We found them very helpful and flexible in the planning process and they have great options for setup and clean-up. It was a great value for everything we received and they made everything easy for us. We are so happy to have found this beautiful venue - our event was fantastic and our guests loved it!

knew I really wanted an outdoor ceremony. The inside option was still wonderful as the doors open the outside on all sides so he had a back up plan ready to go as the radar was not looking good. He waited until 3pm to set up chairs for our 4pm ceremony so that the chairs were dry for the guests. He made sure to keep us updated on what was happening so we were ready. At 3:45 we were able to decide outside was a go... and it was amazing. Our guests were blown away by the beauty. The food was absolutely raved about- I was concerned about a buffet and keeping everything hot, but even the last guest through the line said her food was hot and seasoned perfectly. I can not share enough how much we loved every detail. Many guests even met John and were amazed at how helpful and friendly he was. When we were planning our wedding, one of our deciding factors were the vendors and if they made us feel special as opposed to just another day. John met and exceeded any expectation we could have had.

for that same outcome, Eko Backen has a variety of areas that we had full access to all day long and into the night. The open concept allowed everyone to feel close and involved without being cramped into a room. Awesome colors made for amazing photos and scenery. Mini golf and bonfire pit made for a unique wedding experience. John and staff were responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and the big day. Ultimately, the flexibility the venue offered made Eko Backen an easy choice for us.

are your people! Very accommodating and the venue is beautiful! Well taken care of & lot's of options. And no up charging for every little thing, which is what I noticed a lot while looking at other vendors. We will be getting married at Eko Backen on June 2nd, 2018 and we cannot wait to spend our special day there. I am a happy girl!

surprise, Eko Backen is the highest point in the area so we got to see fireworks all around the venue as the sun went down!! So awesome! John was very easy going and a pleasure to work with!!!!

sive and accomadating from the very beginning. Everytime I had a question, I just send an e-mail and I get an answer the same day. I've made several suggestions for improvements and he actually did everything I suggested! My florist says she also made a long list of requests and he followed through with those as well. I've gotten many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and again heard many people made the same comments when I attended a wedding there last week. John was there the whole day to make sure everything ran smoothly. As for the value, I think that you really can't find anything better! I also love the fact that we had the option to bring in our own caterer (we did a pig roast). We saved a lot of money by bringing in our own liquor as well. I am so happy that we chose Eko Backen as our venue. I can tell that John is genuinely dedicated to making Eko Backen the best wedding venue possible. I can only imagine things getting better and better in the future!
