wedding planners getting tearful during touching moments! She was truly present, and you can't beat that.

ith the final details and day-of support. They had the perfect package to fit our needs - Two Weeks Notice. She took over the communication with vendors two weeks prior to our wedding date, making sure vendor deliveries and arrivals were all scheduled accordingly.
As anyone who has planned a wedding knows, there's high stress and sometimes things go wrong. Specifically, the day before the wedding we had a hiccup with our florist. I called Natalie in tears and she was quick to take on the task of making sure the flowers were fixed. She communicated with the florist throughout the day making sure that all bouquets, centerpieces and arrangements turned out the way they were supposed to, keeping me in the loop along the way. All of the florals turned out beautifully.
Our wedding day was flawless, at least that's the way Natalie made it feel! It really was the most amazing day of our lives and I am so grateful that Country Sugar was there to support us.

I met Country Sugar Events while shooting a wedding and was blown away at how hard working the team was and how smooth everything went. I loved their style, attention to details and integrity to make that wedding as perfect as possible for the couple. It was a huge success and was just touched at how amazing her team also worked with all the vendors to communicate any needs or timelines.
When I began my own wedding planning I knew Country Sugar Events HAD to be my coordinator! Brandi and Maggie were absolutely amazing. I had constant communication with them through phone calls, text, and emails. She was available to meet and always had constant communication. She made my life and planning a piece of cake through follow ups, blog boards, and ideas!
Country Sugar Events was amazing at rehearsal dinner and walked us through everything. The next day the team set up for the wedding at Three Points Ranch and I was a bit nervous because being a wedding photographer I know how little details are important. I had a candy bar, salsa bar, photobooth and over 30 tables to fill with decor. I had to just breath and leave everything to Country Sugar.
When I arrived at the venue I hurried to look around before I stepped into my wedding dress. I was absolutely speechless. Tears began to roll down my eyes at all of the details Country Sugar had created with the decor. The whole day went by so quickly and never once was their ever an issue. It was perfect!
That night after I left Country Sugar Events worked hard to organize and put up all the decor. Words cannot express the gratitude for having chosen them for my special day. As a little girl you often dream of your perfect wedding and what it would look like. You look at blogs, storyboards, pinterest to get that perfect look.
