We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Country View Acres as our wedding venue! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as we e...
nvisioned. The attentive and caring staff—especially Sara and her family—went above and beyond to ensure our day was smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. Their communication was always prompt and clear, with no hidden surprises—just genuine care and professionalism.
The venue itself is stunning, with a breathtaking outdoor landscape, a beautiful indoor space, and immaculate grounds that clearly show how much love and attention goes into maintaining it. One of the highlights was the decor room, which was a huge bonus and made personalizing our day so easy and fun.
We loved having the venue for the entire weekend, giving us the freedom to decorate on Thursday, host our rehearsal and groom’s dinner on Friday, celebrate our big day on Saturday, and clean up on Sunday. That extra time made such a difference in helping us relax and truly enjoy every moment.
Our guests loved the popcorn machine, the gorgeous view of the pond, and the magical ambiance when we opened the shed doors to let in the string lights and night air. The shuttle service offered by the venue was flawless and such a thoughtful convenience.
We highly, highly recommend Country View Acres to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run, and heart-filled place to celebrate their wedding. You will be well taken care of and have an incredible experience—just like we did!
This is a beautiful venue, however the owner, Sara, made our day very unpleasant. The venue was beautiful, however the amenities promised were far from the truth. Sara made every s...
tep of the way challenging after we signed our contract. Our wedding day felt like we were a burden and imposing to use the services that were promised. She was rude to some of our guests and our other vendors multiple times which made our day extremely challenging. Despite it all, this is a beautiful venue but use caution with booking and walk on egg shells. Document what you are told and take pictures. After talking with other couples who used this venue also, this is not an uncommon experience.
First off, the Brackeys know their stuff. Their wedding venue is absolutely gorgeous & they truly care about making their couple's day as special as possible.

places you can choose to be married at CVA & on-site dressing rooms as well. The location is gorgeous. It was also so relaxing to have our rehearsal, wedding, and reception at one location. The shuttle they provided is a fantastic detail as well so guests can have fun but safely get back to their hotels.
Thank you, Brackeys, for a wonderful wedding night. We received so many compliments about how beautiful your venue was!
I couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect venue for my wedding day. There are very few venues out there that can hold lots of people so that was a huge plus for Country View Acres!!...
The owners and their family are wonderful throughout the whole planning process and very down to earth! All details have been thought about and every inch of this venue is perfection. Our guests still rave about the venue.
Country View Acres was the perfect place to have our summertime wedding! The location is absolutely gorgeous and the owners were amazing to work with. They did everything possible ...
to make sure our day went off without a hitch and I honestly can't think of one thing that went wrong! We had a large wedding, but space was not an issue! Parking was great & the location is right on a tar road. They had a shuttle service that brought our guests to the hotel, which was only 5 minutes away. CVA as my venue was the best decision I made while planning my wedding (other than the groom of course).
My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at this venue. The owners were always on top of answering questions before the big day! We were able to have our rehearsal, get read...
y for the big day, ceremony, and reception at Country View Acres. The owners were so helpful with anything we needed and helped with anything and everything that they could. This was a huge stress reliever! We could not have asked for a better wedding and a huge part of it was because of how well we were cared for and treated at Country View Acres. I would recommend this venue to anyone that asked!

ing and so so helpful leading up to the wedding and the day other! She checked with me multiple times the day of to make sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend country View Acres to any couple getting married!
Country View Acres was easily the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! It is a STUNNING venue that created my "rustic elegance" theme. It has beautiful ceremony s...
ites if you're looking for an outdoor wedding with killer views...not to mention, a gorgeous pond that all of your guest will take family photos by and be talking about for months after your wedding! It had more than enough space to accommodate our 500 person guest list. It has 2 incredible bridal suites for your party and your significant other's party to get ready in right on the property. They have a fully stocked bar with great bartenders who will treat your guests great. The owners, Warren & Sara, are so kind and willing to help you with anything - from the planning process, to the day itself! Everything ran so smoothly for us and I believe it's because of them. It is less than 5 miles from 2 different hotels, so great for anyone traveling near and far looking for a place to stay - and they shuttle you back and forth! I cannot recommend this venue enough - it is truly a one-of-a-kind and a hidden gem in Northern Iowa!
There are not enough great things to say about CVA! We had the absolute best day we could have imagined and it was possible from all of the help of Warren and Sarah! They were flex...
ible with our schedule and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The venue itself is just gorgeous and the choice of ceremony locations were difficult to choose from as all views are stunning. We highly recommend!!
